When War's rage became out of control, the Council knew they needed to take action. They sent his siblings to bring him to heel, while the Council planned something of their own: creating a lover for him. She was made to keep him in line and hopefully have him remain peacefully obedient.
Upon the confrontation of the siblings, Death took it upon himself to teach his brother his lesson so that he would carry the burden of injuring his sibling alone. For a reward, the Council also allowed him the leisure of a lover. Death would be allowed to choose his own, unlike his brother.
This is a story of the Horsemen's duty, the ones they love, and the challenges they face along the way.
