The Stadium
With no randomized specialty in place, the stadium is a Plain Stage, with two platforms on either side for the opposing trainers to shout their commands. Between the platforms, the concrete stadium sat, ready and waiting for the next battle to commence.

The 15 year old trainer strolled the hall ways with his Entei beside him as if it was a normal thing to do. After all, most trainers these days at least had one pokemon by there side, why was this so weird? Well, when it was a legendary standing beside someone so young, it was considered weird. Not to mention half of the people just thought he was trying to gloat about having such a rare pokemon, while the most of the oher half were too afraid to battle him. Even if he was young, the Entei was not young, and still held quite the powerful aura about him.
Natsu didn't care though, he wanted to fight trainers that were brave enough to face him and his pokemon, and wanted to honestly just train. Just like he had came here to do. He didn't plan on using the legendary anyways, unless of course Ozai wished it. They were friends, Entei was more like a protector then anything, and stayed by his side at will. It helped that Natsu wouldn't even dare drag him back into his pokeball unless it was for good reasoning.
But enough about Him and Entei, today was about Natsu training his now fully recovered Torchic, Enkou. Natsu took the red & white pokeball from his belt and held it up with much confident as he studied the little ball. " Alright, little flame. It's time to show everyone what your made of.". Surely, this was just practice so rather he lost or won it didn't matter, but he sure hoped that they would put up a good fight. He entered the stadium grounds and looked around, wondering when another trainer would appear.
Ozai stood only a few feet behind his trainer, wanting to watch the battle and study Natsu's behavior. If the young boy were to make mistaes, Ozai would catch it and make sure to turtor him later on what to do next time. After all, the boy was still young, someone needed to be teaching him. Who was better to teach then another pokemon?

Syt had to admit, the Entei was a bit intimidating. It wasn't every day that you saw a legendary, and with a young kid no less. All she had was her little Rattata who was currently curled around her shoulder, chattering in her ear as she eyed up the Entei.
Moving to stand in the trainers box Opposite of her Opponent, Syt crouched down to allow Orchid to run down her shoulder and into the field. "You can do it, Orchid." She smiled down at her pokemon before moving to stand.
Turning to the other trainer, Syt smiled. "Are you ready for a battle?"

Natsu smiled a bit, seeing the other trainer enter with a pokemon on her shoulder. It was good to see that the pokemon was not only here for battling, but a close companion as well. The young trainer suddenly through the pokeball he held in his hand up into the air, and in a white flash his Black Torchic was released onto the rather plain field."Of course I am! This will be Enkou's first battle in a while so I'll go ahead and start him off. Just to make sure he's in good shape still."
So, making his first move, he commanded his pokemon, " Flamethrower!" (Using Option 2.) The Torchic with one metal leg ran towards his opponent, trying its hardest to keep its balance. Opening it's beak, it shot a long flame from it's throat, trying to burn the Rattata.

The flames rolled over Orchid's coat, causing her back to sting fairly badly. Jumping away she shook herself off before moving a safe distance.
"Orchid, your alright! Use Mud Slap!!" Syt called out to her pokemon, who then ran forward once more, whipping her hairless tail around to send mud flying towards her opponent.

Enkou's leg wouldn't help it this time. The mudslap hit it right in the face, causing the torchic to squawk a bit, and shake it's head quickly from side to side. Wow, that hurt big time. But Enkou was willing to share the pain. Once the young fire pokemon was ready for battle again, the pokemon turned and began running again towards the Rattata again. It used Counter on the defending pokemon, trying to do whatever damage Orchid did, back onto the defending pokemon.

Orchid was still feeling the burn as she was hit with the counter attack. Shaking her head to clear it, she ground her front teeth as she chittered.
"Orchid, use Thunder!"

Torchic was able to move out of the way this time! Aha, now it was time for "Counter" the actual attack. Torchic ran at it's opponent, striking down at it with much force from his beak.

Torchic gasped as it was hit yet again with another ground type move. It was definitely feeling he pain now. Looking back over to its master, it gave a doubtful look, like it was ready to give up. Natsu gave the Torchic a smile, putting his thumb up, " You're doing great! Come on, you can do it!". Suddenly, it was as if the life had returned to the Torchic, it smiled then turned back to the opponent's pokemon with a determined look. It nodded before running towards the opponent again and trying another "Counter" attack on the other.

The attack hit her, causing her to squeek and skid back a few paces. "Orchid, Use thunder!" The Torchic was hit suddenly, but what was weird was suddenly Enkou had found himself completely unable to move. It was paralyzed!
Natsu sighed, seeing this was probably the end to this battle. Torchic was weak in the first place, but now it couldn't even fight back. He stood there though, hoping there may be some miracle to this.

Enkou could do nothing, it was hit by the attack and fell to the groun. Natsu watched, wondering if he should stop the match... There was no reason to keep fighting at this point.
