 It had been some time since Mys'ketay had seen another lion or another creature for that matter. She didn't mind being alone for long periods of time, but since coming to the rogue lands and growing up a bit she noticed she loved meeting new people. Something that before she hated. As she walked the land she realized that she had been here once before, with a male. Who was it? Her mind ached as she pushed herself to remember who it was she had met. As she reached the tree she could recall metting a blue male here, one that seemed to glow. Mys'ketay shrugged slightly as she jumped up into the tree as she tried to recall more about the encounter, not quite sure if it was a good one or a bad one.AIM - Log

 Mkali hasnt really strayed far. He had his comfor zone in the roguelands, there were many of female to... entertain him so it wasnt like he was in need to relocated. Also he was in an area that was florished with all of his means of living. Food water and of course females. He found himself tracking a scent the wind carried to him.
He would never forget that smell, it was the first girl to 'get away' from him. He didnt take to kindly to that. But that was in the past, and now was a time to meet again. He tracked the scent down to the same area where they last departed. He was ready to see her again. This time he wasnt going to let her get away so easily.

Mys'ketay was a bit surprised to see the blue male coming up over the horizon just like he had done so long ago. She found herself surprised that she wanted to see him again. Maybe it was just her curiosity of how much she had changed since she last saw him, that she could stand her ground and be a bit more open to him. As he got closer she remembered him and their meeting perfectly in her mind. Although, his name had slipped her mind. Had he told her during their last meeting? She didn't think so. But then again she could be wrong.
When he finally reached her she stepped closer with a smile on her muzzle. "Hello. We meet again." She said simply to him. She hoped this meeting would go well and that he would remember her just as she had remembered him.

Kal smiled at the female he not so long ago let get away. "I said we would meet again." He sat down allowing his tail to flick across the floor. He noticed the female was much more calm in this meeting. Perhaps it would be much easier to get what he wanted this time.
"To be honest i never thought you would be brave enough to come back." He gave a smile once again showing is abnormally long canines. He wondered it she came back because she just couldnt resist his charm or if she was just 'in the neighboorhood'. Either way he didnt care much.

A smile once again crossed her face as she responded to him. "And you were right." She said with a light laugh. It was clear that she was able to talk to him much more easily then last time, which left a warm and fuzzy feeling in her chest. She had been working hard to get to this point, and it had paid off. Mys'ketay watched as he bared his teeth into a smile that left her feeling a little less then comfortable. No. It's just me. She thought to herself with a slight nod. "I was very wary of others then. Especially males." Mys'ketay told him truthfully. "But I'm much better now." She replied. Curious, she decided to ask him questions that were on her mind. "I'm very sorry, but your name seems to elude me. I'm Mys'ketay." Her tail coiled up around her back paw as she sat down. "I'm surprised to see you back here again as well."

She seemed to have no reaction this time to his deciving smile, this might be good. He grew more excited about this new meeting. He could help but chuckle a little, she has become a bit more dim in his eyes she seems a lot easier to manipulate but he didnt want to scare her like last time. "You may call me Mkali." He moved closer to her "Why didnt you trust males before, if i may ask?"

Mys'ketay still found it a bit hard to stay in her position as the male moved closer to her, her uncomfortable demeanor laying blatantly on her her body. Her whole body tensed up slightly, but she managed to stay firmly where she was. "Nice to meet you again Mkali." She said with a bit of gritted teeth, but only for a moment. "I grew up in cave where my father was both very mean to me and my mother. My mother left me with him, knowing how he would treat me. He never let me leave the cave and only grew worse as time went on. Then when I became an adult I ran far away. I had only just left the cave when you came along that day." She said with a deep sadness. "I'm so sorry I was so mean to you. You had done nothing wrong that day." Mys'ketay replied, her head drooping slightly.

Mkali noticed how the females body tensed up so he decided to take a step back and sit. He didnt want to frighten the family away, again. He never had a family himself, all he had was a male lion who took him in as juve and was later killed because of hyenas. He hated hyenas with a passion. "Im so sorry to hear such a horrible story, someone with such beauty as yourself shouldnt deserve such torment." He sounded genuinly caring but he only was saying what he had to so it would help him get what he wanted.
"You have no need to be sorry beautiful, i can come off as a bit dangerous i am used to it. So apology accepted dont look so sad, you have such a lovely face, you sound smile." He gave a frienly smile to so he was being honest, but only he knew his true decieving intentions.

Her ears perked up at his kind voice, then the rest of her followed suit. "Thank you. It's alright I suppose. It's given me a life lesson to take with me everywhere I go." She replied. She was trying her best to sound positive but deep down she felt more sad and broken about it then she let on. He was only the second person to ever learn of her past and it made her feel a bit of a kinship to him. Whether his intentions were good or bad. A light pink color flushed her cheeks as she smiled bashfully. "Beautiful. I've never been called that before." Mys'ketay said with a light laugh. It was unclear if she was uncomfortable with this notion or not. "I'll try to." She nodded. Deciding she would give him a chance she stood up and stepped closer to him. Mys'ketay surprised herself with her next action which was a light nuzzle underneath his neck at the base of his jaw. When she had finished she stepped back and sat down once more, but this time not so far away.

"I never had much of a family, my parents abandoned be and i was raised by a kind stranger who was later killed by hyenas. To this day i despise hyenas." He felt a slight rumble escape his whenever he thinks back to that day fury fill him.
"And you are beautiful, im surprised you havent heard it many times before." He was pleased to see his 'kind' words were taking a much more positive effect then last time. He was immediatly pleasently caught off graud at the sign of her affection. He returned her slight nuzzle and let a small pur escape him. His act was working very effectively this time and he was very pleased.

Her heart ached for his loss, but then again, maybe it was better to never know your parents. Although, the story of his adoptive dad being killed made her heart sink just a bit further. Had she been called beautiful before? Not that she could remember. Looking back now though she wondered if all the males she had met that had a been shy or forceful with her were just trying to flirt with her. This revelation made her a little confused on why she had not noticed it before now. "I don't think I have been. But looking back I can recall quite a few acting oddly towards me. And that would fit." She said, slightly deep in thought. His purr made her smile widely in which she nuzzled him once more, this time purring herself. When she was finished she backed off once more, still smiling. "You're quite handsome yourself." Mys'ketay said looking him over affectionately. "What brought you back to this spot today?"

"Males can be odd," He chuckled "i would know." He had begun to noticed that he was actually beginning to have a conversation with this female. He enjoyed the quick nuzzling she gave him, he had never really been shown affection it was always a quick unemotional thing. But on some level he found himself liking it and it could be something he could get used to.
"Well to be honest what brought me here was you.I smelt your scent and I wanted to apologize about how i was with our last meeting went i know i was a bit harsh towards you and i have changed a lot since our last meeting." He did realize after the fact he was a bit forceful but he was more enraged because she was the first female to deny him but now it wasnt a big thing, especially now that she was being so naive and easy.
"And thank you, you are the first female to call me handsome, i dont usually have good luck with ladies." He bashfully looked away to seem like he was shy but it was to help hide his slight grin.

In response to the males comment about his kind being odd she couldn't help but laugh. "I would have to agree. Males are very odd creature." However, she was taken aback by his reasoning for returning to this place once more. Had she have really left that much of an impression on him? She felt both amazed and shocked. Suddenly she felt very overwhelmed by feelings for the male. Never before had she felt so, wanted. Needed. Something within her wanted to defy what she was now feeling and seeing, but she wouldn't allow herself to fall back into her old self. She needed to get past the notion that all males were bad, even if there were a great deal of them that were. "I never realized I could leave such an impression. And it wasn't your fault. It was mine. I was far to cautious for my own good." Mys'ketay said with a tinge of sadness in her words. If she wouldn't have been so cautious she probably would have followed the one male that her heart still longed for back to his pride. But she wasn't ready yet. And on top of that she wasn't sure he felt the same. No. She thought to herself with a slight sigh. "You're welcome." Mys'ketay said finally as she purred softly, waiting to see what he would do next. Deep down she knew she was giving to much away. But right now, she didn't want to care. She wanted to just let go and let what happened, happen.

Mkali was please to she how his lies were paying off. He gently purred and he felt a heated felling throughout his body when he gave her a quick bashful licked on her cheek. A feeling he knew all too well, a feeling that he missed. He was going to get exactly what he wanted, then once she was asleep he would vanish in the dead of night like always. But for once he would actually remember her name as the one that almost got away.
