Day three of being a cat, and Celsus was getting absurdly tired of this.
At first it had been a little amusing - stressful, of course, but amusing. Except after being forced out of his own home, dodging cars, people's feet, and the grabby, greedy hands of little kids at the playground, Celsus was feeling exhausted and drained on many levels.
He wanted to be human again, dammit.
And right now, it was growing into late afternoon, the playground deserted as parents gathered together their children to come in to dinner.
Celsus, however, was curled up in a corner of the sandbox and wondering why on earth this was going on.
And what he was going to eat for dinner.

Even with the growing hour, Ridley Pendergast was out and about. She was getting more liberties and freedom with her tenth birthday looming about a month or so away - she was a fourth grader now after all. And the playgrounds were always a frequent place to stop. For one there were always kids about and well, playgrounds were the outside world with critters and interesting things to find.
And with the growing news spread throughout the senshi circles of people as cats, well... what better place than a park? And even though Ridley was a grabby little kid, she could at least make up for it with the food she had in a little plastic bag.
It was cookies, but who ever passed on cookies?
The little orange haired girl was really about to call it a day, having spent most of her time in the more bushy area of the park when she passed directly by the empty sandbox. And stopped, blinked and double backed. Was... that a...?
Whatever the fuzzy object was, Ridley climbed into the big box of sand - making disgruntled sounds as sand got into her shoes and socks - and made her way over to the blob and poked at it.
