Castle Dracula...
The very place where the Dracula family lives, including the Count himself. A strange sound barrier surrounds the place, extending as far as the forests. No human or other vampire has been able to get anywhere close to the castle ever since the barrier was put up.

* a soft light starts to glow about 100 yards away from the barrier, as Keys and the kids phase to the castle. Keys is muttering threats under her breath *What kind of coward attacks not only with a machine, but attacks children with poison. Foolish ego maniac.* Ty tries to remain calm as he watches his sister's feathers start to faintly dim *

*Sitting in a tree, Dorien looks down at Keys. He jumps from the tree and lands next to Keys.* The enchantments I can place on her can make the poison slow, but not stop. Shall I try to slow the poison?

* She sighs, but not of relief or anger, but stress *Yes, that would be wonderful. For one thing, they are probably our best chances of getting in. They are pure mage, nothing else. Meaning that anything affecting vampires won't affect them. I mat be half vampire, but I also may be able to get in.

Shade walked up to them with a box, Constantin close behind her. "It is not that the barrier is a vampire weakness, it is a weakness to anyone. Certain pitches of sound can severely damage the brain of anything, and can even cause internal bleeding. Some vibrations and sudden shifts in the sound can also cause the brain to, go out of whack, making it hard to think and such." She took out some ear plugs. "The best way to avoid this, is to make sure we cannot hear at all."
Shade began to do sign language. "It is best we communicate like this till we get to the castle. It is obvious the barrier only surrounds the outside to keep intruders out."
Constantin watched. "Whoever poisoned them, was not Dracula's son himself. The voice didn't belong to him, nor does he have that kind of skill. Whoever it is, knows a lot about technology."

* Keys took the liberty of turning into a viper, while the children took the earplugs *~This way, I can still talk to all of you. So Constantin, you sure its not him? I wanna make sure I inflict deserved pain to the right person.~* Ty hugged his little sister, worried that they could die, but excited that this is their first time being allowed to use their powers freely *

Constantin nodded. "I am sure it is not him. The voice didn't match at all, so whoever it was, may be some sort of right hand man to the Dracula family."

Shade even glared at Dorien. "Keys is right. We don't want to mess with the family directly, or it will end with all of us being killed. We are just here to convince Nikolas we are not people to be messed with."
"In short, No Killing. Just beat the information into the guy till it sinks in."
Constantin crossed his arms. He looked at the trees, remembering he had sensed a human once, one that was still alive. Could there be one inside the castle? He decided to keep this theory to himself for now.
"Though, we mainly want to go for the person who poisoned these two and get the antidote. That is all we need but I doubt that this person is just a servant. It almost sounded as if this person is friends with Dracula's son."
"So Nikolas will get involved either way."
Shade put the earplugs in her ears.

Shade shot a glare at Keys. "No killing! Do you want Dracula to have our heads?! I don't care if you think we can take him. Face the facts. We can not fight Dracula or it will end with us dead." She walked closer to the barrier, seeming hesitant. Shade really couldn't hear anything so far, so was it safe?
Constantin was surprised to see Shade so irritated with her friends. Either she really doubted their power or she saw how the outcome would be in a vision. "I say lets trust the Psychic...." He pointed at Shade before putting his own earplugs into his ears.

Besides, if you have that little faith in not only your abilities, but Dorien's and mine as well, then it explains why you came to us about this in the first place. You can't handle him because you're being a coward!~* Keys is suddenly slapped by Niryia, knocking her out *~She didn't mean it like that. She's angry we are hurt, and her old habits are back. She didn't leave an easy life, raising us while trying to survive. Being told she can't handle someone is like smashing her whole world. I suggest you remember who you are talking with, and if you really want to deal with her rage not for you, but against you.~* Niryia took Key's unconscious viper form and wrapped her around her neck, making it easier for Ty and her to move. Ty steps towards the barrier, touching it with a flaming hand *~So how do we get in this thing?~
