This is actually Ami's half-brother's house, Jonas Percival Maxier(Down and Weapon which is a Scythe) with his partner, Mariah Dawn(Up and Meister) They're Both 18 years old and graduated.

Mariah and Jonas's townhouse is spacious. There are a total of 4 spacious rooms and a bathroom in each room. (Mariah and Jonas occupied two rooms)

Ami stepped inside the house. The girl with Brown Hair said, "Oh Ami, you're back. So you got a partner already?" Ami laughed "Yeah, He's a boy and he is good to me" . The boy with blonde hair and green eyes glanced at Mariah for a while and said Wow, I've never knew you have a partner so fast, Ami

I never tell this because I heard she said that if she was a daughter of some wizard or witches, she has no choice if she will blame someone or not, that what Leoneil told me.
