I've already made 3 loaves of Butterscotch Bread. My older sister made Pecan Tarts.
I'm getting hungry just thinking about it. emotion_omnomnom

Hmm... well the Linzer cookies and the spice cookies make like 60 cookies with the recipes they have... I can see myself mailing a few to people if I had addresses. xD
I'd just need tins and some sort of way to pad the cookies so they don't break x nx

RECIPE PLEASE!!! WHAT SHE SAID. Also, DMS, I've mailed cookies before, and I would recommend using wax paper as padding. Works well.

I was planning on using wax paper between the cookies but I still feel like it'll not work super well for more brittle cookies.... but I dunno you have more experience here then I do as I have never shipped cookies before. xD

Well, I've done it a couple ways. I wish I could remember the specifics. I think I wrapped sets of two together in plastic wrap, and had, like...a wad of wax paper between each two? I can't remember exactly, it was a year ago when I last sent any.
