~Health and Fitness
1. This will be used to learn the different varieties for physical fitness, body building, body toning, eating right, and staying all around healthy.
2. Don't bash other peoples work outs. Be courteous and polite of any advice given. Debates about certain topics are allowed only in an orderly manner. If things get out of hand and drama starts, warnings will be issued to all parties participating in the skirmish and the thread will locked and where upon deleted within a set period of time.
3. No duplicate threads, any duplicates will get a redirection post a locking of said thread.
4. Any thread inactive for a certain amount of time will be removed. But it doesn't mean you can't try to repost the topic. It doesn't count as a duplicate thread. (this one may be optional to you.)
5. If it pertains to a bodies physical health, it belongs here and no where else. As stated any topic posted pertaining to anything outside of physical health will get a warning of their thread being moved as well as the thread being moved to an appropriate subforum.
