Appearance: Osanai stands at 6’1 feet tall. He wears a standard Shinigami outfit but has the pink kimono that his wears draped over his shoulder just like him. Has his father’s old battered hat on all the time. Wears glasses that his mother had made for him they are complete circles and are colored dark purple. Has Katen Kyokotsu at his right side the wakazashi above the zanpakuto. His hair comes down to his just below his ears. Keeps his hair in his face if he has a hangover other than that it’s out of his face. Has a rather large sake gourd at his left side always filled ever since he got out of his zanpakuto. Has a necklace he wears that contains a picture of his mother and father holding little Osanai. He has no facial hair. Always has a smile. No muscle can be seen but when he hits something he has power behind of it.
Personality: He is always seen with a smile on his face. Given the opportunity he will be lazy and drink sake. Enjoys a good nap. Honors a fight but will not fight if it can be avoided would like to talk it out if he can. Likes to joke around and hit up on ladies. Will not show mercy to anyone who actually angers him. Stays calm and cool in any situation. Tries his best to be serious around Rukia but it usually ends in him being funny. Will not hit up on anyone around Rukia. Has eyes that are always glaring when he looks at someone behind his glasses.
History: Two weeks before the war a child was born. That child is the son of Nanao and Shunsui Kyoraku. Squad 4’s captain deducted a few things about the child. The child will grow up to be healthy. The child would need glasses at the age of 5. The child will have a dangerous and hateful future as well. Everything the doctor said came true. Two weeks pass and a war breaks out a war that would decide the future of everything. While the war was being fought the war clamed his mother while she was on the front lines in the fake karakura town. Time passes during the war and his father almost dies. His father not wanting to lose his son asks Rukia, Squad 12, Urrahara, and Yamamoto for help to save his son for the future. They agreed. They took what his son would need to Squad 12 barracks. Shunsui wanting his son to remember his mother and father gave him a few things. His father gave him his glasses his mother had made for him, his favorite hat and pink kimono, and his own zanpakuto. Shunsui forces Katen to change souls to Osanai for that to happen. Squad 12 and Urrahara use there technology to seal Osanai, with his inheritance, into Katen Kyokotsu to keep him out of the war. Shunsui gives the sealed Katen Kyokotsu to his, Osanai’s, guardian Rukia hoping she could hide them from harms way and to bring his son into the world at the right time. Being unable to wield Katen anymore, Shunsui bearing only a normal zanpakuto rushes into battle at the fake Karakura town to fight Aizen. Shunsui being unable to beat Aizen was ordered to retreat to soul society but was sadly caught in the explosion. His father if seen during his death people would’ve seen a smile on his face. Shunsui was happy to know he at least saved his son. Inside of Katen Kyokotsu little Osanai, wrapped up in the pink kimono his father gave him, lay crying in a pitch black void with no one there. No one to keep him healthy. No one to raise him. No one at all. One day passes in that spiritual world and both Katen Kyokotsu’s find him, crying still, but asleep. With the help of a growing spirit and Katen Kyokotsu, Osanai was able to grow up in a image like his father inside of the spirit world. Katen was able to teach him speed and reflexes. Where as Kyokotsu was able to teach him how to use both equally both offence and defensive. Being Ambidextrous help Osanai out greatly but at the price of never being able to use Kido. Katen Kyokotsu couldn’t teach him Kido so Osanai was stuck without it. 700 years of being inside of Katen Kyokotsu and Osanai obtained Shikai. Katen Kyokotsu won’t let him learn Bankai yet. They both say he is too young to handle it. The full 1,006 years pass of being raised inside of Katen Kyokotsu has finally come to an end, Katen Kyokotsu has wishes for him to be free now but to never lose sight of his goal. His goal is to see Aizen defeated to avenge his mother and father he lost in the war. Katen Kyokotsu give him the kimono, hat, and pendent. Osanai wears them just like his father did before him, he wears them with pride in knowing his mother and father are always with him. With that the young Shinigami, fixing his glasses, raises his spiritual pressure so that who ever is near the sealed Katen Kyokotsu can feel it and hopefully free him. Free him into a world he has never even seen. A world that he is hoping to help save.

Shikai Abilities: Bushōgoma: Osanai rotates with both blades facing in opposite directions creating large wind blades that fire toward an opponent from Katen Kyōkotsu. The wind blades join together forming a spinning circle of wind that upon contact with a target envelops the target with tornado-like intensity. The attack is not only dangerous but can disorient an opponent trapped within it. The technique is powerful enough to counteract high-powered Cero blasts however do to how much of a difference there is between him and his father he is only able to do it to low powered cero blasts. The game this technique represents is a spinning top game.
Kageoni: The rule of this game is that whoever gets their shadow stepped on "loses." The game itself allows competitors to manipulate shadows to their advantage. For example, Osanai will demonstrat the ability to hide himself in shadows by using this technique, and he can also control the shadows and use them to attack an opponent by attacking the shadow they are currently standing upon. (works well in shadowy places)
