Character Name: Armand Orion Parr a.k.a Mandy, Armandillo

Age: 26, though he certainly can act less than that age.
Biography:Once upon a time, there was a poor poor child who had no parents who was left wandering about alone and always alone…. This child was poor, hungry, and…. “STOP RIGHT THERE! YOU RED HAIRED BRAT!”
Armand was born to the lovely union of two "normal" people. Actually, it's completely possible that one of them was a Chaos spirit because of Armand's nature. Unfortunately, to Armand’s obliviousness, he was a riotous baby and a very very curious one that kept dragging his parents into different situations. After some time, while Armand was still very young, he got lost, and his parents, as usual, went to find him, but were not able to in time despite his blatantly obvious red hair. The region they were in happened to be in the middle of hostile conflict, and for safety, Armand’s parents finally had to flee after having no luck of finding Armand. As Talon StarDrifter would describe it, they “accidentally” forgot him while in the process of running moving away… To this day, we don’t know what happened to them exactly.
Thus, our little Armand became a clueless orphan at the human age of four. After crawling around cluelessly amidst all the chaos and not getting hurt despite his flaming obvious red hair that made him stick out like a sore thumb in the bushes, Armand found a town of some sort (Hed, Raederle Anuin's hometown) and innocently began to pick apart things lying about in the pasture/backyard of a home. When the owners of the home came back, they were more than shocked to find a sleeping baby red head in the barn. After failing to find Armand's true parents, the family that found Armand took it to themselves to find someone to take care of Armand. He ended up with one of their neighbors and floated around until he was old enough to have his own shop....even if that meant he was only 15 and defied logic.
During his childhood, Armand's adoptive parents had many potential near heart attacks due to the red head peeking into everything and playing with nearly anything. There was one time they thought he would fall into a pot of boiling water, but it turned out that he was trying to cook with a twig shoved in the pot. Surprisingly, the soup came out rather tasty. The kid had a knack for making random crap and nonobvious stuff taste good. This also applied to his random "inventions" on the nonfood side.
Armand grew up to be a very open person, and he would go out of his way to greet or prank travelers and people alike. He learned much from them, and sometimes, people became frustrated with him never being serious. When he opened his own shop and moved out of the family's home, in some ways, they were happy to see him go. In other ways, they found that they would miss him. At the age of 16, Armand began to travel and would bring back news and items from afar. (In his studies, he went out to explore the world, pranking people to make them smile or enjoy a little bit of life wherever he went or accidentally causing a mess and being chased out of town.) Granted, due to his personality and his age, Armand encountered "situations" during his travels, but he mostly got out unscathed.
Like most of Hed, Armand knew of Rae as the "perfect" child, or rather, the quiet reclusive child who people apparently found interest in because they couldn't get any information out of her. The red head didn't have particularly much interaction with her, and once, he had been volunteered to be Rae's babysitter, but Rae's parents had disagreed (due to Armand's habits).
Anyhow, Armand just happened to be in town for Rae's outbursts.... At this time, he had his own pastry cart/inventor thingamagig gig going on.
Habits/Quirks: Armand is a smiley person, and nearly always has a smile on his face. He rarely ever appears serious, and he just
has to make use of things in strange ways (but they do work and mostly well too). Perhaps, you could say his true quirk is that he will prank everyone he meets at least once.
Powers: N/A, unless you count his amazing chef skills and genius engineering/mechanics/inventing/etc skills
Weapons: Anything on his person or his inventions. He does have a frying pan handy as well as a Lolar (which is a portable contractible huge ladle oar device)
Anything Else: Talon's Raederle Anuin is, or will be eventually, capable of summoning Armand.
The blonde in the picture is someone by the name of Faraday swooning over Armand. Faraday's hair is originally brown, but apparently something turned it blonde..... Suffice to say, "sweet little" Fara isn't too pleased.
