uh..yeah, i was wondering...is it normal for someone, a guy normally to feel liek they don't want the forest growing down there? is it also normal forthem wonder if it would gross out the girl if they had sex? would it be pre-mature to shave it?

I dont know but its really hairy down there for me. I dont really like it though. My hair down there is longer than the hair on my head and i even braided once cause i was bored. Shaving...i would never do.

Personally, I like my guys to have theirs neat and trimmed. That jungle fever just doesn't appeal to me. I wouldn't be grossed out during sex but I'd definetely say no to oral. But that's just me.
It's normal for guys to have long hair down there. It's a personal preference if you decide to shave it or not but I think you could get away with just keeping it trimmed. A clean pair of scissors and a handy mirror.

If it bothers you, try trimming first. Shaving is a little extreme in my opinion (not to mention how much it can bloody hurt if you don't do it perfectly).
Whether or not some other person would like it is irrelevent. This is YOUR body.

You could always trim it?
I mean, my boyfriend is one of the last protected rainforests, but he still trims it...sometimes.

Personally, I like shaving. It's all nice and smooth down there, it makes it look an inch longer, and it just fells somehow different. It doesn't really hurt unless you aren't careful while shaving your scrutum. My suggestion is just to trim it down then use an electric razor, as for your scrotum, pull your skin out so it's flat and move your ball out of the way, then shave away. Might hurt a bit, but if you're careful it doesn't(at least for me).

My fiance started me on this. Be aware the skin in the abdominal area is most sensetive, but the rest of the skin in that area is suprisingly tough, if you're careful you wont have to worry about cutting yourself.

just dont care because it hapens to everyone and if you are so worried about it then just trim it and see if you like it like that then just continue from there

I don't have a problem with hair down there, but if you're going to be having sex I'd say that you should trim it. Trimming is nice and all the guys I know trim their hairs.

*is female* I didn't want the forest either when it first started growing in. XD; I tried to shave it, but daaaaaamn, did it itch. So I just left it. Trimming a bit is a good idea. It doesn't itch as much. (it sort of does if your hair's curly enough to curl back and poke you, but it's not bad. Especially if you only trim the longest bits.)
My BF doesn't shave, and I don't mind. He shaves his legs, and he's fairly hairless everywhere else, but it still doesn't seem weird that he doesn't shave down there. (Maybe because this way he has the exact same amount of hair as I do. XD; )
So.. yeah. Just my two cents. :3 It's not a crime to have hair there, everyone does.

Theres the saying "trim the hedges to make the tree took bigger" but I dunno. I think the porn industry stereotyped sex itself making hair on males and females taboo to have. I trim mine so the hairs wouldn't tug on the condom.

Shave it! Well it is totally personal preference. I normally don't even notice it when I am actually down there. I was surprised to find out how many of my guy friends shave. Watch out for razor burn though. One of my buddies said that it's a b***h (I know better with my razor).
