It's not that Chuppi actually wanted company, no no no she wasn't selfish enough to actually go and try to do such a thing on her own like seeking someone out, but somehow or another she was now seeking someone out. Okay, perhaps she really was seeking someone out and it was mostly because she thought talking to someone would be a good idea before she retreated back into her shell. Spending time with Mort was making her feel a bit....different, so she thought the company of someone who allowed her to feel like a little kid was in store.

That being said she made her way over towards the undead dorms, intent on looking around until she found Herryk. Asking would certainly lead her to him without any troubles, and the monster scuttled up to the area and took a deep breath. This was really her first time going and seeking someone out that didn't live in her dorms, so she was understandably nervous.

Therefore, it was also understandable why she didn't move and simply just stood in the entrance like an enraptured green statue.

Herryk's door was open and a loud, booming voice reverberated through the entire lower floor of the undead dorms.

"Herryk loves his babies~
He loves them every day!
Herryk loves his babies~
LOVES HIS BABIES LOVES HIS BABIES!
Nan-NUHHHHH is the prettiest for all time
And Skalla is SO NICE AND SOOOOOFT~~~
POOFY POOFY POOFY!"

Chuppi wouldn't have a hard time finding Herryk's room at all.

While she was still too scared to try and go into the dorms alone without an escort, mostly because she didn't want to wander off somewhere and not make it back safe, but Herryk's voice as a very clear beacon that Chuppi thought she should take. The monster looked around and pinpointed the sound as best she could and took off at a run towards the destination, her pace set by moving on all fours. She had better balance while down low, mostly because she was used to running with her tail still, and she was smaller and could move considerably faster. Her quills made her more streamlined while running like a beast, and soon she skidded right in front of the door that the noise was coming from.

She rose to her feet and pulled out the odd splinter or two of wood from beneath her nails (it'd been a fast stop after all). Her outfit had managed to stay nice on her body and her Thermos was still in place, so all that was left was to knock on the door and get Herryk's attention. Pulling her fist back she pounded on the frame, the sound much louder than one would expect from such a small creature. It was easy to forget that Chuppi was a monster and one that actually has some strength behind it, so every now and then her common actions were a bit surprising to anyone who might not have been aware. "Herryk?"

Herryk peered around the corner of his room, looking a little sheepish. Recognition came a little slow, but when it finally hit, Herryk's entire face brightened. A smile spread from corner to corner and Herryk stepped into the doorway, his hands resting on his hips.

"Little bug?" The phrase hardly seemed to fit now, as Chuppi was no longer what one could consider a little bug, but the nickname was there to stay.

"What brings you to Herryk's dorm? And what," he waved a broad hand, still beaming, "is all this?" She had a more feminine look to her, one that Herryk hadn't been expecting and it would likely take some time for him to get used to, not that it mattered. Big brother mode, activate.

"Come in, come in. Mind the babies, they are getting their exercise!" The babies would be the fifty or so foxfires that were rolling and tumbling around his dorm room.

Babies? More like...a meal on wheels, or on legs. Chuppi had to do her best not to drool in front of Herryk over his assortment of Firefoxes, knowing well and good now that this was what he likely had meant over asking her if she liked them. These ones she would need to memorize, to keep a strong eye on, or else seriously risk eating one of them some day if they got loose. Having to return the drained corpse of a little doggie to Herryk did not sound like a very good idea.

"And...this...ugh...I...grew?" How was she supposed to respond to that? "Also, I...came because. . . . " How was she supposed to say she was lonely? Herryk was making things harder for her than she wanted them to be.

Herryk chuckled robustly, reaching for her hand so that he could tug her in before the poofs realized the door was open -- that the door had been open, apparently. He would have to take greater care in the future.

"It does not matter why little bug is here." It was apparent that Herryk was in a fantastic mood. Having just returned home from Freya's parents, he was happy to be at home once more and surrounded by his babies. It had been a long two days, wonderful and yet exhausting.

"Is Chuppi hungry? Herryk does not have much, but there is some candy here," he gestured at his desk. His room did not have a kitchen -- just a bathroom, an area for his bed, a few chairs, a desk and a pen for his poofs. "Chuppi can help herself. If little bug is not hungry," he swept a few foxfires off of the chair they perched on, "have a seat! Herryk has missed his little bug!"

"Hungry? N...no." She had to lie but it was a moot point as her stomach gave off a high pitched whine of protest. Her cheeks turned a bright red and green, like a holiday present of sorts, and she placed her hands quickly on the offending spot. It was only because of all the firefox, she told herself, and she needed to quickly regain control of her appetite. Weight wasn't going to lose itself if she had no control. She did dismiss the candy (politely) when she took a seat, looking around the room.

It was weird to be in a man's room, not that she didn't consider her friend Calder a man, but for some reason Herryk's place seemed to have an entirely different atmosphere. Perhaps it was because he seemed more adult than her or the others she knew? Or maybe it was because of all the puppies running around. "I just...wanted to come by. To tell I am year two now, I passed my exams."

She wasn't going to say she was lonely. Not at all.

Herryk gave a brief, pointed look in the direction of Chuppi's stomach before soundlessly moving towards the small dish of candy on his desk. He set it on the coffee table that was placed between two chairs that took up the majority of the sitting room. If Chuppi decided to take a piece, he wouldn't say anything, nor would he pressure her to eat. That ball was entirely in her court, but the option was there for the little bug if she so desired.

"Oh, that is very good, little bug!" He looked utterly proud of her. Growing stronger was a very important thing to the draugr, and to Herryk it was something worth praising.

"Herryk hopes to take his exams soon. Very soon." This was said with a huge smile.

"Exams? Oh, yes! I do hope....yes, no. I know you will do well, because Herryk is amazing." She sounded so happy for him because she really was and she really, really hoped he would pass. Being a year two didn't really feel any different from being a year one though...bragging rights maybe? A sense of accomplishment?

Chuppi hadn't noticed any changes for herself, at the very least, though she was getting thinner and stronger. She found that she could run faster and hit harder, if that meant anything, in which case she did have some changes. Oops. "I...appreciate the offer of candies, but I can't eat those. They make my stomach sicker, because they are not blood? Or are they blood gels?"

Chuppi hoped they would be blood gels, but who carried those around other than her and the other students who craved such things?
