Physical Description: Kura has short and messy silver hair hidden by a pale white barbute helm on her head. Her entire body is covered in armour and beneath it is a version of the Arrancar robe kept closer to her body and made of leather skinned from suitable Aduchjas. Her eyes are a deep green but are usually hard to see from behind her helmet. Her build is fairly strong and also very tall making her look imposing even to some male Arrancar. Her skin is a pale white mostly due to the fact she lives in Las Noches where there is no sun and so she has not tanned for well over fifty years however it is rare to see a scrap of her flesh and would require her armour and clothes to be destroyed first. It is only visible on her face which is also guarded by her helmet. Personality: Kura is like other Hollows in that she is irrational and strongly tied to her beliefs not accepting word to the contrary and acting sometimes in ways that are completely inhuman. She believes that order, especially in a time when Hollows are so fractured, is the only path to salvation and the greatest good of all. For this reason she sides only with those who would seek to unite them as once again. Her beliefs are mostly utilitarian and she always seeks out the greatest good although having some possibly skewed beliefs about what it is in many situations. Although she believes strongly in this it is unlikely she'd kill herself over it. Reasoning out that as she stands to hold order it is for the greater good that she continues to exist so she can uphold order in the future and beyond. This is merely an excuse however to permit her to keep on living as it overrides even her strong ideals ultimately. Her will to continue living in somewhat greater than her ideals. Her speech and action is always slow, ordered and carefully thought out. She does not speak unless she has need to and will signal with her hands sometimes instead of talking simply to avoid adding excess detail. This is mostly because she's poor at describing or explaining to others and prefers a 'go and have a look for yourself' approach as it sometimes gets the job done faster. It is rare if ever Kura makes a meaningful attachment to someone as it usually happens only when she meets someone with similar goals and beliefs to her own. They are the only types of people she will have an extended conversation with as she meets them very rarely. Usually these conversations will only involve a discussion of beliefs, ideals and strategies in upholding them. It may also be possible to rouse a response from her with a strong argument from another perspective which may get her somewhat angry. Although she dislikes Shinigami she could not be described as hating them like other Hollows. As she holds no personal grudge and only wishes to see them keep their noses out of business that does not involve them. For example if challenged to a battle to the death or just challenged outright by a Shinigami she would be unlikely to kill them unless it benefited her in a clear way. She would instead make the decision to send them home. It is likely however she would kill them if they made a second attack for revenge or further due to her belief in upholding order at the cost of anything else.
Zanpakutou:
Sealed Form: Kura uses a halberd, shield and set of armour all of which are the sealed form of her resurrecion as her zanpakto. The halberd is fairly standard being about 2 metres long with a larger axe and a longer point at the tip. The Halberd itself is made of a thick white pole which the silver axe head is attached to. The weapon is undecorated although it remains clean regardless of what it may be used for. The shield is like an extremely large teardrop shield curved inwards slightly towards the edges that covers the majority of Kura's body. It can be used for both parrying, blocking and bashing. It is capable of defending against physical phenomena but when used to defend against reiatsu based attacks it is less effective. It cannot adequately defend against them usually due to the sheer force they have behind them being above that of a physical attack. It can still be used just not as effectively as on physical attacks. The shield has a turtle shell pattern on it and when worn on Kura's back is a fairly good clue as to her identity as a Hollow. Last of all the armour itself although a zanpakto does not posses a great deal of defensive power. It exerts no influence over her entire body and there are points in the armour that can be stabbed quite easily. Overall the armour covers her hands, shoulders, chest, gut, feet and knees. Anywhere else, for example her arms or her legs is fairly easy to hit. The armour is made of simple undecorated pieces of white metal that have strength like plate armour. It would likely hold against a light attack quite well for example if an attack is not fully parried successfully but the average attack will do some damage.
Resurrección Name/Release Phrase: Tortuga : Tortuga, stay slow and steady.
Resurrección Description: Kura's armour begins to seemingly melt but slowly forms around her entire body creating a strong defensive barrier around her with the same power to stop blows that any ordinary Zanpakto would have. Unlike outside of resurrecion she has no clear points to strike as the armour covers her entire body. The armour on her legs is a plate skirt that extends down to her boots however underneath it she wears plate leggings to protect herself further should the skirt be destroyed. It is of course possible to do damage to the armour however it is often annoying and requires that heavy attack power be expended even though it does not ensure victory as she can stand back up after an attack capable of breaking her armour. The armour does not regenerate so any damage done to it is permanent for the length of battle. Her shield is the same size as usual however slightly (though this is practically unnoticeable) shinier and her halberd stays with her completely unchanged. Her attacks with it should be no harder however still none the less threatening to those without some form of armour.
Her fighting style relies on drawing out fights for as long as possible to cause her opponent to either die from exhaustion, attempt a retreat which they will likely fail due to tiredness or become incapable of fighting at a similar level to her at which point they will be hit by an attack intended to cripple them.
Resurrección Powers/Attacks:
Mirror Shield: The shield can reflect one attack every hour counting from it's first usage during a battle (In effect it can only be used once in a battle). By willing the shield to reflect the attack it will do so directly at the opponent and eight times as fast if it was a non physical attack. If it is a physical attack then the shield will cause the weapon to come flying out of the attacker's hands usually leaving them open for a counter attack. After baiting an enemy into using a powerful attack this is what is used to finish the fight and turn their own power against them.
Reiatsu Crushing Left Arm: By grabbing a reiatsu based attack in her left hand Kura can stop it in its tracks completely destroying it. The move takes apart the attack piece by piece unravelling it and then leaving what's left of it to fall apart. This ability much like the shield will only work once per an hour (ie: Per a single battle) counting from when it is first used. Even when breaking out of Resurrecion. If overwhelmed it will cripple Kura's ability to use this to good effect.
Mountain Crushing Right Arm: Like the left arm the right arm can stop not reiatsu based attacks or effects but physical ones. It holds a slightly longer recharge time of about an hour and thirty minutes (Practically impossible to use twice during a fight.) as the ability is more advanced turning a person's own force against them and meeting it with equal. It is used if Kura wishes to prevent a heavy attack from coming in and then use it as an opening.
Double Burn: A passive aura she gives off. It causes opponents to use their reiatsu at double normal speed. An attack that would knock a person out after using it will consume twice as much reiatsu doing even more damage. This affects Kura as well making high speed regeneration a much more costly ability to use making it unrealistic to expect to see her regenerating limbs more than once during Resurrecion as it would exhaust her supply of reiatsu too fast. Scratches, gashes and bone breaking is not impossible and would be more common than limbs as it does not require the recreation of an entire new arm but still regeneration must be saved for those wounds that would weaken her ability to fight physically. Small pains would come second if she were placed in a situation where she could choose to heal one or the other.
Special Accessories: The armour she wears could be considered an accessory. She also usually carries a tent around with her in case she needs to make camp and as she has been wandering the deserts of Hueco Mundo for years.
Skills:
Master Halberd User: It is unlikely that many would be able to outfight her with a halberd of their own. Her handling of the weapon is enhanced due to her great strength as a result of her being a Hollow meaning she can fight in a way that would otherwise be impossible with it. In addition she has around fifty years experience wielding it meaning she has already fought off fairly experienced enemies using it. Control over the shield comes as part of the package to this skill as they are used together though it is not a necessity and the shield can be left to rest in the sand or on her back.
High Combat Awareness: Kura is constantly aware of what is going on in a fight. Due to her inability to use reiatsu powers she must fight her enemies on a purely physical level. Due to this her mind works in such a way that she imagines what use they'd have and how to best tackle them and is capable of fighting on par with opponents of her level even without sonido for bursts of speed or cero and bala for distance control and can manipulate reliance on these techniques.
Acrobatic: Although her form and heavy armour would not suggest it due to the fact she has to fight without sonido at her disposal she is fairly acrobatic and finds ways of outmanoeuvring opponents due to this. She is good at rolling, ducking and jumping out of harm's way and the like for example even with her huge shield.
Enhanced Physical Capabilities: Due to the fact her reiatsu mostly stays in her body she uses it all as fuel for fighting physically and because of this fact she is abnormally fast and strong for a Hollow of her class sometimes outspeeding those who would be presumed faster. She is unlikely to be able to keep up with one of a higher class but would stand above those not of greater strength or speed than the average for her class of Hollow. For this reason she remains threatening even to Hollows who have focused entirely in strength or speed based abilities as she can fight on a similar though not necessarily equal level of speed or strength to them.
Abilities:
Kura is incapable of using reiatsu abilities which require her to manifest it outside her body. Due to this she is only capable of using reiatsu abilities which effect her internally or on a very close outside level such as the Hierro. In addition she is also incapable of walking on air so this might be used as a vantage point from which to attack her with little to no repercussions as she cannot attack air borne things without jumping at them which would leave her wide open for attack.
High Speed Regeneration - High-Speed Regeneration allows Hollows to recover from any damage that they sustain by causing them to heal at an increased rate, closing the wounds on their body and causing any limbs that they have lost to grow back. While High-Speed Regeneration is indeed a powerful ability, it is not without its flaws. Despite the extent to which it can heal the body, internal organs such as the brain cannot be regenerated; if such irreparable damage is sustained, the rest of the body can continue to regenerate, though to no avail. In addition, if the body is damaged before it has the chance to heal, or if enough damage is inflicted on it at once, then it can be destroyed
Hierro - refers to the hardened skin of the Arrancar, which is a result of their compressed spiritual power. While their skin is strong enough to block even released Zanpakutou bare-handed, it is by no means impenetrable. Stronger Arrancar generally have proportionally stronger skin than usual.
Biography/History: Kura as a human was killed at some point during the Second World War with a bomb. Around that time understandably Shinigami were spread thin and so she slipped through the cracks turning into a Hollow thinking nothing was coming for her and going steadily mad expecting nothing either. With death everywhere she turned she ate well until the war came to an end and yet she still felt completely empty. As though nothing could sate her appetite. She began to attack Hollows simply because out of desperation in the hopes that eventually she would find an answer to this strange life that she had so suddenly begun without a word of consent. She began devouring them too along with humans when she got the chance though nothing came of it apart from her eventual transformation into a Gillian through a slow process of finding random meals where and when she could if she was 'fortunate' enough to come across other Hollows. After becoming a Gillian she began to seek out larger prey, other Gillian, travelling further through the downward spiral and by far the most threatening part for any Hollow. As am Aduchjas. It was her time in this form that shaped her into what she became. During this time the walks were slow, the fights thin and the meals almost never. It gave her an incredible amount of time to reflect on what she had experienced up to that point. What she had appreciated, what she had gained and what she had lost. Coming finally to the conclusion that she had no reason to rage any more and no reason to seek out these Hollows but to prevent the loss of her mind which seemed as good a reason as any. Eventually on her slow orderly walks she began to enjoy the desert and the simple life just roaming from place to place and watching as her enemies fought her until exhausted so she could eat what was left of their tattered bodies. It was not long after coming to these conclusions that she came across Las Noches during its' period of greatest action as a kingdom of Hollows. She stayed here for most of her life as a Hollow. Becoming an Arrancar within its' walls and formulating her personality fully through coming to appreciate the safety, security and other benefits with a relatively ordered group of Hollows. It was with great sadness that she watched as Las Noches fell apart before her own eyes. Seeing it as nothing more than a husk of what it once was she took off into the desert of Las Noches. Seeking out her purpose or calling and believing it lay in reuniting the Arrancar under a common banner.
Powers: She has no powers she can use outside of Resurrecion. All her unique powers are limited to during her Resurrecion form.

Approved.
However, I would like to see a time limit put on Double Burn. I mean, it could last for three to five posts, stops for three to five posts and starts again. Something like that. I just think it might be a bit much considering the way the character is designed. Beyond that, she's definitely very interesting.

See now. I can see why it's kinda ridiculous as a passive aura. It doesn't have to be used strategically at all and anyone with a '1 use' sort of attack is completely buggared but my intention was to enforce it as a sort of condition of combat to force people to think. 'How many Ceros or Kido can my character get away with before he'd be exhausted' or even 'How many Super Duper Special Shikai moves will I get away with.' Usually if there's no mentioned total number then they'll fire them willy nilly. This serves as my guarantee that eventually they will be forced to say. 'Yeah my dude is pretty tired right about now.'
Is there a way in which you'd still see it as acceptable when passive? For example I could force a condition on myself such as that it causes the character to lose reiatsu at a double rate or that it causes the armour to steadily deteriorate over a time period as it is being burned away at double the speed or even just reducing the rate of burn a little.

Sure, either of those options would work. Like say, the armor deterioration is proportionate to the exhaustion rate of the passive aura. Or, just have it effect Kura equally.
