It hadn't been long since Attor had sent owls back and forth with Ty after hearing the news of poor Ty getting kicked out for his sexual preferences. But at this very moment Attor had forgotten every last thought of that. He had even forgotten what day Ty was due to move into his house. Little did he know Ty was due any minute. He sat on the couch with something his new for a lack of a better word friend had showed him this past summer. It made all his pain, worries, memories, and cares go away with a simply puff of smoke. And if he put his mind into it he could shape that smoke into dragons or snakes or some other things that would dance around, he wasn't as good as Lucian though.

Ty had gotten his way through the town and towards where Attor had told him he was living. Where Ty would be living now. He had been dating Elliot for a few months, right at the end of school is when they had started, and he....he knew it upset Attor and he was sorry about it but he had still let him move in with him and he was so happy about it. He walked up to the room that he was told him lived in and he smiled as he knocked on the door. "Attor!" he said happily as he stood there with his long hair in a braid over his shoulder and a hat on to keep himself warm. his Coat around him and his bags around his feet.

"What the bloody hell? " Attor said sort of snapping back to this world as Ty announced himself. "Whit....who?" Attor put the smoke down and moved to the blinds of in the front of his small home to peek out. He rubbed his eyes once before figuring out it was Ty. "Wait wasn't he coming tomorrow?I...didn't plan for him to see me doin this...." Attor mumbled before moving to fumble with the muggle locks on the door. He opened the door standing there shirtless but in his pjs pants. He ran his hand through his longer hair that was loose. He had let it grow over this summer but it was a bit messier then normal.
"H,,,hey Ty. Weren't y-you coming tomorrow....what day is it?" Attor asked looking confused his eyes sligtly off in some way, something certainly not normal.

Ty blushed as he looked up at the male...his best friend that he had...feelings for even though he had Elliot....the best friend he didn't know had had feelings for him till after he had started dating Elliot and then...in the...common room...He blushed as he looked away from Attors chest and played with the end of his black and red braid. "No...today. Its...Wednesday like i said i was coming in on...Is...now a bad time?" he asked wondering why Attor looked so....confused and lost, not him self...Was someone else here...did Attor have a date over? He glanced up at his friend and smiled. "I...can come back in a little bit if your busy and don't....want me around....right now..." he said softly as he bit his lip nervously.

Attor seemed to smile in an odd way as he listened to Ty, least maybe he was listening. He leaned on the door way wondering why Ty looked the opposite if chill which was the mood he was sure everyone was in right now.
"No heck no come in T-ty ....I-I just lost track...of time...or is it days...thought it was still Tuesday..." Attor opened the door all the way before walking back into his living room. He wondered if he should hide the stuff real quick but by the time he made it back to that side of the room he had forgotten and took another hit. before blowing a smoke ring that turned into a snake eating its self. A sign of eternity his favorite smoke symbol to do. He lay back on the couch before opening his eyes again remembering that he was worried what Ty might think.
"Uh.....so" Attor shook his head putting out the stuff and piling it into a bag on the table. "Uhh.....did you have trouble....finding the place....or stuff......its Elliot coming..." Attor coughed a little the worry of what Ty might think about this making him panic a little.

Ty blushed at him and wondered what was going on. He looked at the other and nodded as he grabbed his things and walked into the home and looked around. Putting his stuff down he pulled his hat off and looked around before seeing Attor...smoke something...something? Was that why he looked funny? He raised a brow and looked at the male. "Are...you ok?" he asked as he sat on a chair near the male.
He wasn't sure what to say about this...he wasn't sure it was his place to be upset about this or not but if....Attor was happy then he deserved to be happy...Hopefully he wasn't hurting himself at all. "I...I dunno i haven't asked Elliot if he wanted to come over yet...I wasn't sure...if you would want him to come over or not..." he said as he looked away and blushed, he couldn't help remembering the kiss and...wasn't sure how Attor was still taking things after the end of last year.

Attor blinked and stared at Ty before laughing. "I'm fine...totally fine, not doing anything wrong either....." Attor said while getting up to put the bag away. Perhaps Ty as innocent as he was didn't know it was a drug that Attor was doing. He rubbed his hand through his hair trying to act normal before going to sit back on the couch beside Ty.
"You live here now, long as ya let me know so Im not sittin round in my boxers you can have people over. And the basement is sooooooo off limits to people.....got my inveeentions down there........my tinkering space." Lays his head back on the couch smiling while staring at the ceiling. "So uh....whats, your summer been like?" Attor asked turning to smile at Ty. "Sorry I've not been in touch.....s-settling in and all you know how it is.....Oh my we should totally show you, your room...shouldn't we?" Attor blinked he needed to get a grip he was acting so weird, but at least he didn't feel upset at hearing or saying Elliot's name for once.

Ty was sitting up and not leaning against the back of the couch as he watched the other. "W...when did you start smoking?" he asked. He didn't understand it might be something he shouldn't smoke, that it might be a drug, just thought of it as smoking. He rubbed his hands on his pants and glanced at the male as he talked about having people over. "You mean kinda like...your in now?" he asked. He...couldn't pass up the feelings he had about wanting to touch the male. He had seen him naked and undressed many times having shared a room at Hogwarts with him.
"Oh yes...room...um where is it?" he asked as he stood with his bags and looked around as he followed Attor towards where his room was. He was nervous and hoped he would put on a shirt...he just couldn't stop looking at him even though he wanted to stop looking.

Attor blinked at the question playing with his hair a little out of nervousness about being questioned. " I uh...I don't do it much Ty...I didn't mean for you to catch me, but....it uh makes stuff go away ya know...like just gone out of my head. Everything you know? I uh started this summer...Lucia......a new friend uh showed it to me at the end of the school year. Been hooking me up with it during the summer...I won't do it round you promise...." If those comments weren't enough to give away that it was not tobacco in them things then nothing but saying it outright would.
Attor looked down at himself noticing he was shirtless with just pj pants, but they weren't boxers right so nothing wrong with that right? "I'm not in my boxers Ty....these are pjs...." He never considered how it might bother Ty just as much as it bothered him to see Ty shirtless.
Attor got up and went down the hall, this was in no way his permanent home,but it was the only one he was able to find at his age. It wasn't run down though it was quite a nice 4 bed room home. Though most would be fine Attor wanted a big house to entertain it not just to live in. "My room is the one at the end of the hall and your's it the second biggest beside mine." He opened the door and there was a chest of drawers a closest and a queen size bed already made up in there for Ty. "I had the stuff delivered the other day. Horrible muggle but it will do for now. There stuff isn't that horrible and all I could get me hands on before you came.." Attor was starting to come down a little as he tried to focus for Ty's sake.

Ty looked at him and grew worried that Attor was going to get in trouble for this...was this something he could get arrested for or in trouble for? He wasn't sure what to think about it but he wasn't going to say anything. "you don't have to try too hard...i wont...make you stop or anything just don't expect me to do it with you...." he said softly as he fidgeted. He blushed and nodded as he looked at him. "Yes...those are not boxers but...still...Attor...I...Your making me blush..." he said softly as he looked at him and fidgeted with his sweater.
He walked with him and looked at the room and smiled. "Oh thanks. It looks really nice. I don't mind at all." he said with a smile as he looked over the male and smile. He took off his coat and picked up a bag, wincing a little, as he moved to put it on the bed. Rolling his shoulder a little he didn't know his shirt had a small spot of blood showing on the middle of his shoulder blades. "Can i shower Attor?" he asked softly.

Attor leaned on the door way of Ty's room looking worried his eyes dark from having smoked a lot of that stuff recently. He never normally came down from a high so fast but he hadn't finished it plus the worry of what Ty would think was making him come back faster. "I-I....w-won't maybe I won't need it as much with c-company round...." Lucian had been over all summer,but even now Attor was starting to regret make a friendship with him. He was impulsive and at time violent he was the only person other then Attor's father that Attor feared. He would do anything Lucian told him to do when he was with him. At first it was out of a desperate want to fit in with another group outside of his normal one now he wasn't sure why he was still letting Lucian come over. And for how long could he hide it from Ty, Lucian was bond to come over sooner or later. Attor cluttched his arms as he felt a paranoia come over him wondering with Lucian would show up with his gang.
What Ty said next brought Attor back a bit. "Oh..I uh....can put a shirt on I guess...." Attor blushed a bit he hadn't really remember their tension till just now. He remembered now him longing for Tynan was one of the reasons Attor turned to something that made him forget his problems. With his father to the love he couldn't have. "I didn't mean to make you uncomfortable...."
Attor now watched Ty's every move remembering that night when they kissed and remembering that it would not happen again. Attor pulled on his hair trying to make himself calm down some more he was starting to zone out till he saw Ty wince. He stood strait and looked at Ty closer before noticing the spot of blood on his shirt. "Ty what's that?" Attor said moving cross the room to get a closer look. "Are you bleeding?!!" He was freaking out about it now what had happened who hurt Ty or was he just seeing things? He reached out to touch Ty wanting to see if it was fresh or dried.

Ty watched him and wondered what all could he need to forget that would drive him to smoking something that might get him in trouble. He wondered who this person was, he had started to say a name but didn't finish it but it reminded him of someone who had caused alot of trouble in school. He hoped that he could stay out of some of the trouble.
He was about to tell him thanks for putting on a shirt when he seemed to notice the shirt that was bleeding through. He winced and pulled away from Attors hand. "N-No don't touch it..." he said softly as he blushed and pulled his arms close to his chest and hid from his friend. "D-d-dont worry about it...its....going to get better..." he said as he pulled away from him and tried to figure out how to get away from him. "I'm fine...don't...worry please." he said with a whimper as he tired to keep his back from Attors view.

Attor would never tell Ty his reasons, but he would no doubt find out about Lucian. If nothing else by the time school came around Lucian would certainly bug Attor more then.
"But...." Attor looked panicked and like he want to beat someone up while he cried. "N-no I will worry about that! Why the bloody hell are you bleeding? Who did this to you? Or what happened?!!" Attor raised his voice a little wondering if Elliot was abusive or something not really thinking Ty's dad to be the type to flip out like his father. No matter who did it Attor was feeling some serious rage and was even wondering where his wand was he didn't care about rules he would blow the head off of anyone who hurt Ty.

Ty looked over him and shook his head. "I...Its nothing....Attor...D-dont..."Tears filled his eyes cause he didn't want to think about it. Cause he didn't want to remember the nightmares he still had...the running from the house with the few things he had grabbed, covered in blood and crying in pain. he had found his way to an inn and gotten a room with some of the gold he had saved up and that night he had gotten his letter from Attor and told him what happened, but left out his father attacking him with his belt. His dad had been too upset to remember his want and had just come after him with his belt and beat him with it.
He looked up at him and tears fell. "My...f-father..." he got out softly as he clung to himself. "I just...want to shower please..." he said softly. He knew enough about treating things from reading his mothers books, she worked at the wizarding hospital after all. So he was treating it himself it just had trouble reaching some of the marks on his back.

"What do you mean nothing?! Your bleeding! That's not nothing, that is something!!!" Attor exclaimed not sure what to do.
Attor stared at Ty having sudden flash backs to his own attack from his father. Attor stepped closer to Ty just wanting to hug him but he stopped clenching his hands he was scared to embrace Ty now. He had to many urges even when they were in a stressful situation like this. He flopped on Ty's bed looking at the floor not sure what to do.
"Down the hall on the left Ty......." He didn't want to push Ty to do or tell him anything he didn't want to. If you need some clothes I can lay you some out while your in the shower...I'm a bit bigger but you'll fit either way...." Attor;s voice seemed shaky, but then Attor looked up at Ty with a serious look. "But after you're giving me a look at that...I know you know how to treat stuff, but something isn't right if its still bleeding." Attor said crossing his arms and looking very stubborn.
