Egeria had slipped away from Ridley's not so watchful eye. ********* was off rounding up other cats and Egeria had to wonder whether they would all end up back at Ridley's. Ah well she didn't mind, she liked these new cat like features and jumped from her friends window onto a fence and started to happily walk along it.
In fact walking along fences and winding the odd dog up was a little bit too fun for the little kitten who found herself enjoying this more then she probably should have.
She did eventually jump down off a fence and on top of a dumpster where she had a good look around. Oh how life as a cat was good!
"Everybody wants to be a cat...." She couldn't help but start singing as she started to play with some string that she found hanging from another bin.

Unlike Egeria, Leto!cat was very much not enjoying this. When she realized she was unable to successfully open her fridge to get food (neither could her roommate because she too was a cat), she begrudgingly slipped out of the apartment window and carefully climbed down the fire escape.
Eventually, she would find herself digging around under a dumpster, hoping to find some semblance of a meal that didn't involve killing and eating a mouse. Gross.
Her head popped up and her ears swiveled to the singing coming from on top of the dumpster.
"Not everybody wants to be a cat, damnit..." she muttered rather loudly. In fact, being a cat made Leto rather grumpy.

Egeria stopped playing when she heard another voice and then she smiled widely.
"Sure they do! You can sneak up on others and spy on them and get free food and all sorts, why wouldn't you want to be a cat?" She tilted her head slightly and then frowned.
"Why is your star black? I haven't seen a black star before... ********* doesn't even have a black one." She sat down looking at the older cat trying to work out why the star was black, was it a bad kitty? Oh oh maybe it was another senshi cat and they just always wore black? Yes that must be it!

Leto's paw came out from under the dumpster, sadly retrieving nothing that she would be willing to eat, cat or not. When the voice spoke again, Leto took a few steps back away from the dumpster and sat back on her haunches, tilting her head to peer up at the other cat.
Immediately noticing the yellow star on her head, Leto's eyes narrowed. "Because as a human, I can also sneak up on and spy on people... And while my food isn't free, at least it's fresh and cooked."
She raised a fur covered eyebrow at the brightly colored tiny cat. If she knew *********, and didn't know what a black star meant... That could only mean that this cat was another Senshi-turned-cat. How fun! Leto's claws dug into the ground beneath her and her mouth parted to lick her lips.

"You haven't learnt the best bit about being a cat yet then!' Egeria smiled widely, as much as a cat could anyway. "All you need to do is rub round their legs and you can get their lunch! It's brilliant!" She was clearly a happy kitten completely unaware of who or what the cat in front of her was.
"What about that black star? What is it?" She narrowed her eyes as she looked up at Leto trying to work out if it was just because she was darker colours or something.
"It's not as pretty as mine. Whats your name anyway?" She flicked her small tail and contemplated what senshi she was ooo or maybe she was a knight! The idea that any 'bad' guys had become cats made little sense to her and didn't really cross her mind.

"Sure. Brilliant. Right. Whatever you say..." Leto stalked around Egeria, eyes narrowed and claws out.
"My name is Leto. What's yours?" If this cat wanted small talk before becoming dinner, then Leto could do small talk. "My star is black because I'm a Dark Mirror Senshi. And you, my dear, are awfully tiny."
Her head tilted slightly to the right, eyes turned to slits as she eyed her curiously. Her tail lashed back and forth behind her wildly.
