Roll a six: Electric Field: The field is completely flat. Standing at the four corners and at the exact center of the field are five electrical towers that stand at six feet in height. These release static discharge across the field at random; electric attacks may be able to amplify themselves by using these stray charges to their advantage. The discharges also programmed to encourage pokemon to avoid standing in one location for too long This field gives a 25 HP attack boost to ELECTRIC type attacks.

Stepping up into the trainer's box, Walpurgis adjusted his eyeband. He'd been here before, he and Gangrel. They fought a grueling battle against a mew, a battle they wouldn't soon forget. With a faint half-smile, Walpurgis sent out Gangrel, his bloodthirsty rattata partner.
Gangrel's fur bristled on end. Perhaps it was because of the electricity being discharged throughout the arena, but Walpurgis got the feeling it was partly to do with the memories of Gangrel's battle against the mew. Baring his fangs, Gangrel let out a low chatter as they awaited their opponent.

Flint entered the field with Maya in tow, Flint grimaced a bit when he saw their opponent was another rattata, they hadnt had the best luck with rattata's. but he was relived to see that the battlefield favored them. Maya was practically bouncing with energy, the electricity in this place made her feel alive. She ran to take her place on the feild, ready for the fight to begin.

Flint looked at the screen and saw they were to go first. With a nod at Maya Flint called out their first attack " Maya, use thunder!" he called planning to take full advantage of this field.

Walpurgis gaped as the gigantic bolt of lightning crashed down upon Gangrel, leaving him sizzling and smoking in a crumpled heap. "GANGREEEEL!"
But the rattata pulled himself up out of the crater the lightning bolt had left, an angry glare in his eyes. There would be no messing around with this opponent.
"Gangrel, use Blizzard to stop it's movements! We can't allow it to keep doing that!"
Gangrel rolled his eyes. [No, really? I swear, humans sometimes....] As his eyes returned to looking at the emolga, they turned a light blue as the temperature dropped. Winds howled all around as the moisture in the air grew frigid and white. Willing the blizzard toward the emolga, Gangrel was set upon trapping it, and maiming later. It. Would. Pay.

Maya weathered the blizzard with no damage or effects. " Maya, use thunder again but this time try to paralyze it!" Maya nodded stiffly then released rolling waves of thunder at the rodent.

The thunder struck again, but not with as much intensity. The electricity remained with Gangrel, however. The rattata seemed unfazed, however, so deep in the trance as he was. Again the snowstorm made it's way towards Maya.

Gangrel was struck by the lightning harder than the last time, but still softer than the first. Electricity running off his coat, again he sent the snowstorm at Maya. He had to catch the emolga for any chance.

The bolt of electricity missed this time, as Gangrel willed the snow towards the emolga again.
Walpurgis grit his teeth. This really was not their day.

Maya gave them a mocking look as she continued to escape the blizzard wrath. charging herself up she shot another flash of Thunder at the opposing pokemon

Walpurgis was slightly annoyed by the emolga's condescending look. How great would it be if Gangrel won? Even he couldn't help but hope that Gangrel somehow win now.
Gangrel was again struck by lightning, but continued to focus on the blizzard. Again, he continued their dance.
