Personality: Maziwa is extremely protective and loving of those she cares about. She loves easily and fully and tries to be open about everything. She fears the failure of her pack, but she keeps a brave face and remains optimistic.
Biography: Ziwa was born to a Sleeper and a Traveler, and she somehow got cursed with both bloods running strongly. As a pup, Ziwa would wander off often, sometimes to sleep, other times to explore. She learned how to hunt as a cub (and improved her skill as much as possible over time). As a juvenile, her small family, save two of her brothers, moved into a pack upon her brother's prompting, called the Amani'Kikundi. Here, she grew into her hunting abilities and flourished under the hunting rank upon reaching adolescence.
She became a leader, hunting at the head of a hunting party and growing under the role. She continued to excel even after her pack diminished. She traveled with her mother and adopted son to new lands in the mountains where she leads a small, growing pack.
Personality: Leini is a somber female due to her past. She loves her children deeply, and those are the only things that keep her grounded. She's passively protective and wouldn't hesitate to fight if something threatened her home or family.
Leini is not quick to anger, but is quick to lock away her emotions when something unfavorable, like her past, is mentioned. She stands her ground on every front, and is regarded as a good leader.
Biography: As a pup, she ran away from home in search of her brother. Quickly, she met up with another dog named Inyoni, who later became her first mate. With him, she produced one pup, Dejiki. After leaving her family, she found a new mate in Machungwa and had a litter of six. Day after day, the thinks of the pup and mate she left behind, and lets her guilty heart bleed during the night. She remembers the nights she left her growing pup and mate behind, and it hurts her. Her new family, however, is slowly ebbing away the pain as she tries to be with them always.
As her pack split ways, so did her family, but she travels with her daughter and grandson. They settled into the mountains to form a new pack and aiding her daughter, the leader of the new pack.

Personality: Opposite of his twin, Somhairle is calm and attentive. He often comes off as cold or heartless, but he cares a lot.
Biography: Airle grew up in a small pack. He was a page at a young age and grew up to become a knight. He worked hard in his role and grew greatly under the role. However, as the pack moved on, he was left behind.
He joined a group of traveling dogs, where he joined. He made it his mission to protect them. He grew fond of a small male as they traveled and fell in love without knowing what to do about it. He couldn't dream that the other would return his affections - especially being the Alpha's only child.

Personality: Tanda is a patient dog with a calm disposition. He enjoys relaxing and simply existing. He takes his job very seriously.
Biography: Tanda was born to a large litter. His father had sired many and he was one of many siblings and pups. He often spent time alone, too shy to do anything even with so many siblings to interact with. He did not make many friends as a child and when his pack disbanded, he left his separate way.
He wanted to make his own way in life. Eventually, he happened upon a group that was making its way towards the mountain. A kind, pregnant dog welcomed him gentle into the pack and aided in bringing him out of his quiet shell.

Personality: Damu is generally calm an collected, though he has a deep seated self-hatred due to his blindness. He's quick with learning and teaching and refuses to let his blindness keep him from doing his job.
Biography: Damu was born with three sisters. He was closest to his sister Twana, however, and they had many adventures together. He held a fondness towards water and wind, only realizing when the two stumbled across a lake.
Soon after, Damu was split from his family, landing himself in the Amani Kikundi, where he spent his time staring into the open water. Janja took charge as his Nanny until Maziwa adopted him into her clan as her son.
With a bit of training, Damu became a Paroko-ae of his clan. He deigned to travel and lean more so he could advise better. However, his journey went terribly wrong as he was attacked and chased. Not only was his life in danger, but his eyesight as well.
As he wandered, his eyesight became worse and he hastened home to his mother only to learn that the pack had disbanded. He mourned the loss of the safety of his old pack but his mother promised to find him a safer place to exist.
His vision faded further as they traveled along the plains into rockier territory. He met a stoic dog there - a once-knight, now General that nudged him along and made him happy. He eventually settled into the new lands with the General as his mate, though his self esteem still lingers low.
