Chocolate Cheese.


My personal especiality... someday.

Still haven't started. But I got the plan. First step is figuring out whether I should add Cheese to chocolate manufacture or chocolate to cheese making. Adding chocolate milk instead of regular milk when making cheese sounds rather the more obvious answer, but who knows, I could be surprised.

Fondue IS NOT the answer! If anything, I want to achieve the perfect fondue, one that is both types at once.
