Town of Dragon

Well, it's true. I demolished my town of Fantasia and made a new one. Why? I don't know. Because I am totally wierd and a**l about things, and even though my town bugged for awhile, it took me nearly 3 months to go and ahead and say goodbye. I was sad, and I feel guilty. I had put a LOT into my old town, but I'm happy with my decision, so whatever.
Because of this, I have new friend codes. I am trying to separate my different Wild World groups for characters, so they don't get mixed up. I'm using my original character for Gaia, b/c I like this group the BEST! heart So please Please PLEASE PM me if you add me to your buddy list. I might not add you otherwise. And I want to make sure to add everyone! Thank you!!

February 17, 2006
Day 1
OK, so Dragon Town started yesterday, but I was too tired to get on with the journaling, so I'm doing it today. And I don't know how great I'll be about updating everyday. Like I'm real sure someone is actually reading this!
I deleted my former town of Fantasia to open the new and improved Dragon (I would fit Town on the end if you could have more letters!) My original character Kiwi from Fantasia did move from there to a friend's town and finally moved again to Dragon. Another new character also has moved in. She's a funny girl named Icy. She likes the color blue, but oddly enough-hates being cold!
Dragon started out great. Pears were the native fruit, but I brought a stash from the former town. (I still need to plant those) The new townies I met were Bob (yay!), Teddy and Maple. I think the town started out GREAT!
Also on Day 1 I recieved a heart Lovely Loveseat heart from Nintendo! Whoo hoo!

Day 2
Today I got a new resident. A penguin named Gwen. I know she's a return from the GameCube. I believe she is the snobby personality. Whatever. I can't wait to see how she has her house decorated. There is a TON of boxes in there!
Dragon got it's first 2 visitors-Lyle and Blanca. I actually ignored Lyle. I'll decide on insurance later. I changed Blanca's face, but I didn't think to take a picture of it. It was pretty ugly anyway! They always are. I'm not good at making patterns and stuff.
There was also the Nintendo Bulletin Board Message. I was super pleased to see that. It said: Our fingers have been so frozen this winter, we couldn't type a single word! Oh, and the dog ate our homework too! Sorry!
I found out that Mapel collects Lovely Furniture. I also like Lovely stuff, so I guess it's a competition. I'll probably give her some pieces just to keep her happy. I already gave her my Lovely Bed and I got some Imperial Tile in exchange.
Icy got the nickname CHAMP from Teddy. At least it's not Kiddo. ANYTHING is better than kiddo!!!!
K.K. was in town today as well. Kiwi chose to hear King K.K. and Icy picked out DJ K.K. My favorite song is still Forest Life.

Day 3
I got my first HRA letter. I only got 19,745 points. I didn't have enough room to fit all my snowman furniture in. Plus, they said my house is too small. That will be fixed soon though. biggrin
Gaston, a rabbit with a mustache and a pretty bad attitude moved in by Gwen. He says, "mon chou." I looked it up and that means, "yes, darling or sweetheart." For being a grumpy guy, that sure is a sweet saying.

Day 4
Today Bella the mouse moved in over in between Gwen and Gaston. She's kind of a weirdo. I didn't get much chance to play today because of school and work though. crying

Day 5
Moe, a forlorn looking cat moved in. He's got some prime real estate by the beach.
My first multi-fossil dinosaur was completed today. That lucky dino was the Plesiosarus! Here is what blathers had to say about that: This creature emerged toward the end of the era of the dinosaurs. To be accurate it was not a dinsaur but rather a type of long-neck reptile. The first plesiosaurus fossil was found 35 years ago by a high-schooler! (Then he goes on about how he wants to find a new fossil) I took a picture, hopefully I can get that loaded soon. I did-here it is:
I got some more paintings today, thanks to my boyfriend. He's been lucky and has gotten 4 real ones. Redd has only sold me 2 that have been real. I've gotten about 7 fake ones. stressed
There is a throne for sale at the NEW NOOK N GO!! It's the spotlight product. I plan on opening my gate when I get home from work so if someone wants it, they can buy it. I wish I had the bells, but I'm not even close!
This just in, Angus moved in from my bf's town. I HATE Angus. I introduced myself to him and he is calling me by my old HATED nickname of kiddo. I am not going to speak to him again and I hope he moves and doesn't tell ANYONE that my nickname is kiddo, because I HATE it. stressed February 22, 2006
Day 6
Sahara was in town today. It was the very first time I had seen her since December 5th when I got the game. I was happy! I gave her the turban and she gave me the red vase, so I was on my way to getting Tom Nook's picture.
My bf had the massage chair and it turns out that you can order it, so he ordered me one. Yay!!! Now, I'm on my way to getting the golden axe also!

Teddy was all packed up to leave today! I don't want anyone leaving until Angus is out of my town. I talked to him until I convinced him to stay. Yay!
Nook N Go is closing for expansion tomorrow!!

Day 8
Redd was in my town today. He sold me another fake painting. I think I've had about 10 fakes and 2 real ones now. It is sooooo annoying!!!
Poor Bob is sick, but Nook's is closed, so I can't get him meds. I am going to try to wifi to get him some.
Good news-Teddy didn't move.
Better news-my I hate Angus design is complete!!! (I'll try to get a picture)

Spring is here!! The snow is gone and the trees are green! It's a lot harder to find the fossils with all this color, but it's so pretty to look at.
Nookway is open for business today!
I forgot about K.K. though! Grrr!!

Day 10
Fishing Tourney today!!! Whoo hoo! I won with a 47.0 inch sea bass. I had a stringfish saved up, but I was glad I could sell it instead. I am so close to getting that 2nd floor. I think only 60,000 more bells.

Maple moved from town! crying Why couldn't it have been Angus?
I did the trade with Crazy Redd and got the safe, which I gave to Nook and he gave me his picture!! I'm still working on getting that golden axe!
The mammoth was completed today! Yay!! I'm still a long way off from being done, but I also got the 4 single fossiles in the back complete. They are: amber, dino track, Peking Man, and dino egg.

Freckles from Cookie moved into my town. I've had Freckles before so I was a little disappointed, but still...she is new to Dragon. Katie is also in my town. Her mom was in Jurai, my bf's town, I got a portrait for returning her. Nookington's will be here in 2 days!

Today is Icy's birthday. When I started up the game, Bob was standing outside. He told me that Teddy, Gwen, and him all pitched in and got me a birthday cake! It was awesome! I also found some blue pansies today!!March 2, 2006
Pascal was in town today!!! I raced home and got my scallop and he gave me the golden axe!!! Alright!!! Then, later, Pascal was BACK in my town and I got a ship cannon! Whoo hoo!!! I planted a ton of more trees! Also, almost everyone in my town is calling Kiwi, kiddo again! UGH!!! I HATE ANGUS I HATE ANGUS I HATE ANGUS!!!!!!!!! The Pachycephalosaur is complete today! Here is what Blathers had to say: This unique creature was one of the last dinosaurs to roam the earth, wot? Though it's known primarly for it's round head, it was basically all bone. There was hardly a brain to speak of inside! These brain-boggling dinos never cease to amaze me!
I also saw Gulliver flying around, but I was talking to a neighbor and was too late to catch him!

Katie's mom was in my town again. Thank goodness, again, the other half was in Jurai. My bf got the portrait this time. I really want that lovely phone! I only need that and the lovely end table to complete my lovely set. I think there was a lovely stereo in the Game Cube version...is there not one on here? Wow, I haven't been updating as recently. I've still been playing, but really nothing exciting has been happening. I did catch a barred knifejaw and I got a picture, but it was all blurry. I also completed another dino. Here is what Blathers had to say: The iguanodon holds the distinction of being the first dinosaur ever found! Until this beast was found, we were unaware that dinosaurs even existed, wot! One wonders if the first iguanodon tooth found was thought to be an iguanas!
Ummm...I bought a moon today. I gave it to my bf though, 'cause I'm nice like that. ANGUS FINALLY MOVED!!! Yay!! Margie moved in, and so did Rosie (in place of Gaston). They still all call me "kiddo" though.

Just a quick note before I go to work. I finished the T-Rex today, but I was in class, so I didn't write down what Blather's said about it. Something about it not being so terrifying and actually eating dead dinos. I also got a BLACK ROSE!!! Whoo hoo!! I've been waiting forever. I'm going to try and turn it gold and put it in my house.
Only 122,000 more to go until I get my first side room.
