History: From the time he was born, to the time he was searched, F'nell, or rather Feronell as he was before he impressed, was the son of a fisherman and his wife. They spent most of their time on the sea, away from their home in Engova Hold, and he and his brothers were trained in the craft, with their parent's intentions to send them to be properly apprenticed Seacrafters when they were old enough.

This worked well for Feronell's two older brothers, who went off to the crafthall without any issue, but when it came time for him, things didn't work quite as planned. He was searched, and, when asked, agreed to go to the weyr. He, like many others, had always dreamed of being chosen by one of the dragons, to be their partner, and he went happily.

He stayed at the weyr for two years before impressing to the brown hatchling, Krith, and the two went through weyrling training without any issues, graduating near the top of their class.

He sired a son a few years later, to a green rider whose flight he won, naming the boy Maranell, and then entrusting his care to the creche who would see that the boy was raised properly.

Besides that, his life has been fairly uneventful, and the pair has stayed happily as just another wingrider in the weyr. He isn't one to worry about what's going on, so the recent events don't really worry him. The people in charge will work everything out, and so there's really no reason for him to worry about it.

Description: F'nell is darkly tanned, his body lithe and muscular. He's fairly short, and stands only about 5'4. He has long, reaching the mid-back, black hair, that he typically wears pulled back in a runner's tail. His hazel eyes usually appear to be a brownish gold color, though they occasionally appear to shift colors.

As for clothing, he likes things that are brightly colored, the brighter the better. He always matches, and everything he wears are in good condition.
Personality: F'nell is forever an optimist, but not in the typical sense of the word. Rather than looking on the bright side of everything, he tends to simply ignore any possible negative consequences. While this really isn't the best way to deal with issues, he finds that it allows him to appreciate the little things in life, allowing F'nell to approach each day with an enthusiasm that is both forthright and genuine.

He isn't exactly the most outgoing person at the Weyr. He can be personable, when he needs to be, and he gets along with people rather well, when he has to, but for the most part he prefers to keep to himself. It's not that he doesn't like people, it's just, well, it seems to be just too much of a hassle to learn how to get comfortable around new people all the time. Especially with just how many people that tends to be. He has a few close friends, and he feels like that's all he needs.

He has no tolerance for drama, stupidity, or a delicate female role; having been raised in a family with many strong women. However, he does pick his battles, and pick them very, very carefully. He is a big fan of the idea that his silence could just mean you are not worth the argument. Besides, silence tends to have very interesting effects on people, they could give it up, or let their overactive imaginations go to town and become suddenly paranoid of the terrible things you’re going to do to them when they turn around.

He has a weakness towards gambling, and can often be found making wagers on just about everything that he can. "That clutch'll hatch 4 blues," or "Bet your lizard'll have 7 eggs, and one of em'll be bronze." He doesn't care about winning, just about the game, and he loses more often than not.

Age: 12
Colour: Brown
Description:Krith is one of the smaller browns, and doesn't have the lasting endurance that some of the others have. He is camel brown, with lighter stripes running up and down his body like tiger stripes. Body: #C19A6B; Stripes: #cda87d.
Personality: Like his rider, Krith doesn't care about winning or losing, the game is all that matters, and he enjoys the thrill of a challenge. Whether it is performing the best, or catching a dragon in flight, Krith will be there, eager to participate.

He is full of advice for his, especially when F'nell is making wagers. It is not uncommon for him to say, "What if you do this?" Or, along similar lines, "If you go about it in this manner, we're likely to get a better result!"

Towards everyone else, he is silent, rarely speaking to those who aren't his rider. He doesn't do well with emotions, and instead of expressing concern when a friend is hurt, or a situation needs caring, Krith will instead attempt to create a response that gives a person the most effective form of caring. This unfortunately means that honest emotion is near completely surpressed in the wake of playing the "game" and receiving the proper response from the individual.

This is not to say that Krith does not care for those around him. It instead means that His will be the only one that will truly know Krith's inner thoughts and emotions, and not the act that he has made to respond and receive responses to and from the world. Krith does have a hard time finding close friends because of this, and F'nell's ability to choose strong close ones is a great asset to them both.

For the future though please remember that the chances of a female rider carrying a pregnancy to term are very slim as she would go between and miscarry before she even knew she was pregnant. Certain circumstances could allow it (illness or injury to her or her dragon), but it should be kept rare. <3
