 Mina strolled through the forest as usual, waiting for the foxes to come out of hiding so she could pet them and give them all treats. She wondered if maybe she was spending a little too much time with the foxes instead of practicing magic, some of her spells were beginning to have hiccups in them. It came up everytime she thought about her dream of becoming a Reaper. If she could not figure out what was wrong or if she needed practice, she might not be able to do what she wanted. She hummed quietly as she listened for foxes, trying to distract herself from her worries once more.
As she reached a tree that had a little den under it, a small fox was digging around in the dirt near it. Mina watched quietly for a minute as she wondered what it was digging for. After a few minutes had passed, she walked up to the fox. "What are you digging at lil fella?" The fox looked up at her with a small mouse in its mouth, Mina laughed a bit as it dropped the mouse. "Naw it's oki lil guy you can finish eating."She sat under the tree and stretched out a bit to relax in the warm sunlight that came through the tree's leaves. She wondered if Salem might show up again or if he had drifted to another city or town like he had told her.
She hummed a melody quietly as she fiddled with the charm her father had gven her when she was younger, it was of a fox just like her shirt. Sometimes she wondered if she had an easier time getting along with foxes than with other people but she wasn't really sure why.

 It was one of those days that seemed somewhat odd. Mostly because a young witch decided to spend part of the day walking around in her human form instead of darting from tree to tree in her bird form. The day seemed too nice for Perenna to be avoiding people. "It's the forest!" she thought to herself. "What are the odds of running into someone anyways?"
Perenna danced from tree to tree, giving each one a soft touch on its bark. It seemed to her that she was giving the trees some reassurance that she wasn't going to hurt them in anyway and at the same time she was somewhat thanking them for the shade and pleasure they were providing. Of course, she couldn't really communicate with trees, but a nice gesture was a nice gesture!
As she continued to dance, she saw a little mouse run out of its hole to get some food. With that, it got noticed by a small fox that took it for its meal. "Oh dear," she said as she followed the fox. Perenna knew that she couldn't interfere, but she was curious none the less to where the home of the fox was. She didn't notice, however, that she was also approaching someone else that was near the foxhole...

Mina listened quietly as she heard a noise in the forest, it sounded like someone walking around in the shade of the trees. The little fox looked around as it perked its ears up to listen for the sound too. Mina giggled and quickly climbed up onto the tree branch as the footsteps got closer. She wanted to suprise anyone coming instead of being suprised by someone. Getting comfortable on the tree branch was no problem, the tree seemed to be perfect for sitting on. Mina smiled as someone came into the small area where the fox stood.
She watched quietly as the fox looked at the new person in the forest, she had fancy clothes on unlike most people in this area. She looked like she had come from the city or had been very good at designing clothing. Mina giggled a bit and jumped down, landing with a soft thud in a pile of leaves. The leaves poofed up into the air a bit as she smiled. "Well hi there!"She tilted her head to the side to look at the fox as it played in the falling leaves.
"The leaves aren't like mice lil guy, eating them might make you sick." The fox stopped nibbling on leave as she warned him, she giggled a bit and looked up at the beautifully dressed Witch. Mina stuck out her hand as an offer to shake hands for a moment. "Sorry if I startled ya, I was just having a lil fun with my friend here."
