⋆ History :: Lucy was born to two parents and had two sisters, but her father was killed in a freak accident at the power plant and her sister was killed in the Games three years ago. It had been hard to move on, but eventually she had managed only with the comfort and consolation of her eldest sister. For awhile it was tough, trying to live normally when two people so closed to her had died within months of each other; she had been excessively gloomy and withdrawn for a long time, and had thought about running away. But there was nowhere for her to go, so she had to tough it out. One day she was approached by a woman with a busted light that she just couldn't fix. Lucy had gone and fixed it, just like that, and word spread of her minor technological prowess. Before long she was being requested to repair all sorts of things, from broken TVs to busted pipes. And this was how she made her meager living, even though she gave all of the money to her mother for the family finances. She didn't mind, though. At least she had a roof over her head and food in her mouth. More than she could say for some kids....
