♠ HyTech is the official occupant of the building, with the first floor open to all pets and visitors: Hexes and C*cktails are generally aware of the Hytes' existence,
but Hytes do not necessarily know of the existence of Hexes and C*cktails. C*cktails also do not necessarily know of the existence of Hexes and vice versa,
though Hexes are more likely to know of C*cktails as Queen (who runs The Basement) does business with Maxwell (who runs HQ).
♠ C*cktails come from HQ, the official HyTech bar on the rooftop, which all Hytes know of, whether they know specifically of C*cktails or not
♠ Hexes come from The Basement, the secret nightclub of the mysterious realm under the building, which most Hytes probably do not know of
♠ ALL HYTES, HEXES, AND C*CKTAILS MAY ACCESS ANY OF THESE AREAS: just remember that Hytes and C*cktails will have to be told of, be led to,
or accidentally discover The Basement, while Hexes may not be recognised by others as D-T3CH pets, and may be mistaken for visitors instead.
♠ Adult Hytes are average human height, min-max approximately 150cm - 190cm; Hexes have a wider height range than Hytes, min-max approximately
130cm (assuming legs) - 210cm; Adult C*cktails average 60cm, with usual range of variances - about 1/3 of average person's height!

♠ The building has multiple stories, but only the first is open to the public. Past the lab, boarding, and storage floors, it is unknown what the rest hold
♠ Most of the building is finished in steel and glass - the walls and doors bear testament to this; most areas are carpeted to minimise potential injury
♠ While purchased Hytes are expected to return home with their owners, there are dedicated floors for boarding if necessary, permanent or seasonal
♠ As the Laboratory area contains sensitive and potentially dangerous material, and pre-sales protoform orbs, a heavy security system is in place
♠ The rooftop features an open-air pool and jacuzzi - as well as a dome-enclosed bar run by Maxwell, monikered HQ...origin of the C*cktails
♠ Purchased C*cktails are expected to return home with their owners, but Maxwell maintains quarters in the boarding floors for boarding if necessary
♠ The manhole in Electric Mains leads down to a dark, secret subterranean realm: its size is unknown, but it is fronted by a nightclub - The Basement
♠ Queen runs The Basement, and acts as the main link between the Hexes and the D-T3CH staff, who speak little, if at all, of the world underground
♠ Hexes are expected to return home with their owners, but there are boarding and perhaps housing structures in the realm for those independent
♠ There is an elevator in The Basement that goes all the way to the rooftop, and has a concealed entrance/exit through the garden on the first floor
