XXXXXRosco is a very intelligent man, he has been known for his tricky mind and love for the game of chess. He is quiet and observant and so sometimes isn't very good with group conservations but if it's something that needs to be addressed he will be perfectly fine. Rosco's love for complicated mind games makes him a bit hard to understand sometimes though this is his known weapon. His mind is as sharp as the sword.

XXXXXRosco Orion was born into a very rich and important family in the Capitol. His mother and father were friends with all the right people and so it got him very tight with many of the Capitols future leaders. Not knowing that one day he would become one of them. Rosco became very close with a young girl who was the granddaughter of the late President Snow. They were inseparable in school and many believed they would get married one day, and they were all right too. Once graduating the Capitol's top academies Rosco went on to being one of Panem's top Gamemakers for 17 years. Those years were considered some of the best Games the Capitol has ever seen. They were Rosco's crowning achievement and they paved the way for him being first called to take over the position as President the moment President Snow passed. Now President Orion lives a very happy life in the President's Mansion along with his wife and two teenage daughters.
