Roll a Seven: Forest Field: Thick trees, some small while others greatly exceed double your own height, sprout at random places throughout the field. Giant roots provide easy excuses for pokemon to trip if they do not watch where they are going. Spacing between the trunks vary, making passage difficult for those on the ground and in the air. This field gives a 25 HP attack boost to BUG and GRASS type attacks.This field also reduces damage from FLYING type attacks by 25 HP.

 Upon walking into the stadium he mused to himself "Well this looks like it will be quite the challenging field to work on." Zue was firmly in his pokeball, though in a normal circumstance the bat would have attached itself to Zakiax's head. He continued to look about the stadium until Cara arrived.

 Cara walked into the stadium, eyeing it up and down. Upon spotting the field type, she wasn't all that happy. A forest field would not help out Calypso one bit, but she was still wondering what this interesting tentacool could do. Spotting Zak she nodded in greeting, heading for the trainer platform. "Hey Zak!" She waved. "You ready to see what our 'mansion' companions can do?"

Cara rose up on the trainer platform and pulled out her pokeball containing Calypso. "Let's see what you can do, Calypso." She said, looking at the pokeball in her hand. Cara looked up and across the field to Zaki with a determined expression on her face. "Lets go! Calypso you're up!" Calypso then shot out of her pokeball in a stream of red energy. The form of a shiny tentacool appeared on the field, sitting on a rock.
"Tenta, tentacool!" Calypso said, waving her tentacles around a bit, ready to battle.

"Yes lets," Zak took his place on the opposite trainer platform and before he could release his Zubat it came out of its pokeball itself attaching himself to Zak's head. Zak let out a small sigh. "Zue we are not resting. You remember Cara and Calypso we are going to battle them. Now after the battle I'll let you rest upon my head until then get out there you silly bat." Zue gave a small screech in reply and pushed off his trainer's head flapping in the air zig-zagging in and out of the trees of the terrain.

Cara couldn't help but smile and laugh softly at Zue's antics. "I see Zue still has an affinity for your head." She sighed and looked at her pokemon. "Now then, let's get this started, Calypso! Use Scald!"
Calypso nodded and shot out a jet of super heated water right at the zubat. "Tentacooool!"

"That he does," Zak agreed giving a small laugh at it, "I don't think he'll ever get over liking my head," As soon as the battle started Zak became serious. "Dodge it Zue and counter with a Confuse Ray!" Zue ducked behind a tree trunk dodging the attack made by a tentacool and then swooped around countering with Confuse Ray. Cara was slightly worried, she didn't know how Calypso would dodge, seeing as how there were no sources of water for her to hide in or swim around in. "Try to dodge it Calypso!!"
"Cool!" Calypso said and hopped between rocks as best she could, managing to dodge the attack.
"That was close," Cara muttered. "Use Ice Beam and try to freeze Zue solid!!" She shouted.
Calypso nodded and shot the frigid beam towards her flying foe.

"Dodge again Zue and try another confuse Ray," He shouted from the trainer's box. Zue zipped behind yet another tree dodging the Ice beam. He flew out from behind the tree and aimed the ray at his foe. It seemed the trees were coming in handy, more so then Zak feared they would. "Ah crap...Calypso try to..!!" But it was to late, the tentacool was confused, "..dodge..." Cara gave an exasperated look. "That's what happens when you stick a water pokemon OUT of water. Ah well..." Cara looked at her poor confused pokemon. "Lets try it again, try Ice Beam again Calypso!!"

Cara narrowed her eyes at the zubat, determined not to let this battle get away from her and Calypso. She thought about what to do. She wasn't sure how long the Confuse Ray's effects were going to last on the tentacool but she had to keep trying. "Calypso! Dodge and use Venoshock!" Calypso appeared to listen but Cara wasn't sure. "You can do it! Snap out of it!"
