Intelligence: 1% Mira struggled against her collar as Katori held her at the edge of the ring, this was her first fight for a while and she was eager to show everyone how good she was, especially Katori. As soon as she was released she sped towards the other Mokai with vicious intent, teeth bared and hackles well and truly up. Normally she would circle a little, judging the other but she was reckless in her eagerness and rushed in, a flurry of fur, fluff and teeth.

Intelligence: 1% Colton gave his young owner a loving lick as the boy reached for his collar to unclip the chain there. The fight was about to start and Colton looked across the ring at his opponent. This time it was a girl, and she looked a lot closer to his age than the last male he had fought. The memory of the horned male made him flick his tail. he would have to do better this time, though his shoulder still ached a little from the blow e had received, he had managed to escape any serious injury and felt on top form tonight. Suddenly the leash and his master's hands slipped away and he jumped forwards, racing to meet the other fighter, yet his run wasn't as reckless and at the last second, he sprang to one side, paw swiping out.

Intelligence: 1% All Mira's reckless charge brought her was a missed attack and a slight waft of air as the other's counter attack only barely missed her. She spun around quickly, shaking her head to get the fluff out of her eyes, she laughed, so, he was eager too was he? .. well, she'd soon teach him. She approached, slower this time, watching for the reactions of the male as she lunged again, aiming for his shoulder or at the worst, his rubs or rump.

Intelligence: 1% The feel of fur caught in his claws made him grin. His training was starting to pay off and he was certainly getting a lot closer than he had against that older fighter. Springing away he turned to face the other mokai, pacing sideways around the ring as he narrowed his blue eyes in concentration. There. Spotting an opening he dashed forwards, keeping his body angled away from her claws as his own foreleg lashed out to rake along her shoulder. His ears lay pressed flat against his skull as he twisted, seeking to get a grip on her neck with his teeth.

Intelligence: 1% Mira swore loudly, she'd heard Katori curse enough, as she missed again. She couldn't believe how lucky this male was, not once did she blame her own lack of skill for her inability to strike a hit on the male. She felt claws rake her shoulder lightly as she pulled and and stared at the male for a second until he lunged at her neck. Her heart beat faster as adrenaline surged through her body. Her own eye searching for an opening, anything she could attack on him, he's scored a hit on her even if it was light and she was determined to at least pay him back in kind.

Intelligence: 1% Colton felt fur between his teeth and bit down. He didn't have enough of a grip to really hurt her, but it trapped her against him where his claws could get a decent grip on her body, doing more than just ruffle her fur as they had before and now actually reaching flesh. This was the first time he had gotten so close in battle and for a moment he didn't know what to do, but then instinct kicked in and he planted his back feet firmly, upper body suddenly twisting as he used his bulkier weight to try and toss her off her paws and onto the floor.

Intelligence: 1% Mira yelped as he grabbed her, the fact he had his teeth in her ruff annoyed her beyond belief but the fact he raked her hard with his claws screamed indignation to the pretty female. She bucked and twisted in his grip, using his twisting move to aid her momentum as she writhed on the floor when he threw her to the ground, it hurt but if she twisted and pulled enough he might be forced to let go of her, as she tried to twist she brought her back legs up, aiming for delicate parts in an effort to distract him and forge him to let go of her.

Intelligence: 1% A muffled growl escaped from where he had a roll of her fur between his jaws, not anger, but the sheer effort of trying to hold a full grown mokai by her throat as she fought to get free. The sudden shift of her weight as she flung herself backwards loosened his grip on her, Colton struggling to keep her pinned even as he tried desperately to stay on his own paws. Suddenly he realised where she was aiming with her claws and with a startled yelp, he released her and threw himself backwards, eyes a little wide as he went. No way was he sticking close when she was going to play dirty, he needed those bits! Jumping backwards to put enough distance between them he started to circle again though almost before she could bin, he swapped direction and came a her again, aiming to prevent her from getting up.

Intelligence: 1% x 10 = 10 Yes! It worked, he backed off to protect his most vulnerable parts. Mira wasn't about to fight cleanly if she could fight dirty. This was what made her fights interesting when against a male, some males didn't care, some protected themselves to the point they almost 'let' her win to save themselves from personal injury. She was getting up as he circled her, surprised by his sudden change in direction she sprang to meet him as he lunged, fang seeking fang, claw seeking underbelly but her ribs and shoulder were sore from where he'd clawed at her and if he landed another attack, she decided she would give in and let him win. She was headstrong but she wasn't stupid, if she got badly hurt then she would be out of the ring for a while.

Intelligence: 1% x 7 = 7 Colton gave up on plans and strategy and aiming his blows. Lowering his head he simply charged at her, ears pressed deep into his fur as he barreled into her, sending them both flying. Unable to risk her trying for his nether regions a second time he was determined to end the fight while he was still wholly male. The pair of them went flying across the ring like skittles, Colton ending up sliding into the padding o the far side with a light 'whump'. Scrambling to his paws he looked over to see if she was going to concede or continue the fight, though he hoped it was the latter, his shoulder had started to throb again.

Mira got to her feet, breathing hard. It was clear that as she'd leapt, when he charged head down, he'd slammed into her stomach, winding her badly. While she wasn't hurt, she was unable to keep fighting and Katori came in and grabbed her before she could attempt to lunge again
"Sorry girl, next time" he said, petting her and letting her catch her breath before looking to the owner of the other Mokai "Good match there, he's smart" he praised of Colton before taking Mira away to be looked over, there were ridges in her fur where the brown Mokai had clawed her and he wanted to check she wasn't bleeding.

Colton blinked at her as she was suddenly grabbed by whom he assumed was her owner. Relief allowed him to relax his body and then turn at the sound of very familiar footsteps as his own owner came into the ring. With a happy bark he raced into the young lad's open arms and licked his cheek, tail wagging.
Dominic laughed as he gathered his young mokai into his arms and kissed his furry head. "Good boy! You did so well." petting the squirming ball of fluff he stood and smiled to the other owner. "Thank you. He's learning still. Your girl is pretty sharp herself." Nodding a farewell as the other male left he turned his attention back to Colton, hugging the mokai again before he squirmed his way through the crowd and away from the fighting area with Colton at his heals, wanting to check Colton for injuries before they went to celebrate.
