Cheerful whistling disturbed the tranquil air as a robed figure walked down the lane. Pedestrians parted for him, or rather cleared the path to avoid hitting his intimidating weapon, warily giving the braided male wide eyed looks. Just what did he need a weapon of that size for? Duo stepped lively almost dancing in time with the beat of his creation, his braid swaying behind him and almost hitting those who hadn't given him a wide enough berth.

Duo loved being in towns like this one, so much chaos to cause and always a party to be had, somewhere. If there wasn't, well, he'd just make one up on the fly. There was always a little troublemaker in everyone, even the most stiff do-gooder. He plopt down on the nearest bench and arranged his weapon so that the blade curved harmlessly under the sturdy stone. The thick leather encasing it would protect it from harm, and even if it didn't, there were runes inscribed on it that would do the trick.

The indigo eyed man started humming a rather morbid tune as he watched the world go by without him.

Well well if she wasn't the prettiest thing to have ever bumped into him. If it wasn't for the fact that she'd apologized and stuck around Duo would have thought someone had tried to pick pocket him. As it was he turned a mildly flirty smile towards her. "No harm done sweetheart, just be careful where you're going, not many men would pass at a chance to get a little rough with a cute woman like you." He replied, indigo eyes twinkling as he took her in. From the strange patterns that decorated her skin to the acidic Pegasus wings to the curving horns. She made his mouth water. No girl who looked like that could ever be as innocent and harmless as she was trying to be. But he held his tongue on that matter, he wanted to see just how far she was going to take things before her true intent showed itself.

"Never let it be said that Duo Maxwell let a pretty lady go all by her lonesome into the lions den!" Duo replied with a laugh as he stood. A quick flick of his wrist had his scythe attached to its harness along his back and mostly out of the way. Shall we My Lady?" He asked, offering Akuma his arm as he turned the charm up a bit more. He had a feeling that he knew what she was after, in a manner of speaking. But this was one of the first times he'd been picked up and hit on by just sitting down on a public bench and enjoying the day.

"I'm afraid you'll have to lead My Lady. I haven't exactly gone bar hopping since I came here." Duo replied, 'Where ever here was' he added on silently. He noticed that she'd lost some of her 'innocence' during their conversation as her true intentions made itself known. He also noticed her eying him and his weapon and he couldn't figure out if it was because weapons and the men who weilded them turned her on, or if she wanted his services for something else. But Duo wasn't one to back down from a challenge and boy, what a challenge she was turning out to be.

The thrill of playing with danger was a turn on of itself and Duo was ready to feel that thrill, wherever it may take him.

He eyed the bar and inn that they were headed towards wondering just how potent the beer was to warrant a place the stay afterwards. Or perhaps what else they were selling. "Wandering mostly, just moving where my hooves take me." He replied, watching as the people moved out of their way. Oh ho, looks like imp on his arm had quite the reputation if this was anything to go by. He didn't really feel the need to be wary just yet, but he'd still watch himself. "I'll take a Bloody Mary for a starter," He said, sitting down at indicated spot at the table. "But I don't really have a poison of choice. How about you, what'll you have?"

"Hard eh?" Duo said innocently placing one hand on the seat between them and leaned on it, putting him closer to her. "What other things do you like hmm? A good hard fight? A nice tussle between two interested parties, something to really get your blood pumping? Some vigorous activity that'll make you scream?" He leered at her as he spoke, before casually leaning back and waving over a waitress.

The nervous looking filly who answered took his order and all but fled once he was finished speaking. "Hope you don't mind too much that I ordered food to go with it. I never drink on an empty stomach you know." He said, patting his stomach, "It wont be enough to fill us, so we'll still get good and drunk if that's what you're aiming for."

"What's there to tell? I've survived things that would have killed most Stallions. I've seen my share of bloodshed and watched as life kicked into gear and turned it all into nothing more than a bad nightmare." He said, gesturing with his hands as he spoke. He was deliberately not answering her first question, knowing now that she really did want a roll in the hay, so to speak. He suppressed a shiver at the feel of her hand sliding down his chest and resisted the urge to tease her in return.

After all, he was the one wearing clothing while she, like most of their kind, went around naked. "And you? Tell me about yourself, what are your dreams and ambitions, children, wealth, world domination?" He said the last part jokingly, knowing that everyone dreamt of it at least once in their lifetime.
