Pulling out her eyePhone for the umpteenth time, Gene absentmindedly tucked a stray strand of hair behind her ear while checking Groanspring again. She glanced up from the screen, looking to see if the futakuchi-onna was anywhere in the surrounding area. She couldn't help but be anxious and excited about this meeting. She had just been enrolled, and she was already meeting up with the Student Council VP!
She sighed contently, tucking her phone back into her skirt. She had plans here, she did. She would fill this empty feeling with so many friends, and eventually make a community - a family - of students that she fit perfectly in with. It would be so perfect.
Gideon popped out of her purse, giving the Doppelganger a curious look. With a giggle, she scratched his head, giving him kissy faces. "We'll be home soon, baby."

Junko was running. She wasn't late, she hadn't forgotten, but she didn't want to keep the new ghoul waiting when she wanted so badly to find her dorm. She stumbled and tripped a few times in her rush until she made it to the office, slowing to a nice, casual pace so she didn't look to be in such a blatant rush to help someone out. Ohhh but she was so excited to be doing something that wasn't moping. She felt so much better right now. She was on top of the world! She had the best boilfriend ever, she refused to believe otherwise, she had survived a deadly trip, she and the rest of the student council had aided in raising the spirits of the student body, and she just...felt awesome!
There was a lone ghoul standing near the building and she grinned, raising an arm to get her attention as she waved. Junko's face still had a couple patches of gauze stuck to her face to protect her burns while they finished healing, though her hands were mostly free of bandaging now. She was getting better. "Hiiii! Um..Gene?" That looked like the ghoul from her groanspring profile picture! And how many students were just hanging around doing nothing by the dorm registration office? The answer should hopefully be none, since it really didn't hold anything interesting for anyone.
"I'm Junko! It's nice to meet you. I hope I didn't keep you waiting long?" Junko introduced herself cheerfully as she walked up to the other ghoul, offering her a small bow in greeting before standing straight again and clasping her hands together under her chin. "Ah..excuse my appearance. Had a bit of an incident recently. Haha!" She meant the bandages, of course.

Gideon was the first to notice the steady beating of feet on stone. He gave a small whine to get Gene's attention, then pointed towards the Monster running towards them, before hopping out of the purse and standing in front of his charge, prepared to defend Gene with his little Nanar Squirrel body, if need be. It was pretty cute, to be honest.
Gene had taken a look at her eyePhone once more, responding to a few people on Groanspring. She already had a few dates, yay! Looking up when Gideon whined, she too saw the Monster, and got extremely giddy. OMG, she was here! Without hesitation, Gene floated above Gideon, and flew straight into Junko with a hug. Was she a complete stranger? Yes. Was this awkward? Probably. Did Gene really care? Nope.
"Hi! I'm so glad to meet you!" She released the long haired ghoul from the hug, and beamed at her. She was soooo pretty! Ah, what was that about an incident? Had she missed something big? Hmm... "Oh, you look fine. What happened, though?" Should she have tacked on 'if you don't mind my asking?' Probably, yes. But, Gene was a curious - and slightly pushy- ghoul.
