The wind blows against Gabrielle's face ruffling her main and tail. A sence of peace washes through her that she had not felt in sometime. She had begun to feel some kind of pull yet could not leave her herd to go on the long journey to find where the tug led her. Therefor she was tense feeling as if she was being pulled into two beings. One that needed to stay with her family for alittle longer and the other half being pulled far away from the herd. She knew that it was only a matter of time before she would have no choice but go. She also knew once she did that everything would change.
Suddenly Gabrielle wakes up breathing alittle hard. She looks around realizing it was only a dream. A dream where she was a Mare, grown and flying. For some reason she felt scared, excieted, and also irrated. So irrated she wanted to stamp her front hoof on the ground to show her emotions. Azrien do not have wings nor can they fly. What kind of crule joke is this? Also what did that strong intense pull I felt in the dream mean? Was it real?Gabrielle asks herself.
She looked around noticing she was alone. Where did Ion, Opal and Illian go? Her heart sped up fearing they had left her, leaving her alone in the world again. A wave of lonleyness fills her up making her want to cry. She never lets herself cry though. She gets up needing to find the answers to her dream. She knew who to ask. Her Uncles would know. She traveled to her Uncles grazing spot and calls out to them.

Hellfyre was grazing nearby when he heard Gabrielle call. She sounded as though she was in distress so he rushed to her side. he may be a prat most days but if one of the herd was in danger he would be there. He raced over to the foal, white legs flashing as he galloped.
"Gabrielle, Gabrielle, are you all right?" The stallion snorted.
His sides heaved and his eyes rolled white. Who dared to threaten the foal? WHO? He would smush them into the ground and flatten their hide into a rug and... wait. There was noone else there.
"Uh whats going on?" He asked, puzzled. Tide was off galivanting with his mate and Opal and Ion were on a walk with Hellfyre's children because it was their turn to babysit.
Hellfyre could tell that the purple foal was under stress but he couldn't imagine why. Opal had not left that long ago and she was not all THAT lovable that the foal would desperately miss her that fast. Could she?

Gabrielle's mind is like your standing in the middle of a thunderstorm on a dark moonless night. Once she herd her uncle's voice she felt a small wave of relief wash through her. Once she saw him her eyes widens in shock. He looked like he just galloped here, breathing hard, his eyes seemed dilated as if someone caused distress to him. Her cheeks turned a faint pink once she relized she was the one for distressing him.
"Hellfyre I am sorry to cause you distress. No one is harming me, at least I don't think so." Gabrielle says softly to sooth. She had never seen this kind of reaction before. She felt very protected at that moment. "I need to ask you some questions if that is ok. You see Ion, Opal and even Illian are no where I could see. I knew you and Prism would be here." She gives a soft smile but her eyes held a sadness that she could not quite hide. "I had this dream and such intense emotions. One minute I am flying, yes flying! I am this Mare with wings and..." She tells him the whole dream her words have long since drain of the excitement and held sadness knowing somehow that this was gong to come true.
"Hellfyre, what is that Pull I felt in the dream? What kept me from leaving the herd for a few days? I dont really understand any of this. Something in this herd made me want to stay here and ignore the Pull." She moved her front hoofs with her restlessness. Her eyes pleading for understanding and answers. "What is happening to me?" "Its probably the pull of your chosen, young one. The reason you don't want to leave is because you feel safe and you have a family here. But finding your chosen is something that must be done. Hopefully your chosen will find you before to long. But if they don't you may have to go look for them." Hellfyre took a deep breath and ruffled Gabrielle's hair. "Don't worry about it too much yet. You are still very young. Your chosen may be close."

Gabrielle's eyes widens with surprise at Hellfyre's words. A chosen's pull could make you feel like that? What would happen once she did find that person? Would she be forced away from her family, her herd? No one ever told her what to expect though maybe it was rare for an Azrien to feel this. She is not sure either way. Just that she did not want to leave.
Gabrielle was overcome with emotion,s and really wanted to bury her head on his shoulder but would not allow more worry to him. Bad enough for the worry she already caused him. "Would you happen to know of a place where there is a stream? I think I am thirsty." She says trying to hide her emotions. What she really wanted was a soothing place to cry where no one would be the wiser. Things would change soon, rather already beginning and she had no control over it. For some reason she felt she needed to show a strenght even if she knew she would soon be a mare and have to leave. Tagg <3

"Of course young one, there is one over here." Hellfyre said and guided the young foal over to the small stream that connected to the lake. "Is this what you wanted?" he asked. Hellfyre saw Tide return to the tree. What a slacker. Hellfyre wondered how his foals would get along with Gabrielle. She was very sweet.
"The water here is the sweetest I have found." Hellfyre left Gabrielle to her thoughts as he sensed that was what she wanted.

 Gabrielle walks slowly over to Hellfyre and Tide's place after being gone for awhile. Well if you call six months gone awhile. She had left her home in search of her chosen after becoming a mare knowing that the pull would be too strong to deny. While she'd been gone her thoughts aften came back to that day she came here asking questions to Hellfyre wishing she could let herself cry on his shoulder. She wondered what he thought of that day.
Taking a deep breath and letting it out slowly she began walking the rest of the way. She still felt like she was two different beings in one body. One demanding to find her Chosen while the other demanding her to be here with Hellfyre and Tide though she did not understand either of these things.
"Hello.. Hellfyre? Tide? Are you two back here?" Gabrielle says hoping she would find them there. Maybe if she just saw that they are ok then she could go back to looking for her Chosen with a calmer mind. Tagg <3

Hellfyre woke up slowly to a voice that was vaguely familiar and yet not. Confused he shook his head, pondered for a moment and stood. Getting his bearings he looked around. Whoever was calling was not back here. He stepped around the tree and into the waning sunlight. Shadows broke the ground into grass shaped stripes and a red sunlight swept the sky with red and orange in a pleasing kaleidescope of color and drama. Hellfyre looked around and saw that a purple mare had her head tucked behind the other side of the tree. Soltos, was she beautiful. Hellfyre stood for a moment, regained his senses and asked, "Can I help you?"

Gabrielle hears a sleepy and slightly confused voice belonging to none other than Hellfyre himself. She smiles warmly taking at hearing his voice again. She watches him walk towards her catching the stripes of fading red and orange sunlight against Hellfyre causing her to hold her breath in amazement. He looked so sexy, how did this happen? She shakes her head to clear her mind for a moment only to have her main get into her eyes. She puffs out an exasperated breath at her defiant hair.
"Hello Hellfyre, I came to visit you and Tide. I needed to see you two..." She says ernestly. "...its me Gabrielle..." She says with a small twinge of amusement. "I have only been gone 6 months you know though it has felt like a life time ago since I left." Her eyes sparkle with humor.

"Gabrielle?" Hell's red eyes widened. "No it couldn't be you were so small and... wingless.." He shook his head and looked again. Wait there was the necklace that Gabrielle always wore. It was Gabrielle! "When did you become so se... I mean tall?" Well that was a blunder. She was so beautiful. He couldn't fathom this. "Tide is not here. I believe he is with Kainda at his pond. He told me that no one was allowed to disturb him... not even Ion. So it probably wouldn't be a good idea for you to visit him at the moment. Tide is babysitting everyone with Opal and Prism is galavanting somewhere." he nodded.
Hellfyre stepped a little closer to the mare so he could catch her scent and make sure that is was her. The wind carried her sweet flowery scent away from him so he had to step fairly close. It looked like Gabrielle. And if it looked like her, sounded like her and smelt like her, it must BE her.

Gabrielle's tail flicks a moment as she heard Hellfyre's statement. She huffs at her hair, trying once again to get it out of her eyes. Wingless, maybe as a foal but once she grew to a Mare, seemingly over night she had wings. Boy did that take awhile to learn how to manage. Walking became difficult as a newborn calf, then trying to learn how to actully use her wings. Yes she learned how to fly but it took months and still she is learning about the wing currents.
She lissens to Hellfyre recount where everyone is and smiles with warmth. She wondered who Kainda is though. Suddenly Hellfyre moves closer startling her. She lifts a forleg up as if going to take a step backwards but frozen at the sametime. Her heart pounded in her ears. She noticed his smell of him making her want to burry her head on his shoulder. "What...." She inhales deeply catching more of his scent reminding her of home, safety. "Yes well how are you doing?" She nervously says to try and distract herself more than him.

"I am well, a little bored but well." Hellfyre said. He backed off from the mare once he had confirmed who it was. The safety of the herd was important to Hellfyre. He was happy that Gabby was back. He had missed the little purple foal who had been so confused. " How did the chosen searching go?"
He thought if she had found hers that she would have brought him or her to the herd to meet her adoptive parents and family.

Gabrielle's ears flickered as he moved away. "Is not Prism with you Hellfyre? Normally you can't find one without the other." She says with a humorous smile. "Well unless they happen to be me. Is it just chance or timing that I can catch you alone?" Her tail swishes a couple times as she talks. She looks around to find where Prism is. Probably sunning or some-such.
Once Hellfyre brings up her search for her chosen she lets out a huff and accidentally blew her bangs into her eyes. She stamps a hoof in frustration. She tossed her head to clear her sight. "Sadly, not so good. I know the pull is coming from somewhere close to the palace. That is all I know at this time. I just... I could not stay away for so long." She lowers her head. "You must think me a small filly who is unable to do anything right." She says the last sentence softly, and with a wealth of pain that she'd tried to hide.

"I am glad you came back. Prism is around here somewhere, probably spying on Opal and snickering." Hell crossed his eyes. "He is special that way."
He flicked his head and his spikey mane flopped about. "Ahh the night air, does me good." He grinned. "Do you like the night Gabby? You kinda look like a pretty ghost, come to take me away." She did almost glow in the night. It was lucky they were not anywhere near the sixes land or she would be very very hard to hide.

Gabrielle smiles with humur at Prism constent nettleing of her Mother. Her tail flicks gently as to second her amusment. "Oh yes Prism is special alright, I just wished he thought more about how this would affect YOU. I have seen Opal and even Ion come to you in attempt to stop annoying her. Is there a story behind Prism and Opal?"
Gabrielle's eyes watches how Hellfyre's mane moved with his head flicker. For a moment the fading sun shined on his hair that moved like a tide causing her to uncontiously stamp her hoof. She nods at his statement while wondering what her reactions towards him meant. "Yes Hellfyre I do like the night though I dont honestly think I look like a ghost."
