The redhead admired yet another fairly casual reddish orange and gold shirt. There was some wistful lust in his gaze, but it was settled back on the rack of similar shirts. No, no. He didn't need anymore shirts. Or pants. Or clothes in general. Requiem would probably give him that (adorable) look if he came home with even more clothes. It was bad enough he was out shopping to begin with! But Lycander would never deny he didn't like to go out shopping. Or browsing. Okay he just liked to look. A lot. And wasn't that striking jade green lovely?
Alright so he'd started out with an initial plan and something specific he was out to get. This had evolved into a little window browsing along the way. That had evolved yet again into entering shops and browsing around inside. Now, he was once again pawing through clothes that caught his eye. Several things that would look just dashing on Requiem were still being considered. Lycander had at least put them back instead of carrying them around. Which meant he might not walk away with a bag of clothes. If he held on to them, he was buying them. But that charcoal shade would looke fabulous on him...
Speaking of his boyfriend, he was the reason the redhead was out here to begin with. Lycander had wanted to surprise him with a special little gift. It was probably stupid, really. The redhead had first seen it in a little hobby shop while - go figure - window shopping. It had been a necklace. Fairly simple and not extravagent. But the little charm of music notes had seemed very finely made and showed that a lot of care was put into the little details. It was also gold. A bonus in his book! And perfect for Requiem. So he'd made note of where to find the necklace and planned on coming back out here to get it. Which was how he wound up off track and in the wrong store looking at clothes.
"Oooh, this shade is lovely!" He murmured, admiring a dark crimson dress shirt. Really, he should not allowed to go shopping by himself. He always got distracted by everything else.

Lycander wasn't the only witch distracted by the beauty that littered the thriving town. For one, the weather was gorgeous for fall. The wind was cool, not cold, and the sun was shining, but also veiled from time to time by passing clouds. The streets were alive with bodies going about shop to shop, or simply passing by. Day's like these were Paviella's favorite. The girl was walking with great poise and confidence, a natural grace, and slight sway of her hips, with each step placed. chocolatey eyes were alert and giving each passing stall or store a sparing glance. There was plenty to see, and too many places to visit! So a quick scan would be the best way to alert the young witch to which places might be more promising; aside from her usual stops. But she had all the time in the world today! She didn't have work! And getting out of her apartment sounded like a good idea! Enjoy the day, do a little shopping, maybe meet someone or two... the possibilities were endless! Giggling to herself, gaining a little pep in her step, Pavi let her eyes continue their roam ceaselessly.
She didn't give much attention to the stares, or eyeing she got by a few scattered men that were passed by. She was used to it, after all, and couldn't say she didn't like it. It was nice to know that she was something worth looking at. Unfortunately, not many of them were. But not to worry. Though she was a flirtatious little lass, she was also a classy woman as well. It wouldn't be appropriate to give any man who looked her way too much attention. It'd only cause for the possibility of unwanted advances. And so she just smiled on, ignoring their wandering eyes, and kept on her way.
It wasn't long before she found a place that caught her eye. It was a cozy little shop, and one that was notorious for having rather high end goods. Clothing, accessories, jewelry, the works! Certainly something a girl like Paviella would be interested in. Strutting her way over to the inviting building, humming a light, cheery tune, her attention was captured suddenly at the sight of a vibrantly red-headed boy... wearing... a very appealing ensemble. It was cause for pause and a stare at the outfit, Pavi mentally approving which translated to her brightening features. He really knew how to work a look! Smile curling more than it already was, Pavi did not hesitate on approaching him, "Excuse me, sir~" she chimed out sweetly, appearing at his side, "I just have to say.. you really know how to put an outfit together!" her hand casually lifted to graze against the orange wrap gingerly, "What sort of material is this. It's absolutely gorgeous~"

He hummed and tapped his chin some more while sifting through even more shirts and the occasional pants. Maybe he should find something in here for Requiem too? Or...oh look at that! And the fabric was so light and smooth! Lycander rubbed the fabric of the current dark shirt he was admiring between his fingers. It reminded him very much of the orange sash he so loved. And rarely was seen without on most days. Really, the sash went with just about everything. And when orange wasn't the right color, he had a dark maroon one as well as a black hanging in his closet.
"This would look fantastic on him." The redhead murmured to himself. Wasn't there something else he was supposed to be getting for Requiem....? Right! The necklace-
Emerald eyes blinked at the girl that appeared by his side. Her hair was striking and Lycander regarded it with appreciation. The colors were lovely! He smiled cheerfully at her, releasing the shirt he'd been looking at to give the dear his attention. A pleasant laugh bubbled up out of him at her words.
"Why thank you very much! I do find myself having a love for nicely put together outfits. Could consider it hobby of mine. Or something to pass the time. And colors! I do so love finding colors that mesh well together." He paused to chuckle as she admired his sash. It seemed to draw a lot of attention that he couldn't blame people for. The material was just so soft and beautiful! "That, my dear, is some new silk like material I happened upon in a small shop down in Moonfall. Don't quite know what exactly it is, but soft as fine fur and almost smooth as silk. I've grown rather fond of the material."
He gave the girl another warm look before suddenly remembering what was considered polite protocol. "Oh! Forgive me. I am Lycander, dear. What might I call you?"
