It had been awhile since Amphi had taken to wandering the halls of Amityville. After the lesson with Mac, where she learned that she had a very odd social disorder or something with the boy, and with the Library fiasco (which ended up with her fair share of Porno's in her face, something a young lady should never see), Amphi had decided to take a chance and learn what it was that all these people talked about and we're so comfortable with.

It didn't escape her that Landwalkers had a different way with intimacy then the Sea folks, as she looked around. So many students we're so at ease with the touches and the easy glances at each other. She didn't want to seem like she was a deep sea idiot and so, in her search for someone to teach her, (much like Mac had with writing skills), her hands held the calling card for one of the more elusive School clubs.

It was of course, after school hours when she went on her search for the room that the card called for. She had asked a couple students who pointed her and gave her a general description of the person listed on the card.

'Askaja', a Y2 Lightning dragon was the most she got from anyone. Pausing as she started count the doors, she found the one she wanted before taking a deep breath. "Okay Amphi, Don't be a idiot and don't blush so much. Your just asking something simple." She breathed again to calm herself before pushing the door open.

"Hello? Is there a Lightning Dragon by the name of Askaja in here?" She flushed as she looked around, sincerely hoping she had the right place.

She jumped as someone answered and mentally begrudged herself. She had come here to talk to the boy hadn't she?

When she stepped into the room to get a clearer look at the boy...Man. She openly stared at him. he was much taller then herself, with bright olive green/yellow wings. He sported a tough, formidable appearance and yet still charming at the same time.

She shook her head from her obvious staring and flushed. "Sorry, Sorry." Trying to straighten herself, she looked down at her sandals instead of him and tried to think of just how to...ask the question she needed too.

"Your what the landwalkers call a host right?" she shuffled before mentally sighing over herself, "I need a host to help me with something." She looked up at him through hooded bang's, bright blue eye's just a tad bit hopeful.

She wasn't sure if he was looking at her since she was currently trying to find something other then looking at his face. She settled for his hair, it was nice too. it was odd as he stepped closer to her and had her, slightly retreating but messing with her sleeve.

She looked up now, so that she could see his expression at her obvious question and was in fact, quite enamored by his smile. It was nice.

"Ah." She flushed at his comment, she was anything BUT charming, what was he talking about. She worried her sleeves again but held eye contact.

"Charming? Oh no I am..." She breathed out, "I have found that many of the landwalker's customs and such are very different then from the sea." She was pretty sure she was going to go into ramble mode. "And uh, someone suggested that a host would help with it." She looked around.

"Can you teach me to...." She looked at him again, "To be able to be close to someone and to touch them without blushing so badly? So many our at ease with it and I don't understand and I don't want people to feel like they have to be at edge with me, or vice versa and well...." She breathed out and realized how much she omitted. Her blush now fully covered her body. "I'm sorry, this is awkward isn't it?"

She visably relaxed at his small encouragement of dispelling the feeling of awkwardness. He was so easy going and nice that it was hard not to do the same. Though when his hand reached out to pat her on the shoulder, she stiffened all over again before letting out a small squeak. Every time! Every time, even if it was the smallest of touches, she continued to blush.

And the problem only seemed evident with the other gender of their races....Boils....And Sarias but that was completely different all together.

"Practice?" She cocked her head at him, Practice what? Touching people? or being touched by people? Oh man it sound so dirty in her head but, no. She needed to be at ease with contact. "I don't think..."

And then she was struck dumb at his compliment. The last person to call her cute was Sparrow, if she remembered clearly. And she had chalked Sparrow up to a entertaining flirt, though she still managed to keep a flush around him too.

"It's...not...cute." She shook her head, bring her head down. "It's a bother more then it's cute isn't it? I can't even look at you without my cheeks getting all red and hott...." She looked away, "If I am to walk with landwalkers....I should just be able to handle some close contact. It'll help make friends as well."

She continued to flush. She wasn't sure if he knew what she meant, did it seem like people actually didn't mind? But didn't it make it hard to talk to other people if she was constantly looking away, or turning red or something.

"But It's the some that would that would matter too. I don't want not to be friends with people because they don't like the way I act but at the same time, I want to be able to be use to other people so that I can talk and but..." She rambled, not sure if she was making any sense now.

Her eyes widened though as she looked up, a full blown smile now aimed at his direction. "Really? Really!?!? You'll help me?" She clapped her hands together. "Thank you so much Aksaja!" She looked up at him fully now, blue eyes ever so wide.

Ahhh It was so nice to have that work out in her favor! She held her hands together again, lacing them excitingly as she internally mused in front of the Electrical Dragon. She would have to work hard for him so he wouldn't be upset. it was time to have those blushes fade away!

"Oh...Oh right touching." She flushed even at the mention of it before thinking. "I...I don't know if I blush when I touch others." She thought of any time she had actually ever touched another Halloween creature.....She eyed the dragon before moving her hand over to casually touch his arm. She could do this.

When her fingertips brushed up against his skin, she looked up at the dragon with wide eyes again, Okay! well okay....no wait. Her face still felt red, was it still red?

To Aksaja, he would see a almost lobster colored mermaid. Would almost be fitting with her coloring and species but then again...no progress.

Her hand instantly snapped back to her side as she furiously tried to stifle the blush going on her face.

"I just....I am not use to and your very handsome so it's really hard to attempt this and I just...." She continued to ramble before slapping her hand over her mouth.

"I'm sorry..." She added meekly, "I just....I don't see the appeal...I think. I don't understand what you mean..." She twiddled away from him blinking. "Why...Why do you think blushing is so cute?"
