Karranoth walked into a clearing of the forest around Wolf's pub, his face set in an emotionless mask. He knew what day this would be for himself, yet despite it he saw hope for the future. Visible on the other side of the clearing was a thin woman with pale skin and stark black hair that hid most of her features down to her knees.
"Here we are dear sister Indaras. It's a shame that it must come to this battle."
He said to her before beginning to move toward the center of the clearing, stopping about halfway to the center of it.
Indaras moved toward the center just as Karranoth did, speaking in an ancient dialect of Draconic.
'If you had not betrayed me in the first place this would not have to happen. Alas you chose to side with the celestial realm. Amazing that they did not work to destroy you as well once the seal on me was finished.'
Her mouth was filled with shark-like teeth that slid along each other while she spoke. Slender hands clenched into fists just before the two started to clash in human guises. Their movements were as fast as lightning, seeming to go backward as they danced with blocks and strikes.

As the two of them fought, they changed into their hybrid forms, switching to clawing at each other as well as the occasional attempt at biting. Every so often one would land a strong kick, sending the other flying into a tree or sliding along the ground. Each time there would be an attempted follow up blow that would be avoided, destroying a tree or creating a crater in the ground. After about half an hour of the hybrid combat Karranoth knocked Indaras just a little bit into the air before sliding underneath her and attempting to use his breath weapon on her.
Indaras saw the move coming and teleported out of the way before charging in and sliding a kick at Karranoth's side. The kick knocked him about a quarter of the clearing away and he landed on all fours. She then got to her feet and prepared for the retaliatory charge that, despite being blocked, sent her about halfway across the clearing.

Shortly after they both had attempted to use their breath weapons on each other, Karranoth grabbed Indaras and threw her upward. Just after he let go he crouched down in preparation for the leap that sent him straight toward her, starting their clash all over in the air now.
Indaras had just gotten her bearings in the air when Karranoth leaped up into the air after her, barely allowing her time to block the attack before they continued attempting to kill each other.

Karranoth roared out in pain as Indaras struck him solidly on the jaw. When he regained control of his momentum he transformed into his true form while two and a half miles off the ground. He growled and lashed out at his sister with his tail, missing as she teleported out of the way.
Indaras then transformed into her true form before their aerial battle turned into a dogfight with the two of them taking passes at each other without doing more than light blows that only slightly divert courses.

Over time it became visible that this battle was taking its toll on both siblings, their chests heaving and their passes at each other taking longer between each one.
"This keeps up we'll both die of exertion..."
Karranoth said to his sister.
'Maybe so, but I promise that you'll be the first to die.'
Indaras replied in their ancient form of Draconic before launching herself through the air at her brother.

Both Karranoth and his roared out in pain alternatively since neither were able to avoid the blows being thrown between them. At one point Karranoth was about to take advantage of a major opening when an item appeared unexpectedly.
Indaras growled happily as the spear that their father forged appeared near her as Karranoth was flying upward at her. Grabbing the haft of the spear she began to dive down at Karranoth, who attempted to avoid the incoming attack, and pierced his body through where his primary heart would have been. She kept flying downward until the point of the spear struck the earth, nailing Karranoth to the ground.
