The knock on his door has the moon trainee up and off his bed in seconds. Whatever it was, it was most certainly better than reading 'Slime and Sludge, an Experimental Study on Ectoplasm'. (The book was just boring. And dry, not to mention so full of plain weirdness Marcus didn't care for it.) Opening the door, he was taken back about by the appearance of a certain Death hunter.
"Oh, sup Gale?" He leaned against the door frame and he wondered if the kid was still upset at him. After the last match he though it had been okay at the end but-
Hard to tell.

Dis was in the moment, in 100% agreement with Marcus as he said without hesitation, "Sure!" It was a moment of just flat out enthusiam. "Anything is better than being stuck here in the dorms." A glance back to his bed and the book. It could wait.
Grabbing his coat, Marcus smiled and stepped out. "Lead the way."

He was both relieved and slightly wary that Marcus had said yes so fast, but at least it meant that Gale could no longer chicken out of his decision.
Back out on the training grounds, Gale turned to face Marcus.
"Don't hold back on me, all right?" he said, with a nod, and summoned his weapon, holding the rifle in his hands. "Fight me like you did before."
A pause.
"Er, you know...except with all the little comments."

Ah the smell of.. fog. It was winning him over, if slowly. Better than New York, that was for sure. Summoning Dis, the weapon was buzzing with excitement in his ear. "No worries. I tend to be a bit forward with fighting. No pain no gain, no guts no glory, that sort of thing."
Rolling his shoulders back, he hear them pop.

Gale sincerely hoped this would not be a repeat of the last time - especially since he'd failed so dismally.
He swung the rifle out, took aim, and shot at Marcus' leg.

The battle had begun and from the looks of Gale he was determined. Good. Marcus wanted a fight, not some game of skipping stones or thumb wars/

The sting of the shot had Marcus backing off before Dis chiding him. Never back down, always go forward. The arm attack was going pretty good, so Marcus went for it again, but with less results.

For once he'd gotten a relatively decent shot in, which pleased Gale, despite the fact that he was already wearing down fast.
His pleasure was short lived, however, considering his next shot missed entirely.

Sorry Gale, it looks like Marcus was not an easy target right now. He felt a bit bad for already beating on the guy but-
He asked for it.
Just so. Done with Arms, Marcus went after gale's torso. A death shot normally, but just a break in the fear shield for a hunter.
