The Remastered HQ's of the Anbu Black Ops, remaded by the Rai Osaka Uchiha. Rai was a former captain of the Anbu Black Ops. As Rai made his way into becoming Kage and named a successor, he left his banner of the Central Hall of the Head Quarters as the mark of the Anbu in the leaf. It was his ensigna and was something that was never previously done in the village before. In the basement of the HQ lies the training ground, that has of recently, became chilled due to the non-breakable ice surronding the bottom of the village. Thanks to Raiden Uchiha who was killed by Rai Uchiha during their great battle. The victor claimed the Eternal Mangeyko Sharingan.
Below that, lies the Second Grand Computer in the Leaf Village. It is the second way the Anbu can monitor who comes in and out of the village along with access to the records of who has came in and out. This room can only be access under a secret panel somewhere in the Training Grounds by the Captain, Vice Captain, and the Current Hokage at the time. They would be the only ones with knowledge and information on how to access the system.
