Carefully done refurnishings from time to time, as well as dedicated care, have preserved the Hokage's Tower in top condition. This building is the heart of Konoha, with the great monument bearing the visages of the first seven Hokages and the Eleventh Lord towering in the distance behind. Only two Jounin guards the front double doors but unseen, ANBU squads are dispatched around the area, to keep an eye out and take note of all visitors. Those requesting entrance but without a traveling visa or the Konoha headband are taken swiftly under custody by the diligently watching ANBU.
Here is where hopefuls for staying in the village would apply for a residential visa and make housing arrangements. The shinobi of Konoha would visit daily to obtain mission assignments or to make their reports, as well as turning in other paperwork and receiving a traveling visa (if necessary) to leave the village for missions. Residing Sennins are granted special traveling privileges, but to obtain the unrestricted time extension, they first must meet the Hokage personally to take their absence leave from Konoha and receive their traveling visa; the same goes for foreign Sennins traveling under this privilege - they still must present their traveling visa to both the village guards and secretary.
Once entering the lobby, one may request the secretary to either arrange a meeting with the Hokage or Assistant Kage if it be an urgent matter or otherwise immediately pursue other paperwork-related business with the secretary. The lobby holds a rather large waiting room, just in case the Hokage is currently busy upstairs. The Hokage's office is located on the second floor, guarded by two Hunter-nins. Be sure to knock, since important meetings are almost always taking place in the back room of the office.
Somewhere in another wing of the building, on the same floor, the Council of Elders would be holding their own meetings. Wanderers are not taken kindly, and it is never a great idea to be found "snooping around" by a member of the High Council.

How-To-Do: You have to go to the (insert village here) and steal there documents without being seen.
Village Patrol
Mission Rank: C (A if enemy found)
Information: The Hokage needs you to patrol the village and the country. Usually one would say this would be a very simple mission, however, if an enemy is met it can quickly turn into a very dangerous mission. If enemy shinobi is found, your expected to scare off or attack and defeat/kill the target. Any exploites found on the subject is free for you to take a.i. Doujutsu eyes, custom weapons, puppets, tokens of Conquer.
How-to-do: You have to post in each area in the Fire Country. The last place to post is at the gates, leaving to the country. You are to post at each area in the country. If you find a shinobi who is an enemy, scare them off or fight them. If it results in a fight, this counts as two A rank missions

How-To-Do: Go find an akatsuki and follow him tracking him however you wish. If you discover the location of the base you are to return immediately or report for backup.
3. Learning the Forbidden

Information: Techniques are called Forbidden for a reason, but sometimes, curiousity gets the better of all of us.
How-To-Do: Pick a jutsu of the Forbidden Jutsu list and learn it and/or train with it using enemy shinobi as your test subjects. The means to learning it would be up to you, but remember, if your caught, the standing Kage would deny all claims of administrating such a task.

4. Infiltration

Information: Sometimes gaining information requires an...inside touch.
How-To-Do: The first thing to realize, is that this mission requires alot of study to be able to pull off. The Shinobi must study their subject instinsively copying everything about them. He/she must also learn the Vanishing Facial skill in order to begin this mission. As said, the Shinobi studies a target from a rival village and later engage and kill the target. After killing the target, he/she must still the targets face and infiltrate the village the enemy. Use what you gained from studing the subject and use it to your advantage to gain information about the village that wouldn't be obtain by any other normal means. This mission can be used in junction to infiltrate the Akatsuki Organization, or any of the other S-ranked or A-ranked missions.
Remember!!! Incenerate the body of the target to ensure that you cannot be found out. Like always, if found out, the standing kage will deny any involvement in the matter in stating that you went rouge for personal reasons. This of course, would be explained to you before accepting the mission.
5. Infiltration Part 2

Information: Somethings are dishonorable and sometimes, this dishonorability allows for blind spots.
How-To-Do: This missions in used in junction with the first one ONLY if the shinobi decided on infiltrating a rival village. After stealing the Identity of a rival shinobi of Jounin Rank or Higher and infiltrating the rival village. Attack the village in the name of another rival village that is not your own to start conflict between the two. Kill whoever you please and cause destruction and chaos. Take the headband of the man whose face you stole and attacked the rival village in the name of the person you killed village and return to your own. This would soon cause conflict with the two villages and maybe erupt into a war between the two, which would allow us to infiltrate and conquer.
Note: As notice, these two missions are extremely long and challenging. The shinobi that choose to accept this mission would have to set up a back up plan for it as well. In order for such a task to be successful, you must attack your own village first with no intent to kill, but to make those not in the loop believe that you gone rouge. Those in the loop shall be of the Will of Fire, other Sannins, and Anbu Black Ops.
