I guess I should begin. I started in 1987 with the NES and followed it though to the SNES. Then I got the original Playstation. It got to the point when I couldn't play it without it skipping so I got a newer Playstation. The N64 came out and my brother and I bought it. Then he got the PS2, the Gamecube, and the Xbox (not all at once). I managed to get one of the newer PS2's the beginning of last year. I try not to be a fanboy but there are some franchises that have my loyalty. Right now I am looking forward to Kingdom Hearts 2, The Legend of Zelda:Twilight Princess, The Elderscrolls IV: Oblivion, and Mass Effect.

I heart our X-box.

My favorite Game is Kareoke Revolution Party!

Currently I have a Playstation 2 and I'm trying to get a SNES emulator to work. I wanna play Kirbeh! >< My favorite game on my Ps2 is Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater. Can't wait for Subsistence. Online Stealth Espionage! whee I'm also quite into the Devil May Cry franchise.

I might as well tell you about my two favorite video game oriented webcomics.

Penny Arcade
One of the more well known VG webcomics out there. They are most famous for invoking the wrath of a certain laywer in Flordia whose name escapes me for the moment by donating a thosand dollars to a charity in what's-his-face's name.

VG Cats
Two video gaming cats (Leo and Areis) make fun of dozens of popular video games. This is also the home of the demon known as Krug and Pantsman, defender of truth, justice, and um . . .pants.

They're both funnier than I described.

I heard the storyline in MSG2 gets muddled up with all sorts of useless plot twists.

Well, not really. That's an opinion. It's a very, very, VERY, giant plot twist at the end. The other plot twists are for emotional effect, and you have to know what the "Shadow Moses" Crisis was to appreciate the plot twists. The one thing that got me was when the game went from realistic, to where you could tell the programmers just had a field day with an unrealistic part making it seem like a videogame and nothing realistic in the end. I mean, there's a part where Raiden(the main character) gets a sword from Snake, and then Snake starts walking, stops, turns to Raiden and says "Oh! And if you run out of ammo, just tell me. Infinite Ammo." He then points to his bandana. This is a reference to the fact that if you get enough dogtags for the Tanker level, Snake has infinite ammo. That upset me, as it sorta destroyed the wonderful, amazing, incredible, and unbelievable storyline that it had going up until then. But directly after that, you walk into a room where you fight two bosses and the game ends. For me, the story stopped when Ninja and Pliskins' identities are revealed and they temporarily leave. Then it picks back up after the infinite ammo thing. That's only like, a 20 minute intercession. But those twenty minutes are GREAT. [They are for fun in my case. I hate how bad they destroy the story, but I love the fun factor You play as a nude Raiden [Ah! The saumersaults! My eyes! x.x] who has his hands covering his groin through that entire part, and you're trying to sneak past enemies. It's great. whee And the game relies on sneakyness, but in this part you get to do something wonderful. You and Snake just run through this corridor slaughtering everything that breathes. And you get a sword! Hell yes! It was so awesome! whee The sword animations are VERY violent. You hit somebody with it and their side opens up and blood just sprays wildly out of the wound. It's so frikin cool! x.X

Note: This is all in reference to Metal Gear Solid 3. If you want an actual review on Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty, Metal Gear Solid 2: Substance, Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater, or when it comes out, Metal Gear Solid 3: Subsistence, I'll give a full review.

I got that bad boy preordered. All I got to do is pick it up.
