overdone and kinda ranty; YES
i was sitting off in gaia towns two nights ago and i strike up a conversation with this guy who was interested in teen titans. eventually we got onto which titan we like most and i happened to say i had most affection for their member raven (robin, too domineering, cyborg is bald [just, ew] beast boy annoys me and starfire is too naive. raven i down to earth and scrumtious). so then the guy shuffles over to me, like, right away and says, "
well, i like her, but not as much as you."
i pissed myself laughing over my side of the monitor but i tried to put it gently ("
you're not my type" "
what are you saying?" "
you have a bit too much p***s in your pants") but directly afterwards he storms off and calls me a little slut, and then i try to tell him i'm actually a boy (phsyically) and then he calls me gay, a pervert, transexual and walks off!! the nerve...
his friends were nice though.
so i ask you all; why is it lesbians are seen as "fair game" or sluts to men when it's
obviously untrue?
and do i come off as a lesbian?? i mean, if i do, someone tell me. it wouldn't change me, i'm just curious. (excuse the pun)
oh, and woot for me cos i corrected the derrogative and incorrect use of the word "gay" today. i was all smug till i'd found out one of my friends took my faveourite seat in maths because of the time i took
holding the door open for him and other students and telling siobhan off for her improper use of the native tongue.
