Out of the Blue "Shuffles" cards from the grave to the deck. So probably would work. I'm not 100% sure that "Shuffle" and "Return" can qualify as the same thing. Am I right?

....what are you talking about? is this a ruling question or a question on the difference (if any) between adding or shuffling cards in the deck?

Unless the effect specifically states a card goes on top or bottom of the deck, it will be shuffled into the deck.

I was asking, If a Transmigration break would apply. Because out of the blue shuffles cards from the grave to the deck. I wasn't sure if Transmigration break would apply since it requires they be returned to the deck...Simply put, I was asking if Shuffled and returned qualified as the same thing here, or not.

they are the same thing, but because they are not the same words, transmigrsation break would not be able to counter it.
