There will only be one of each Pokemon allowed per faction, for the moment! Which means: There can be a total of four Pikachus; one in Spades, one in Hearts, one in Diamonds and one in Clubs. There cannot be two in any respective faction, however this rule may and mostly likely will change if a significant number of the Pokemon have been drawn.
Below, the factions are listed. Please be sure to look over which slots are already taken! If marked with a symbol that means there is a Pokemon of that type in that faction thus it cannot be quested for in that faction.
** special note ** -The Pokemon used here are just examples; this applies to any Pokemon except for event-only ones, to which additional limits may be applied.
If there is one perma-Bulbasaur at its final stage of adult, meaning it can never evolve, one may still quest for another Bulbasaur but you won't be able to freeze it at Bulbasaur.
These rare cases are harder to get since it would technically be a fifth Bulbasaur so please remember that. Four of any Pokemon is a lot, so the quest would have to be pretty fantastic for us to consider a fifth of the same one.
