Rolling to see who will go first
1 Sailor Grus
2 Sailor Merope
Feel free to rp as usual randomizing betweeen 1 and 3 for each post, or to pre roll the results and go back and fill the posts in after the fact.
Rolling reference for ease
* For every post in a battle thread make sure you randomize between 1 and 3. The number you get will determine what happened during that turn.
1 - Uh oh, looks like you missed this time!
2 - Yay a hit! Your opponent should subtract 1 hp in their next post.
3 - Excellent hit! Your opponent should subtract 2 hp in their next post.
* Keep track of your HP on the top of each post you make please! When someone reaches zero the battle is over. (You can post once or twice more if you'd really like the two to wish each other well or what not)
If the dice decide to be jerks and the battle just keeps going on and on and on I may step in and ask for you guys to roll dice for some outside event to help out. Hopefully it won't be necessary

Grus was on a roll, and she was excited to start her third battle. She adjusted her fuku skirt and took her place on the field, holding up the ornaments to stare at the glittering thing. She tied the first one around the taller boot, and the second was tied behind her back next to her butt bow. After swishing her skirt to make sure that it wouldn't fall off and then faced her opponent. Again she was fighting someone she had never met before, a boy with blue hair and a really cook looking fuku. She approached him, and held out her hand. "I'm Sailor Grus." She said, offering him a smile. "Good luck!"
Then she backed away, readying herself. After a moment, she came forward quickly, throwing a test punch. Just to see what she was up against.

Round one was against a chibi senshi. Round two was against a knight with an apple. At least it looked like an apple -- for all Merope knew, it was nothing more than a painted rock. It certainly felt like one, and he had the bumps on his head to prove it. None of that mattered now, however: there was another round to go, which meant two new ornaments. One he hung off of his hip, adding it to the collection of dangling coins on his fuku. The other he hung off of his armband, examining it as he walked towards where the third battle would take place.
"Huh?" Merope looked up and stared at Sailor Grus, blinking. Where did she come from? He was about to ask when she rushed forward, swinging a punch. "Whoa!" He called out, dancing to one side and jabbing out with an answering jab, aiming for the ornament he could see: the one on her boot. "Easy there! I'm Merope, I take it you're my opponent?" Obviously -- but it couldn't hurt to doublecheck.
HP: 6
Result: 3 - Hit! 2 Damage

Her first swing missed, and she stumbled forward, almost losing her balance. Her opponent, a Mr. Merope, fought back with a jab that hit the ornament around her boot. She heard the tink! that indicated the ornament had broken. She cursed herself, regaining her balance, and turned around, shooting him a grin. "Good shot!" She said silently berating her brashness. She came at him again, saying "Yep, I'm your opponent this time!" Her punch was aimed for the bauble hanging from his hip, though she kept track of where his fists were in her peripheral.
