Personality Traits: Caring, affectionate and sweet, even to the men in her life, namely family and traveling companions. However during battle, she can be a bit aggressive to teammates and foes alike, in part to the dragon blood she drank to gain the power to kill Howe.
Background (Personal Story): Staci's world was perfect before the Blight. She had a loving family, was the daughter of the Teryn of Highever, gifted in combat. She had beauty, wealth, and most of all, she had those closest to her heart. Until the night Arl Renden Howe took that away. Howe murdered all but her and her brother, Fergus Cousland, who had been marching towards Ostagar at the time. No one there to save her, Staci barely survived. An arrow through her chest barely missed any vitals, making her pass out till her attackers had left to continue their onslaught. When she awoke, she took the hidden escape tunnel behind her bookcase to escape, bringing only her sword and shield, as well as her mother's engagement ring and what little clothes she could manage to pull on. She escaped notice of Howe's men, headed to Denerim. Along the way she found a healer to take care of her wounds, guarding said healer to Denerim as payment. In order to kill Howe, she became a Reaver, drinking dragon's blood in order to gain said power.
After she found out Howe had been killed by another, she joined the Chantry as a templar, not staying long however. She disagreed with the Knight-Commander on views concerning mages and left. Sometimes she has difficulty controlling her temper thanks to the dragon blood that made her a Reaver.
