These are the Mizukage's personal quarters/residence. Connected with the office building, but not the office itself, it can only be accessed by the Mizukage and those he or she brings here. The ANBU are aware of its location in case of emergency. However, the place was meant to be one of peace and relaxation; therefore, no one dares to breach these residence for traps line the area to keep out those bold enough to attempt an assassination if the location is breached.
