I'm fed up with people dismissing Hiro, and doing things such as editing his posts to make him look like a complete ********. While I understand that some of you may not want to work with him, I disagree that you deserve the 'powers' to edit his posts, here or in any other guild.
We were supposedly past this "bullshit era" but seemingly not, as I've constantly seen people dismiss both him and his ideas, just because he trolled you all. That's ******** right, I'm calling it. He trolled you all.
It has all the working of a troll, and you guys have made him successful. Not only that, but you guys ripping on him has 'technically' made him the biggest heel we currently have, which is something that none of you seemingly wanted.
I'm calling every single person out who has turned against him. Because all he really needs is some help. You know, the thing we all said we'd give out a lot more from when the "Fourth Wall Era" started? We said we would help those who need it, rather than pushing them away, but what have you guys actually done .. I've seen next to no half decent new roleplayers coming in and it's most likely either because they either saw the bullshit here from before, or have been caught in it.
We are supposed to act like ******** adults here. I don't care if you're still a teenager or w/e, I treat you all like an equal - including Hiro - and I had hoped to expect you all to do the same. Every one makes mistakes, and all that I can tell is that Hiro just has some wild ideas. Woooow.
Technically, he has done nothing wrong. Sorry, did he not step in to your idea of a 'perfect' roleplayer? Did he break the status quo? I don't applaud the guy for what he did, but I won't shun him either.
For example, I have found that some one has edited his post in a thread in :E, and I will be taking steps to sort that out internally.
Hiro, don't reply to this. Keep quiet while some one stands your corner for once.
Any one have any thing to say? I'd love to hear it.

I come here to get away from the real world. I come here to relax, to talk with (yes, I count most of you as this) my friends, and just generally have a good time. But right now, you guys have all but pushed me away. For those on Skype, ever wondered why I'm not on as much as I used to, and why I'm never online for more than a couple of hours at times?
You're killing it for me, and most likely the same for other guys. I want to enjoy myself, but I'm not sure I can.

This is why I loved Gaia's wrestling scene when I first joined. Not one vet, or legend bashed me cause I was new and or inexperienced with out Gaia's wrestling worked. NOT ONCE. Back then I actually got more help then attitude. If when I ******** up I wasn't yelled at, belittled and berated They told what I did wrong, how I could fix it and we moved on.
Nowadays we can't have anything nice. Like a shark that smells blood in the water, we attack anyone suspect or know is a noob. Which is discouraging. Which is why we should have ZERO TOLERANCE police when it comes to bashing.
How I see it is this. Yes we have are resident jackasses, that bash just because they are bored.
Then you have assholes that will take whatever time they have in they're day look for something about someone to bash on. Which is sad. How I see those of us that can take should and can take it. However if we were to see someone bashing another and the other is upset or effected in a negative way, then the said Basher should be banned period, no warnings, nothing. I know that seems a bit drastic right? Yep, but it'll discourage bashing and name calling. I'm pretty sure most of you know the difference between Bashing and friends just being friends. So why don't we enforce something like this since the bashers are scaring away potential friends, and old ones alike.

For every one person that pushes this community forward, there are some who bring it backward. But Hiro's "trolling" wasn't the only thing that was pulling us backward. I won't single anyone out, but you know who you are. With that being said, I'd like to try to help move us forward. 3nodding
