The school bulletin, often showcasing notorious headliners such as the Student Council elections, the Valentines Day fiasco, and even general reminders of no running down the hallways and to respect certain shorter disgruntled staff members only had one notice pinned onto the board this week. It had been crudely cut out, but the newspaper clipping clearly displayed the front page headline of "Halloween Daily", the largest public distribution paper circulating Halloween since its inception. The sides had been taped to the board, covering almost everyhing else, its edges outlined with an obnoxious red marker: the notice was nearly impossible to miss for anyone who passed it.The Headline Amityville Under SuspicionAs Bogeymen are seen touring Amityville campus for the fourth time this week, the greater question becomes: what are the staff at Amityville Academy, once known as Halloween's oldest and most established school, scheming about? Earlier last week, half the secret was already spilt as one of Amityville's teachers, who will remain anonymous due to privacy protection, brought the students to a field trip that ended in disaster. This teacher's careless action destroyed the entire area and injured many students. Students were then encouraged to blame their teacher's own lack of responsibility and restraint on the reappearance if the mythical 'Hunters', despite lack of any substantial evidence. Even with public warnings, the school still opted to hold a retirement ceremony for the teacher in blame. Why the faculty is supporting this action is beyond the understanding of even the Bogeymen and the Halloween Town Hall, who has dictacted the recent strain of school events to be "a huge disappointment compared to its prior years". Many Halloween citizens who have attended Amityville in their younger years are just as confused at the students' behaviour as they are at the teachers. "I respect this school," Says Mrs. Salas, mother to 14-year-old ghoul Sara Salas, "But due to the immature acts of the faculty endangering its students and their general negligence and reckless behaviour, I am pulling my daughter out from the school before she gets hurt by the teachers on another 'field trip'." Many others have followed suit but to those still enrolled in the academy, it is only a matter of time before the false accusations and lies of the students and teachers become exposed and the school is shut down. OOC This is a bulletin clipping, to post reactions to it, students can either host PRPs, Solos, or ORPs with this as discussion as they please. -Think of this as an IC event that can be integrated into RPs, with whatever reactions as neccessary

It had only been a few days later after the second incident that another set of newspaper clippings had joined the first one, plastered and also highlighted in bold red. The two clippings together side by side seemed almost ominous. The Headline Amityville Conspiracy? It was last Webday evening that a report from a local neighbour alerted the Boogeymen to the outskirts of Amityville Academy, where a strange fire blazed and desecrated a good section of the Weeping Forest. Several witnesses reported sights of figures cloaked in red escaping from the scene, and others remarked that they saw students run into the forest prior to the explosion. The greater question is: why are students destroying their own neighbourhood and what are they trying to prove? The answer lies in something possibly more sinister: that these figures in red could possibly be several activists that have been spotted recently, also known as supporters of the retired Professor from Amityville, Red. It is well known that the retired Professor Red caused a stir in the Halloween City Council following her personal lack of responsibility for her own students, but her new actions lately plotting and devising a good number of terrorist attacks not only to Amityville but also the City Council itself is making the boogeymen themselves uneasy, especially since Red was once in charge of their actions. Why has the late professor gone rogue, all of a sudden, and what could have caused her to take such dark, sinister actions? We have to look no further than Amityville and its students.
