Physical Description: Inessa is an lithe young woman who has a willowy frame accentuated by supple curves. Her long, wavy hair hits her mid back and she rarely keeps it pinned up, preferring to have it loose and free. She likes to wear comfortable dresses cinched in the middle with a large belt. Jeans are also a common part of her wardrobe, paired with shirts with beading or fringe on them. Her tarot cards are always connected about her inside of a beaded satchel she ties to her belt.
Personality: Her personality is one of reserved, quiet demanding and an air of mysteriousness. Beneath the silent demeanor is an intelligent individual who is actually quite passionate. She certainly has a cruelty streak but tries to keep herself from hurting others. There is also a strange innocence about her; while she has a high level of intelligence she has never really looked outside of her own walls and is ignorant of the world around her.

History: Things were rather strange for Inessa from her time of birth. Her father, at the time, had a crumbling business and the family had been struggling for a few years. Upon her coming into the world, however, things began to look up. The business began to thrive almost immediately. Inessa enjoyed a very privileged lifestyle; the best education that money could buy, gorgeous designer clothes, the latest electronics... anything her heart could desire, her father gave it to her. After all, she was his good luck charm, and he wanted to keep her happy (if a little cloistered). Yet she still was unsatisfied with everything.
It was during a trip to Istanbul to see the Hagia Sophia that she finally found a drop of satisfaction. She was sixteen at the time and managed to sneak away from her parents and the hotel room for a few hours. While she was out she was approached by a gypsy who stated that she had a special ‘sparkle’ about her. Confused by the phrasing, Inessa pressed the woman for an explanation but she wouldn’t give one and instead pressed on her a deck of tarot cards and a pendulum with a silver chain and a strange stone that shifted color in the light. Having this little bit as hers, she decided not to tell her parents about it and, instead, practiced readings with them.
She had a natural ability with the items and, with their practice, came other strange abilities. As those abilities began to manifest she withdrew further and further away from people, even becoming nervous around them at odd times.
As her studies continued she wanted to travel abroad but her father would not allow it at first. Finally her mother was able to convince him to let Inessa s leave her Russian home and explore the world… fully financed to boot!
