This is an interest RP that will turn into a breeding. This breeding (as per rules) is NOT OOC therefore the two will remember each other and will be in each other's lives as well as the lives of their foals. For those who voted: remember! You helped this happen xd

Savage had been wandering for most of the time since he had been on the Isles. Though folks were kind enough to point him in the direction of the castle, he took no heed to go. Why should he? There was no reason for him to announce his presence to such a human that deemed himself ruler. If the man wanted to meet him, well he'd just have to come down and find Savage himself. The stallion's tail whipped behind him slightly annoyed as he went about his daily routine of grazing until he was full and then wandering again. It was strange though how he had yet to meet any others in a while. He began to wonder if he indeed needed to go to the castle in order to even gain some proof that he did exist or get any interaction.
As he grazed, his chains dragged along behind him. He made sure not to step on them for doing so would cause him to flip himself over and probably choke. He had yet to find a way to take the damn collar off of him. Some humans had wanted to try but seeing as they gave him the collar in the first place, he was less likely to allow them to touch him in that sort of way. Besides, he honestly doubted he would be lost without the weight on his neck. It served its purposes and on a few occasions saved his life. Why get rid of something that was potentially useful?
Savage hadn't really been thinking about where he was heading as he strolled and grazed, and therefore was quite unaware that he was heading for a stream. But as he got there he couldn't help but to stick his nose in and take a few gulps of cool water before going back to feed. Before he could take another morsel in his mouth however, he looked over to see a figure in the stream. Not moving. Oh no. What did he do this time?

Not far from where Savage was feeding there stood the mare Aquaria in the stream. The water flowed gently over her hooves as she closed her eyes and hummed as if in a trance. The mare was communicating to the stars that were currently hidden by the sun's gaze over the land. But it still didn't hurt to talk to them. Her tail flicked behind her as she hummed and whickered softly and for a moment she found herself not really herself. 'This is it!' She thought excitedly. 'I'm finally being taken over! Someone is using me as a vessel!'
But then something started to stink. A lot. Was this a stinky spirit? She peaked her eyes open to see that a bird had left an ungodly present on her nose. What the eff! She reared up a little and slammed her head into the river in an attempt to wash off the bird's stain. However, Aquaria had forgotten how shallow this water was and inadvertently hit herself. Becoming a little dizzy she allowed herself to settle in the water shaking somewhat. Her nose was hurting and her head was pounding like crazy. With a grunt she gave into her tired stance and rested her head in the water.
It was quite obvious to say that this mare wasn't very smart for in her unusual stupor she was drowning herself! As the large stallion approached the water and looked at her, he realized that she wasn't breathing. Aquaria suddenly opened her eyes to a large red head and gray eyes staring her in the face with a bit of confusion and worry. "You're pretty..." She giggled not fully comprehending what was happening. Her mane and lower body was wet as well as her tail and somehow half of her body was on the bank of the river with her head on the grass. "Are you a spirit trying to posses me?" The mare coughed out a little water trying to sort out her head.

Curiosity had gotten the better of him as he came over to check on her. However, he was surprised to find that she had her head in the water and was slightly spazzing. Didn't she have any common sense to lift her head?! With a grunt, he jumped over to the other side of the river and began pulling at her body in an attempt to at least get her head out of the water. At one point he got a bit of her mane and pulled. It worked for a while until he fell back with bits of her hair in his mouth. Ooops. The stallion spit out her hair quickly and went to wash out his mouth with the water.
As he was doing so, the mare started moving and coughing and coming to. He trotted over to her nosing her a little, his ring starting to poke at her face. When he realized he almost poked her in the eye, he lifted his head up some to gaze at her. For a moment she looked kinda cute as he looked up at her with those golden bedroom eyes. His tail flicked for a moment, and he was about to put on his charm until she opened her mouth.
She was crazy. Out of all the luck he had to have he saved a crazy. Why on earth couldn't he have just left her? Because he had a conscience. Damn it all! Savage looked at her with a stern face shaking his head at her questions. "No, I am not a spirit. I am alive. Like you are. And I'm not 'pretty'. Only girls are...pretty." Oh damn. Did he just call her pretty? Knowing this female she would take it in the wrong pretense and start following him around. Great. Just what he needed. A crazed religious nut that wanted to follow him around and thank him for saving her. Damn it. Damn it. Damn it. Why didn't he stay home?

The mare tilted her head as she looked up at him, her mind slightly becoming a little bit clearer. With a gentle motion, she righted herself back up on her feet coming out from the water. She shook her whole body in an attempt to dry off. While doing so, she felt her head pound again in slight pain. She turned around to face the water and tried to flick her bangs out of the way. There on the left side of her head was a nasty gash that was trying to clot. Some of her hair began sticking to the wound making it quite uncomfortable. "Owie! Owieowieowieowie!!" She began to squeal dancing about and shaking her head causing her head pains to become worse.
Aquaria only stopped dancing to gaze back into the eyes of her rescuer. He was talking to her in strict tones. Why was he being so mean? Wait? Did he just call her pretty? She felt her body swoon a little as her eyes glazed over in thought. "Well I'm glad you're not a spirit then." She giggled with a bit of mischief as she tried to slip closer to the male. It was only when she bumped her head against his that she reared back. "Owwieeee!" She brayed again dancing around a bit. "It hurts!" She whinnied and snorted looking quite defeated. Her head was pounding like crazy and she was too afraid to wash it in the water in fear that she would knock herself unconscious again. Oh what a mess she put herself in this time! "Hrrmm...some water bearer I am..." Aquaria huffed at herself giving a gentle sigh.
Taking a breath, she looked over her shoulder at the stallion flicking her short tail. "Thank you for helping me earlier. I didn't mean to drag you into my mess. Is there anyway that I can repay you?" Her eyes were soft and lost as she thought herself quite the idiot to believe anyone would find her attractive. Aquaria was a bit of a space case after all. No one really hung out with her hence her constant search for the beyond and what might lay there. She doubt anyone could fully understand her.

Savage watched her carefully, backing up to give her enough room to stand. His head tilted as he saw a blur of something red on her head which couldn't be anything good at this point. As she turned and gazed at herself in the water, he came a little closer to see if she was really all right. It surprised the stallion when she suddenly reared and began to dance about squealing in an unnatural way. He had to rear back so as to not get hit by one of her hind hooves. That wouldn't be good for him. 'This is the LAST time I help anyone!' Savage growled at himself. It was true, his conscience wouldn't have been good to him if he let the mare drown, but he shouldn't have stuck around. Once she was rescued, he should have left.
It was only when he growled at her did he stop. And then of course she took the comment wrong. His eyes went wide at her sudden change in demeanor. First she was quite insane, and then all of a sudden she was trying to come up against him like she was a normal mare looking for a good time? He simply glared at her and for a moment he feared for his life until she shoved her head against his quite forgetting that she had a gash on her own. She reared back with such a quickness that her front hoof cuffed him on his chin and nose which caused Savage to back up and rear pawing at the air in slight pain. He shook his head snorting constantly, his nose ring clanging against his mouth and snout making it all the more uncomfortable. "Aaaarrrrggghhhh!" He brayed out his own pains as the two stood there in quite shock and hurt and mild irritation.
Savage glared at her yet again watching her head back toward the river. He was about to berate her again when her words caught his ear. So she was doing it for him it seemed, her head all down in a defeated posture. He blinked a few times quite confused as to what to do in this situation. When she suddenly looked at him with those pitiful eyes, he jumped a little...and trotted forward. Why did he go forward let alone trot?! Savage deemed that there was something wrong with his wiring that desperately needed fixing. At her question, he coughed a little looking her face over. "No...but you need help." Savage had to mentally prepare himself as he used his bruised chin to gently push her head down toward the waters surface. One there, he took some in his mouth and began to wash out her wound keeping her steady. He used the ring on his nose to wipe away her hair as he treated her. After a few more times, he studied it for a moment before lifting her head back up. "There. It should be fine now." Savage stared into her eyes finding a mare that was still a lost little filly. He couldn't help himself to drown in their golden pools really. It was a strange feeling...

It was obvious that she had really hurt the stallion when she reared up due to the pain. It was an accident! But as the two did their clumsy dance of pain, Aquaria realized that she did more harm than good half the time which made her feel all the more worse. She kept close to the water staring down and even daring to take a little drink. The mare looked over toward him as he came forward in a calming manner. She fell into his eyes as they looked at her with a blank expression. He certainly was guarded.
And then he touched her. He felt warm and his chin strong. The nose ring felt cool to the touch as it bumped against her cheek gently. Everything about him was dark and brooding, and yet he was treating her with care as he went about taking care of her wound. The water stung and she slightly jerked her head back to which he snorted and put her right back in place. The cleaning felt like it took forever, but she knew it only took a matter of minutes. After the last treatment, the throbbing on her head stopped and she felt a lot cleaner. Her gold eyes met his dark ones and for a moment she found something really interesting in this stallion.
"Thank you..." She whispered a little flicking her tail as the wind went through her mane. In doing so, she felt the air on a particular spot on her neck making her shiver a little. Aquaria would be unaware of the bald patch on her neck for a while. The mare tilted her head a little watching him closely as they stood side by side in front of the river. "I can't thank you properly without a na...naa...naaaaacchhooooo!" Aquaria's nostril had been ticked by the water and she let out a loud, obnoxious sneeze. Right in the stallion's face. She shook her head then opened her eyes only to gasp and step back. "Oh no! I'm so sorry!" The mare whickered gently backing away a little in fear of his wrath.

He felt a little more at ease with the mare. Even as she pouted and jerked her head back at the treatments, she was taking it surprisingly well considering that she didn't smack him like last time. Her ears perked forward a little as he felt his neck stretch to bring his nose a little closer to hers. He couldn't help but give a small smile brushing her hair from her face again. She was pretty, he'd definitely give her that. "It's no problem..." He replied quietly.
It was only when she sneezed that he was caught quite off guard. And he felt icky. Her germs were now on his face and he looked down to see a large glob of..something on the tip of his nose. Savage wanted to burst at how disgusted he was to have another azrein's snot on his whole face. He turned quickly to stick his head in the water to wash off the layer of gunk. Savage bumped his nose ring against a rock scaring him as he reared up in more fear than anything. His front hooves slammed forward on the ground shaking his head even more to get the water from his face. He washed his face again and raised up preparing to give the mare another annoyed glare. And yet she was already afraid of him. It's probably not healthy that at one point he was angry and then suddenly he was so nice to her.
He took a breath staring at her as he took deep breaths to calm himself down. His tail flicked behind him, water dripping down his face and ring, bangs plastered to his forehead and side. Her ears flicked forward as he stared at her with a neutral gaze. "I suspect you are done sneezing?" He tilted his head at her staying in a comfortable posture. He might as well try to stay a little consistent with his moods and actions. It wouldn't do any good for both of them to be crazy.

His initial reaction didn't surprise her as he dunked his head in the waters. It must be quite disgusting to get sneezed on by a fellow, especially one that was just helped. Her head hung a little as she watched him, backing up even more as he reared up. He must have hit his head on the water below too. That was never any fun. Aquaria tried her best to stand her ground closing her eyes now to give a soft prayer to the sky to keep her strength. She was scared that he would lose his temper again.
Fortunately that never came as it started to quiet save for both of the azreins' breathing. Her heart thumped against her chest as she peeked an eye open to look at him. His face was wet, just like hers, and his eyes remained on her...and calm. She stood up a little straighter opening both eyes to look over at him. He spoke in a monotone and she wondered if he was trying to make a joke. "Y-Yeah..." Aquaria gave a little, sheepish, embarrassed laugh. "I guess I am done..." She flicked her bangs from her face staring at Savage with her golden gaze. "My name is Aquaria. What's yours?" It was a start that she was attempting to know this stallion by name. She still needed to thank him for not only saving her, but treating her wounds as well.

There seemed to be some sort of calmness about the two. And maybe even a connection, though Savage would never admit to going that far with this mare. They had indeed just met and quite frankly he still considered her bat s**t crazy. His tail flicked behind him watching her carefully. She seemed to feel a little better around him and she was reacting like she had some sense. But to him it was a little scary that he was starting to wonder how she was. Why was he caring that she was being comfortable around him? Was it because he felt some sort of obligating to take care of her?
Savage was a little lost now staring into her eyes. He had to admit, in this light they were a shade of gorgeous gold. It was strange how one could be attracted and yet repelled by her at the same time. She was in fact a dangerous combination of cute and clumsy. Then she spoke. Her name. This was the dangerous part of meeting someone. Once names were involved, there was no going back. He took a breath looking away from her as she waited for his answer. He could always lie. Or he could always just walk away. He didn't have to say anything at all.
The stallion bent forward to take a cool drink of water. He raised his head, water dripping from his ring and chin, and looked her dead in the eye. "I'm called Savage. I suppose you can call me that too." There wasn't much of a choice for her. No one had made a nickname for him and Savage wasn't exactly a name of someone who was worth a damn. Maybe his name would be enough to chase her away.

Aquaria tilted her head as she waited for his answer. It did feel a little awkward that they were simply standing here in silence. Maybe it was the wrong move for her to as about his name, but she was curious. She wanted to know. Aquaria watched him, how powerful his muscles were as they moved under his coat. Everything about him rippled self-confidence and warrior. She never noticed before but there were scars on his rump. She wondered if he had gotten into a possible attack or something. The marking on his eye looked like it was burned into his head. Even one of his hears had been bitten. Aquaria wondered how he had survived all this time. The mare also wondered about his chains and why he had them.
His name caught her off guard for a brief moment. And then she simply stared at him to see who on earth would call him that? Sure he looked like a savage but she saw nothing savage like about him. The mare wondered as to who would be cruel enough to give him a name that wasn't like him at all? She furrowed her brows a little dead set on giving him a nickname that wasn't so bad. "All right...it'll be Savage...for now." She gave a snort looking over at his frame again before into his eyes. It was getting to sunset and the colors of the sky were being painted. She realized that he blended in so well with the background. He was interesting to look at in this point of light. "Do..do you wanna come with me? I know where some fruit is..." Aquaria suddenly said feeling a need to somehow make up for earlier. "I mean you totally don't have to..but I would feel better if I fed you.." She wondered if he liked apples. Or maybe even the wild berries that grew within the forests. Fruits were always a good treat for her. She hoped it would be the same for him. And as awkward as it was, she wasn't trying to press him. Aquaria just wanted to do something good for once.

Savage stared at the mare again as she seemed to stare back. Again there was that unnatural comfort of being with someone that was a total stranger. His tail flicked a little as he watched her and her mannerisms. She didn't seem sure of herself, and he guessed it might have been that she considered herself not to be good at much things which was a shame.
Savage gave a bit of a snort. "What do you mean 'for now'?" Surely this mare didn't think to change his name. It was the only one he knew of and he wasn't about to become something he wasn't. Savage was in fact a savage, and nothing less or more. His ears perked forward as he gave her a hard stare before being taken aback by her question. She was offering him food? Well he was a little hungry..."Sure. Lead on, princess." The name came out a little wrong, but he wasn't ready to call her by her name yet. She was simply just someone that he knew, but he wasn't sure whether or not he'd want to be attached in a friendly manner. As odd as she was, she was still a mare, still cute, and she was feeding him. So far, things were looking a little better.

At first, Aquaria wasn't sure that she heard him right. "Well yeah. For now. I don't like your name and I don't think it fits you for you are not a...a savage." Her golden eyes glared at him for a moment that looked more like a childish pout. She shook her bangs from her face as she turned and faced him, her body horizontal to his gaze. But then he confused her again as he told her to lead on. "All right. But it's Aquaria. Not 'princess'. The mare huffed though the endearment did sound nice coming from his mouth. And his voice slightly deepened when he said it which gave her chills.
The mare tried to push thoughts that were too brazen for her personality out of her mind as she trotted along the river. She didn't look back to hear if he would follow, but her ears would often flick back to listen for him. The mare's tail flicked in rhythm as she moved in a cantered pace. It was like a lazy jog that she could keep for hours upon hours. They kept along the river until she came toward a small little orchard of trees surrounded by a fence. Some held apples while others held oranges and even a banana or two. There was even a few bushes of wild berries all in a neat little row. Aquaria did an easy hop over the barricade and immediately took her fill of the orange fruit. It had a sour taste that made her tongue tingle. The seeds were the worst part however as she always found herself spitting them out. Aquaria was a glutton for punishment though as she continued to eat the sticky meat. "I figured you could get what you want. This place always has food." She spit out a seed before trotting over to a nearby bucket and taking large gulps of water. "There's even cool water! It's the best place really."

He tilted his head staring toward her dumbly. She seriously thought his name was a reflection upon him? "Names are just tags, y'know." He tried to argue back, but it was obvious that she wasn't listening. Dumb mare. Savage couldn't help but stare at her as she looked at him funny. Was that supposed to be an angry face? Because it looked a little too cute to be angry. And why did he use the word cute? He believed his other brain was taking over the more time he spent with this mare. And why was she touchy about the name? Though Savage had no room to talk for he found speaking names was a form of commitment and something serious. And there was no way he could find something serious with this mare.
The stallion trotted after her as she left taking his time to enjoy the view of her posterior. As crazy as she was, she had a nice round rump. And her tail just added a little more icing on the already yummy looking care. Savage had to admit she was attractive and he was a stallion. He was going to admire a good body when he saw one no matter how crazy the mind. He soon caught up to her keeping pace with her as they came along, his chain bouncing against his chest. It was something he was used to and he figured it would toughen him up a little.
His mind went blank as they came to the garden. His nostrils flared and he immediately took in the scent of human. And yet Aquaria just hopped on over like it was no big deal. His eye went wide. Was she really that naive or just stupid? Had she never met a human before. It was even a greater surprise when she spoke of the place as if she constantly visited. "Really? I'm sure that a human owns this little farm, darlin'." Savage commented jumping over the fence as well. He strode over to the apples and immediately took his fill, however. No use wasting food that was offered to him. A few had already fallen to the ground that he also helped himself to. And of course he trotted over to the bucket whenever he got thirsty. "I suppose we leave when the water runs out?" Savage chuckled taking another pass at the tree. He kept close to the mare however watching her carefully. She seemed happy here. Like shee had done something right in showing him this place. And for the moment, he wasn't going to spoil her day. Much.

She eyed him carefully at his comment of names. Aquaria snorted angrily. "Names aren't just tags. They make you who you are. The Great Ones tell us so." The mare huffed as she took another large bite of an orange. How could he think of such things? Names were always important. She was named for a constellation in the sky, which is what her mother told her anyway, and she made a point to keep up to her namesake because she was proud of it. It wondered why Savage clung to a name that just spilled something unnatural.
Aquaria gave him a look as he spoke about humans. True she had seen them before, humans and their strange ways. But she didn't think of them a true threat to her. But then again, she hadn't really had a conversation with one of them either. Humans were as different as Azrein. Mother always made a point to say that. Her ears flicked a little glaring at him again. "It's Aquaria." She reminded firmly starting toward the water bucket. She drank a little more before realizing it was almost empty. There were usually two out here, but today there was only one. It seemed as though they weren't so lucky after all. Aquaria looked over to him only to hear shouting from afar. She turned in time to see a group of angry two-legs running their way with strange objects. Aquaria's golden gaze looked over them carefully. "Are they greeting us? They do seem quite excited. Hello there!" The mare called out to the group rearing on her hinds and pawing in the air as if trying to jump up and wave. The group stopped mid charge and then went again with a lot more energy this time.
Oh no. This probably wasn't a greeting party of humans. As they got closer, she realized how angry they looked. What had she done this time?!
