Boda had finally made a bit home in the lands o heat and sand. She had become greats friends with the first lioness she had meet since stepping foot into the sea of sand dunes. She had meet many interesting creatures. Though one had stuck out more then all the others. He had been a god she thought she had been dreaming when she first meet him. She had gotten stuck out in the dune late one night and he appeard out of thin air. He also had great giant wings that made her want to run a lion was not suppose to have wings like that. She barly remeber most of the uncounter only the words he had said to her that rang out in her ear even now. She could hear them clear as day and they chilled her very core. Since meeting him she grew distant toward everyone she snapped at them easily and spent to much time out on her own to the point where it was a bit dangerious she was dehydrated staying away from the waterholes till all hours of the night when it was finally safe to go. She wasn't eatting she would only hunt for the pride before leaving it at the boarder of the inner pride for someone else to take the rest of the way. Today though marked the 13th day she had not gone to see her friend. She had stayed away in fear of what would happen. She was tore she desprately wanting to go to her aunt and tell her what she saw but the mans words those cold pircing words stuck to her like glue she couldn't shake them. Walking over a small dune she stumbled and began to tumble a little before finally coming to a stop she laid there for a moment or two she was tired her body was screaming for rest, water, and food. She felt her body slipping away slowly her eyes began to feel very heavy in the distance she sall a dark mass comingtowards her. She had a good idea on who this was. She hoped and prayed it wasn't here but she knew better no one but her would know she was out here. "Kibela...no." she muttered out before she passed out.
Kibela was... Worried. It was a feeling she was slowly growing used to, the more time that passed. And it wasn't a feeling that she particularly liked either.. And it was due to that feeling that she found herself stalking out into the sandy lands surrounding the Motoujamii in search of her wayward niece. They may not be blood, but they were close enough, and she no longer ignored a family member's pain or absence. She had given Boda a week to show at their meeting place before giving in to hunting the girl down. It hadn't taken her long to pick up on her scent, picking up to a run as she followed it quickly, heart hammering in her chest. Something was wrong... Very wrong. There was a foul scent mixed with Boda's.. A very familiar scent but one she just couldn't seem to place. Still, that scent spurred her on, tracking the younger lioness a good distance from her home until the dark cloudy sky above finally let loose it's rare desert rain. She finally slowed at a ravine surrounded by sandy dunes that were quickly turning to mud, panting softly as her eyes searched the area, The rain had quickly washed he niece's scent away.,, But, it seemed it had taken her far enough. She spotted the dark body laying head in the mud, ruby eyes widening as she recognized that form and quickly ran forward to her. " Boda! " She called softly as she came to the other females side, shifting down to carefully lift the girl's head up off the soggy ground, leaning close to nose her cheek. " Boda... Can you hear me..? "

Her eyes finally began to open. She looked to the other dark lioness. She surpressed a small growl she didn't need to be coddeled like this she was not a cub! She pulled her face away from the female as she stood. her body ached and screamed. "I'm fine." She said sternly not looking to the female if she looked at her it would come true what he wanted her to do. She closed her eyes tightly and let the water rush over her body. "I just needed to be cooled down and possible so food." She said as she forgot and turned to look at the female. images suddenly flashed into her mind on what she was suppose to do and a slight furry was set with in her blood but she surpressed it did her best to ignore. Her claws began to dig a little into the sand she wanted to attack but she kept screaming in her mind that this was her friend her most trusted and beloved friend not only that but her aunt as well she was family. "You should go back before they are missing you." She said coldly as she turned away she felt like she was going to have a panic attack why did each step she took take so much out of her?
" The little ones re perfectly content in Iivari's care for now, it seems like you need me more, at the moment.. " She said softly, a deep frown crossing over he lips as she stalked the other's steps. She wouldn't be letting Boda walk out so easily. She felt herself growing even more worried over the young lioness than when she'd just been 'missing'. " Boda... " She called but the other didn't stop. " Boda! What is wrong with you? " She asked as she continued walking after her. " Whatever it is, you have to let me help you. It can't be that bad can it? To keep you way from your friends? Your family? Masoke has been asking for you... " She tried, suppressing a growl of annoyance at the other's stubborn-ness. " You need to come home, Boda. Please... Staying out here alone has obviously been no good for you. You're skin and bones, and completely dehydrated from the sun... Just come home and let me take care of you..." She said, not even trying to hide the deep worry in her voice at the state her niece was in. Boda really did look like a wreck, and she didn't intent to sound patronizing, but it was quite obvious the younger lioness needed to be taken care of right now.

She kept walking trying her best to get away from the female. Her heart sank hearing the small cub had been asking for her. She loved him dearly she wouldn't admit it but she enjoyed being with the family. She began to shake with each step she took till finally she couldn't budge she tried to move but he feet wouldn't lift from the muddy sand. She looked at her paws. ~Why...please don't do this to me!~ She screamed out in her mind. ~What about her?! What about her family...her mate...HER CUBS!?~ She screamed inside her mind she couldn't do this she wouldn't do this to her. She struggled more as her fur began to stand on end she let out a small growl. "I shall think about seeing him once I'm better." She said hoping to would apease the female in letting her be. "He's a smart boy he'd ask to many questions."
" Your right.. He is a smart boy. He knows better than to pester you.. " She said, finally able to approach now that the female stopped. " It's safe to come home, Boda.. So please, just come with me.. " She said as she reached her, brushing up against her side affectionately and resting her cheek against the other lioness'. " It will all be okay.. If you would just let me help, we can get through what ever's wrong as a family.. " She just couldn't even begin to guess what was so wrong. One day the other dark lioness had been perfectly fine, and then the next? She ran from home to go and very nearly destroy herself out in the desert... She just couldn't let that go. Couldn't let that happen no matter what.

"Don't touch me!!" she yelled out as she turned and snapped at the female bitting her neck enough to draw blood but nothing more. She quickly panicked and ran from the female. Her body was shaking now she had tears in her eyes but they didn't fall yet. "Just go away Kibela! I can't...I don't want to hurt you please!!" She said her body shaking now. "He said I had to do it I can't stop it you have to go!" She yelled at the female trying to get her to understand. "I can't go back! I can't not to the little ones what if I hurt them!?"
Kibela yowled out in pain as she felt the teeth sinking into her neck so suddenly the wound deep, but not too bad of one in all, as it was only just barely bleeding. Growling lowly, she quickly leapt after the girl, putting herself in her niece's path. " Boda! Enough of this! You are coming home with me now, I will not leave you out here to destroy yourself! " She snapped out, unyeilding. any time Bod tried to pass she was quick to move back into the other's path. Though a deep sense of foreboding came over her as the girl rambled on about 'him'... Who or what could be making the younger lioness act so unlike herself? She may be a trickster, and she may like a fight but.. Boda was not violent for the sake of violence, and she had never attacked family before...

Boda looked at the female there was distress written all over her face. She panted as the tears broke free from her eyes. "I can't why won't you go!?" She yelled out as loud thunder was heard above them. She kept trying to get away but Kibela wouldn't let her get past her. There there was a sudden great crackle of lightning and Boda blacked out. It wasn't till she was standing over Kibela limp body did she noticed all the blood staining the saands around her and her fur. She screamed out in fear as she began to try and wake Kibela hoping she had killed the female. but there was no answer. She took several stepps back as she look at the boy in fear. "What...what did I do why?" She cried out loudly as the male voice rang out in her head. " Isn't it obvious...? " Came the dark chuckle, the sound seeming to echo through the area, drowning out the sounds of the storm around them. " You've killed your Aunt... Robbed her of her life.. Robbed her children of their mother... You killed her.. Just like you killed you parents.. My, what a violent little beast you are... " The voice laughed out coldly now, haunting her steps as she fled. "NO!" She yeleld out as hse fleed form the body out of guilt she returned to the pride a weight had been lifted off her shoulders she no longer feel the need to kill the need to betray. She came upon Iivari and Kibela's den. She looked inside seeing the sleeping cubs. She looked at the male who was inside she paniced as she ran from him before he could noticed the blood.
" Go home, Boda... " Was whispered weakly after the girl, though he knew the younger lioness could not hear it. She watched, ruby eyes dull and growing increasingly unfocused as the girl fled from her body, that all too familiar voice hunting the area. The attack had been so sudden, so vicious, she had never seen it coming... And she could not bring herself to fight back against the lioness she considered one of her children. There was a time, long ago, when Kibela would have struck her down and torn her throat out in a heartbeat.. But that time had long passed, she wasn't that lioness anymore. She had learned a form of compassion and care that the male who caused this would never understand...
Large black paws came into her view, eyes trailing up him slowly until they reached his smirking face.
" Oh, dear Kibela... It is such a shame it has come to this, isn't it? " He purred out as he reached a paw down to cup her face in a gesture of mock-affection. " If only you'd killed your sister so long ago, you could have lived a full, peaceful life! " He said with a dramatic sigh. " Alas... you crossed me.. And I just couldn't let that stand... Rest well, my dear! " Laughing out, he turned away from the lioness as she her life faded away.
But she couldn't let it go at that... " Arthas! " She snarled out, stronger than a dying creature should, spitting blood across the sand. " You will know no peace after this day! Trust me.... " She growled out with her last breath.
The last thing she saw were cocky blue eyes, and a rush ever red before everything went black.. Silent.. Still.
