Uchiha Clan Info
One of the four Noble Clans of Konohagakure as well as one of the more stronger Clans. The Uchiha have been around for a very long time and are said to be the descendants of the Elder Son of the Sage of Six Paths. In the past they held hatred to they're relatives the Senju who are still alive but they're genes aren't as strong. This hatred eventually lead to fighting between the two clans until Madara and Hashirama formed an alliance. Even after the alliance the Uchiha found out they were slowly being suppressed by the Senju and tried to rebel until it was too late. Years later Sasuke Uchiha's father Fugaku tried a coup d'etat but his elder son Itachi informed the Konoha's leadership and in turn the 3rd Hokage tried to negotiate a peaceful approach in turn Itachi was ordered to kill off all of his clan. This resulted in the Uchiha Massacre but only Sasuke was sparred. Years later down the line after the 4th Great Ninja War Naruto had managed to show Sasuke the error of his ways and through years of being in probation and under watch Sasuke was finally able to become a ninja again. He eventually fell in love with an unknown woman and together they had a couple of kids. Now in the present the Uchiha are more abundant and are no longer the last Uchiha. They also remember the lesson that their ancestor Sasuke left for them in order for them to never stray into the path of darkness like he did. They now all live on the Uchiha Estate where pretty much all residents within this area are Uchiha excluding those that are special cases.
Abilities: The Uciha have a proficiency to fire techniques in turn they are naturally talented with them. They also posses the Kekkei Genkai the Sharingan:

Uzumaki/Namikaze Clan Info
The Uzumaki clan was originally from the village Uzushiogakure before their demise. They are distant relatives of the Senju clan to which their village and Konohagakure were very close allies and this is why Konoha wears the Uzushiogakure symbol on their attire. The Uzumaki clan were very skilled in sealing based jutsu to the point they were feared of because of their abilities which eventually led to the destruction of Uzushiogakure and majority of all Uzumaki's. The sole Uzushiogakure survivor that is known was Kushina Uzumaki the 2nd Nine Tails Jinchuuriki. She eventually had a child with Minato Namikaze but due to some events they both died. In turn the only known Uzumaki is Naruto Uzumaki. He of course ended up marrying Sakura and eventually had three children. One of these children took up the surname of Namikaze in honor of his grandfather plus his speed was almost as impressive as his late grandfather's. Now in the 5th generation the Uzumaki's and Namikaze Clan is more abundant as well as they hold close ties to each other because they are related. Although they generally live within the Namikaze estate as a big family not really caring about their different last names. Also to be known the Uzumaki's usually have a reddish colorization to their hair.
Abilities: Both the Uzumaki and Namikaze Clan's have a incredible longevity to which they are able to survive more of the lethal attacks for a longer period of time but if left uncared for they will still die. Although in terms of different abilities the Uzumaki's are still really skilled at funinjutsu while the Namikaze's are known for their incredible speed.

Hyuga Clan Info
One of the four noble clans in the Konohagakure. The Hyuga are said to be one of the strongest clans with they're major rival in visual powers being the Uchiha clan. They were originally split up into two groups which was the Main House and the Branch House. In the past the Branch House had to have the caged birds seals placed upon them since they were considered servants to the Main House. This continued for many years until Neji Hyuga, whom married Tenten, became the Hyuga clan leader and in turn with the help of Naruto whom had become the 6th Hokage they removed the seals and in turn they were never placed upon another Hyuga again. Hinata didn't become the leader because she eventually married Kiba Inuzuka and they in turn had a child. They are also great friends with the all the other clans in the village because of the close relations they all hold. Now in the 5th generation the Hyuga clan is still in an abundant group like they've always been and reside in the Hyuga Estate with some Inuzuka's living with them as well because of the close family relations. They are also not as strict as they once were yet still hold a pretty good formal respect to everyone.
Abilities/Kekkei Genkai: The Hyuga posses a Kekkei Genkai which is the Byakugan which gives it's user the ability to pretty much see 360 degrees as well as their opponents chakra points also they specialize in taijutsu which gives them the ability to strike their opponents chakra points and closing them off with a technique called the Gentle Fist.

Inuzuka Clan Info
Their fighting style is more unpredictable as well as they usually have a canine partner to which they are able to do collaboration jutsu with. Some Inuzuka's have some Hyuga blood in them although the ability for the Byakugan has been lost because of the mix of blood although they are pretty skilled in taijutsu just like the pure Hyugas.
Abilities: The Inuzuka's have a greater sense of smell, sight, and hearing compared to regular ninja because of their close relationship with canines. They are also able to use a special jutsu that will help increase these senses as well as they're able to do collaboration jutsu with their canine partners.

Nara Clan Info
Overall not much as changed with this clan. They are still a very intelligent clan who are very skilled in shadow based jutsu. The Nara clan are also skilled in medicine and still have a special relationship with the Akimichi and Yamanaka clans. After Shikamaru had married Temari his children and they're descendants have also had pretty good skill with wind nature jutsu.
Abilities: They are very intelligent which makes them great strategist as well as they have a special ability to where they can manipulate shadows. After the marrying of Shikamru and Temari their children and their descendants had a special affinity to wind nature.

Akimichi Clan Info
Overall not much as changed. The clan is still pretty good sized population the only major difference is that Chouji and Ino had married so in turn they're kids had abilities from both clans which some of their kids descendants have abilities from both clans although not as strong as the pure bloods.
Abilities: Their abilities remain the same to where they posses great physical strength. They are able to quickly convert calories into chakra because their jutsu use up a lot of chakra also in turn the Akimichi also have high chakra levels.

Overall this clan hasn't changed much either. After Ino's father retired from being the clan leader someone else took over because Ino had eventually married Chouji so in turn she became apart of the Akimichi family. Although this clan still holds great abilities in mind based jutsu as well as interrogation techniques. Their numbers are still pretty big even now in the 5th generation. The Yamanaka still run the flower shop to this day

This clan for the most part has remained the same since there were no major changes to it. After the previous Aburame Clan Leader stepped down Shino was the next one to be the leader of his clan. Now in the 5th Generation the clan is still bigger than what it was before but not by much. They also seemed to have appeared to be less stoic and more open but not by much. This is rumored to be because of Naruto having been the Hokage at the time.
Abilities: They house special insects in them that food off their chakra in turn they are able to use these insects for a special type of jutsu they only can use which in turn doesn't require hand signs. Their are also different types of these Kikaichu insects within a member giving them different abilities.
