I've played tuba for 5 semesters. I heart it. I switched from trombone.
What other instruments have y'all played before tuba?

<3 tuba.
I JUST switched. It's been a challenge, but I'm pulling through.
Sadly I go to a ghetto school with no money, so our tuba section is a gang. Seriously.
>_< Nobody knows it but me and them though. I'm NOT a part of it. I dont wanna get my brass kicked...
they think they're the best. But I can pwn all six of them... (You can tell I'm a trumpet player huh?) rolleyes

i dont exactly play tuba... but i play the next best thing. contra bass clarinet! i play tuba music. the only reason i dont play tuba is that my friend plays the only one at our miniscule school. im the one who made the b/d let him play. otherwise he'd be stuck on trombone. hey! at least i get to be in the rockin' bass section!!

Well, I'm one of two, and probably the last girl tuba at my school. I switched from clarinet in the seventh grade and now I'm in tenth. I'm the second best and I was runner-up for section leader. I love the tuba and nothing makes my day more than blowing out some hot tunes on it!

I love my tuba!! I switched 8th grade year from clarinet against my will but now I couldnt be happier with any other instrument. rofl
