When the need took her, Ubuge liked to walk. She could fly but she found it to be an ungainly experience for one such as she. The grace that other gods had in the skies was not her grace. Oddly though sheen she moved not he ground, she moved with a lithe swift walk that, with the lack of a better word, made her look FAB.U.LAS! Years of moving around her extensive girth had given her a way of shifting about that made her movement look easy, not at all laboured, she could keep up with the fastest of gods and the sleekest of mortals.

She was simply moving today in the hopes that Nelly, she smiled at the nickname, would show up and walk beside her. She was enjoying his continued presence in her immortal life, he was an enigma, one she could not possibly in any way shape or form own, but one thats he wanted to, in more ways than one. She desperately lusted after the dark lava spewing god and he had certainly fulfilled her wildest dreams. Dreams her last little lover had most certainly not come close to.

A smile spread her maw and she let a slow pleased rumble fall over her lips, thoughts of hate seemed to make her all dreamy, dreamy was not an emotion greed usually owned, she liked it for the moment, though should Neltharion show up that smile would turn to a smirk, a confident look. That was the look she needed to keep Hatred on her side, acting like a silly cub would only harm her chances of conceiving by him. She would not harm her chances no matter how wonderful hate made her feel.

Neltharion was loathe to go walking with Ubuge. It seemed disgustingly mortal, and not like him, to boot. What use had he for the trivialities of courtship? He had sealed their agreement--like it or not, things would go according to plan. His wooing or scorning of her was no longer an issue.

But she would make a hassle if he didn't and so with a rumble of intense displeasure he went out to join her. Maybe they could find some poor mortal to eat. He didn't need to eat, as a god, but it was enjoyable. Not that he enjoyed it. He didn't enjoy anything, he was so full of rage and hate. But it often made others...the family of those he ate especially, furious. And that he DID take pleasure in.

"You look smug as ever, Greed. Found a new plaything?" He grunted.

She turned and looked at the dark male, raising a brow she chuckles quietly. "I wouldn't really call you a plaything darling, more a creature of great convenience." She smirks at him her dark coal black eyes flashing with a laugh. She really didn't mind poking the bear, so to speak, she knew he would not hurt her, at least unless she wanted to be hurt. Well their 'relationship' would be an interesting one to say the least, they really had no love for each other just a respect of sorts that didn't really come over in their words.

"You know, you should enjoy a good walk Neltharion, it is a good way to find those you want. Greed isn't so prosperous where I have been because I fly over them." She licks her lips and slows slightly so that she could walk beside him, her head held high before she continued her oddly graceful saunter.

She looks up at him eyes half lidded and wondered for a moment if he saw how she moved, it always seemed that Hate found her lounging, it was a favorite position of hers after all, to lounge and show her size without ever lifting a paw, she did enjoy a good walk though and her movement was so, easy, she never lost her footing or looked rushed she simply glided over the land with a subtle ease that someone of her girth really should;t have been able to do.

He snarled at her. Her saying she didn't think one thing usually meant she thought just that thing. He was no one's toy, and he told himself this was his idea, his plan, and she was the plaything, not him. He could have any goddess he chose. She would lack without him, it was his genes she wanted. He cared not what female bore his sons and daughters. She would do well to remember that.

"I need only scent the wind and I can find what I want. Hate reeks stronger than greed, it would seem." He took a deep breath, flaming eyes rolling with painful ecstacy. "This mortal world is saturated with hatred. It is falling to my sway." He smirked. "Plague and Pestilence have done well...So many dead. Whole prides gone. Those left behind scream their rage at the world. Can't you smell it?"

He trailed off, eyeing her. What was she doing? Flaunting herself. Greed would. He grimaced, but his twisted maw made it seem more like a smirk. Very well. He could play this game of lovers. He gave her an appraising look as she sauntered ahead. She was a powerful creature. The picture of what a goddess should be. Embracing her element and unhindered by it at once.

The dark goddess gave a chuckle and looks sideways at the big molten god. He was always so serious, so very serious, she wasn't sure if he saw fun in his domain or not. She saw fun in hers, she revelled in the greed. "Oh Dahling, of course I can smell it, the rocks scream with their greed, their want to be gems instead of plain granite, the trees call their wishes to be taller than their rival, the lizards wish to fly like the birds who hunt them and lions greedily covet their neighbours kill, but Dahling, it is much more fun if they think it was their idea to ask."

She glances sideways at the male and raises a brow. "It tastes so much better when they think it was their idea to ask me. The hunt dahling it has kept me young and made me strong." She smirks and tosses her short blond mane from her eyes. "Cut off your senses Hatred, even for a moment and let it come to you again, the thrill of it" She takes a deep breath and shivers the fur along her spine raising.

"Have yu never granted revenge to one who didn't quite hate, who just revolted? Convinced them that they hated?" She raises a brow at the fire eyed god, she wasn't sure if he would do such a thing, he wasn't really approachable, she, despite her size, was often approached, her eccentric look it seemed attracted creatures, her kind smiles and dulcet tones put them at ease, she supposed for actually sought Hatred to fulfil a task for them.

He scowled, muzzle curling. "My domain is not one that is sought out. I find my prey, I stalk it in the night. I grant no boons nor assistance. I take what I wish, I kill where I like. The mere sight of me makes mortals void themselves in fear. And they hate what they fear. I take what I need without even speaking a word, if I like."

"Though occasionally I do take pleasure in playing along with them. Some mortals have value as tools, for a time. I invade the mind, twist it, turn hatred for a brother who would become their father's heir, and morph it into the desire to slay all their family and friends and neighbors out of paranoia. To breed hate is simple, Greed. The mortals are fragile. Press one and it falls. It knocks down others, or breaks them. And even those that do not fall with it still quiver with rage that one has fallen at all. Pathetic insects. They do not realize how fleeting and hopeless their lives are."

Lost in his rant, he seemed to lose interest in Ubuge. His eyes rolled and bulged, his core flaring, making molten rock ooze out from all the cracks in his body. On one flank a small path of his stone-like skin broke off, riding the magma trail down to the ground, where the grass burst into flame, flaring bright and then dying, leave only a strange circle of ash where it had been. At the heart of it lay the scale of his fur, still searingly hot to the touch, smoking and burning at the edges.

Ubuge paused and turned herself around to look at him "Boons?" She chuckles, she had never granted a boon that wasn't for herself, her gifts were curses, that was what she was, what she did, she made them suffer for their greed and fed off of it. She turns her body around to rest her gaze upon him, her full dark coal eyed attention fixed on the large burned male. "One thinks you need a hobby Hatred." She chuckles a little, it was a joke, if he would get it she wasn't sure. She had a hobby, her hobby was her job, her hobby was to wander about looking like the chunky lady who could fulfil your dreams for that one little part of yourself that you just wouldn't miss.

She sits slowly, having had enough of sauntering she closes her eyes letting the sun beat on her back before she watched Neltharion paying attention to his shift in personality, his movement in to a very long winded rant. She waited for him to turn his attention back upon her. "I suppose you will have a hobby soon enough." She smirks, she had proven before that she was a fertile lady, unless Neltharion was completely sterile, which, if his previous, though rather mortal litters had proven he was most certainly not, she would bear him some cubs.

"Tell me hate, what are you planning to do with our children?" She raises a brow, if he told her it was none of her business, she would accept that, it was his prerogative but curiosity always niggled in her mind, it never killed the god after all.

He eyed her as she sat. "I have no time for hobbies. I shall not rest until Mkodi's will is fulfilled, and she returns." The truth was that his heart had been so sahttered when the goddess had left that he had gone insane. His mission was born of his own pain and sorrow, paranoia creeping in over the milennia hadn't helped.

"Our children will aid me in that mission. They will serve me, and use their powers to help us reach our goal. If they prove themselves worthy they will lead my armies." He cared not if she knew his plan. He made no secret of it, after all. She couldn't stop him even if she tired, and he refused to die until he'd seen it to fulfilment.

"And what of you, Greed? How will you employ what whelps I leave in your care?"

The goddess gave a slight twisted smile, she had no reason to question his sanity, no reason to question his insanity either, he was hate, that was all. She pondered for a moment, the briefest of moments, how her children would do under the care of this cruel beast. She had very little doubt that they would come out the other side lost and cruel as their father. She didn't consider herself cruel though she had made this bargain with Nelly for their lives, she was a fairly good, consistent mother, she did so want the babes to stay with her forever so she could hold on to them and call them her own.

They never quite understood she just wanted to keep them. She never understood why they insisted upon leaving her care. she loved them after all they were her little godlings. She purses her lips for a moment. "I my dahling will do what i always do, I will keep them." She smirks a little, it was a simple, less dramatic goal for sure but it was hers.

"I do hope that one day one of them will stay with me forever that I can convince one to be at my side permanently. It is difficult dahling, when they grow they become, independent." She spat the word like it tasted bad upon her tongue. "Thirst will return undoubtedly, he is his mothers child, but to convince one never to break away, it is a recipe I have not yet perfected, this time, perhaps." She chuckles quietly, she would certainly try all the harder this time, to own one of these cubs forever, a cub of the god of hate, it made her skin tingle.

"I asusmed as much. You wish only to possess all there is in the world, Greed. In a mortal I would find that trait pitiful and to be exploited. But you are a goddess, and the goddess of Greed. It becoms you." His eyes roved her again, appraising, approving. Indeed, she was pure greed. He could feel himself desiring her at this very moment. Her power at work. He resisted it to prove that he could, and then stepped towards her anyway.

Just because h could resist didn't mean he should. There were godlets to be made, and an empire to build. A tiny whisper in the back of his mind encouraged him. Another warned him away. In the end he could only trust himself...

"Come, Greed." He hissed, turning to walk away. The grass hissed and sizzled as he passed, long strides carrying him swiftly towards the horizon. Towards the area they had temporarily claimed as theirs. All the mortals had fled or been captured. And he felt like a bit of torture before the main event of the day.
